The hotel has very friendly and accommodating staff and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Though dated, everything worked well. The breakfast was great. There are many food options nearby. Everything is a short Grab ride away. My family truly enjoyed their stay here.

The WiFi connection was literally zero in the room. It needs upgrading to a faster network as the staff simply say that when all guests use the system, it collapses, which is hardly an excuse in today's world. Also, it would be better to have more lighting in the bathroom but it still is manageable

I can’t give these guys anything less than 10 points. Their actions made me give them a perfect score. I have no choice! The beds are incredibly comfortable, the room is excellent, the breakfast is wonderful, and the staff is UNOBTRUSIVE. Everything is just great. But there’s one BUT, which I'll mention in the cons...

Okay, I would go out to smoke sometimes (since you can only smoke outside there). I had to use the elevator, and probably because it was the peak season, I sometimes had to wait up to 10 minutes in line for the elevators when I returned. I often ended up getting caught in the crowd of package tourists arriving by bus, who would gather around the elevators.

It’s a busy mid-class hotel that caters to mostly leisure groups. Higher floors have good views ! There’s a full range of pool, gym, spa and a big buffet breakfast (Asian style) and the convenient location being its main catch. It’s close to the beach and many interesting restaurants are around. We booked it for the last few days of our trip. Perfect place to stay if the price offer is right.

The breakfast buffet should be upgraded a bit, especially the coffee.

The view of the ocean and mountains on the 13th floor was amazing. Loved the floor to ceiling, wall to wall window. The king room was very spacious and furnitures were very comfortable and clean. Kudos to the housekeepers. Excellent location; within walking distance of all major amenities and only minutes from the beach. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Keep up the good work, thank you all.

Amazing location, central to everywhere. The staff are beautiful, so attentive, so clean, high quality of hygiene. Great speaking of English and so helpful. They did not rip us off when arranging taxi’s or tours. Offered us umbrellas and hats before we departed. This is a 5 ⭐️ hotel and all of the employees are also 5 🌟 We will return and stay there again. Fully recommend to all

Nothing to dislike at all

Got upgraded to the king suite because my room was not yet available for a check in and I waited a long time. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good with a good selection. The location of the hotel is perfect! Near: nail and hair salons, restaurants and shops.

Friendly and helpful staff! The breakfast buffet has a wide selection and is very good! The property is clean and well maintained. It’s my second time staying at the property and I will definitely stay here again the next time I go back to Da Nang.

Location was great. Staff was amazing from the reception desk, housekeeping, everybody there were exceptionally great. And I like to say Thank You to them.

Had hot water in the bathroom sink and bathtub but not in the shower. Problem was not corrected. Automatic toilet flusher did not work properly.  Sorry to say this, but the breakfast was not very good. 

Breakfast was good and diverse with lots of fruits and vegetables; Very nice and comfort lobby with business section to work; Friendly staffs

Coffee was not good and get cold quickly; Breakfast room was dark, no sunlight; Security staff at the swimming pool was smoking with other customers so it's not comfortable for other customers who swim there.

Nothing to complain about. Did exactly what it said on the tin. Friendly staff and clean comfy room . What more would you want.
