I tried a lot of hotels in My An district of Danang and this one offers the most balanced proportion between price and facilities! And it does not have most typical disadvantages of hotels in this area — there is road noise, no construction noise and no karaoke noise heard in the room (these were the reasons why I left other hotels). I am talking about the room 204, at least. And the location is still central and walking distance to all the cafes, restaurants and bars — it's almost a magical coincidence, that it's so quite in this hotel🔮 Room is pretty standard, but has very well functioning air-conditioning and large enough bed with good size of the blanket. There is a mini-fridge for the drinks and a kettle for tea or coffee (I travel with a coffee beans grinder, so it was good to make fresh coffee in the room), they also supply couple of small bottles of drinking water on a daily basis.

The door lock makes very annoying noise, when the door is unlocked and it is loud enough to be heard, when people from other rooms cannot understand where that noise is coming from (you need time to guess, that beeping is happening because of that door lock...) and if it happens in the morning — it can wake you up. Why wouldn't you just write some not 'to stop the beeping — just shut the door fully'). Staff members (especially, housekeepers) could smile more.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel—it felt like a home away from home. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, always greeting me with a smile and offering thoughtful touches throughout my stay. My room was spotless, cozy, and beautifully designed, with a bed so comfortable I didn’t want to leave. The location was perfect—close to everything, yet peaceful at night. I especially appreciated the little details, like the fresh coffee in the morning and the warm lighting in the evenings. Can’t wait to come back!

Location, Windows

needs to be clearer in booking.com in what is included in each room, when we saw the room we had booked it was a dungeon especially if your there for a few days, they did after a bit of stress agree to upgrade for another 50k to a room with windows, then when we wanted to extend that became an issue as wanted to up the room rate which seems a little unfair. Definitely better to go thru booking.com as are very inflexible unless to go to Management who were very reasonable

The room was very clean, and comfortable. The A/C was perfect, and the little lamps on the bedside tables were a nice touch. The staff were friendly, and the location is perfect for visiting the beach and main restaurants and bars.

The room itself is a little small, but not enough to be an issue at all. The bathroom could do with some renovation though. Our shower head was a little faulty, and we kept having insects and geckos get in. Very common in Vietnam, but a small issue nonetheless

I kept extending my stay here at this hotel while in Danang..I found it very good value for money. And felt like I had my own privacy which I like. All staff treated me well. Special credit to Phùoʻng , thank you for your amazing service and smile everyday and the help you provided. Great location to beach, restaurants etc. I definitely will return to this hotel if I come to Danang again.

the property nested in a beautiful alley. its almost like new hotel. you have everything you need. the best part is located in the middle of Quan 3. you can easy access to any spot within fews mins. the Pink Church is a about 100mtr away.

the sound proof can be improving, it i have great stay here. it isnt bother me at all.

It had a lift, somewhere safe to park the bike You got fresh towels and water everyday, the water was hot and had some really nice restaurants local to the area, being a close walk to the beach is always good too

When others leave their doors open there is an annoying constant beep and many people were always doing this, and sometimes we would have to ask them to close their doors because it was 6am and we were trying to sleep

I recently stayed at Phuc Thanh Luxury Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional. The location was excellent, very close to the beach and with many services nearby, such as places to eat, supermarkets, and laundromats. The receptionist was the best, very kind and friendly. Our room was larger than a standard double, and it was cleaned with fresh towels provided every day.

Although it’s not essential, the room didn’t have a window, and the lift had a slight ringing sound that might be annoying if you’re a light sleeper.

Overall a great stay! I stayed on the 6th floor and it was very quiet. The AC worked greatly, there was a small fridge and kettle, laundry service.

The staff could be more helpful regarding transportation. Maybe being able to organise shuttle services to nearby cities or, at least, able to tell the options for transportation...
