Excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms , 14th floor infinity pool with clean blue water. 500 meters away from the beautiful beach line and Gujarat pure Vegetarian restaurant. There were lots of options for vegetarians and they took care of making a special vegetarian breakfast for us everyday. Miss VY , other staff and the chef was very attentive and took good care of us during the breakfast time . On the checkout morning. We had an early Checkout at 6.30am and VY ensured that we get a packed vegetarian breakfast to carry with us to the airport . Highly recommended for Indians and specially requiring vegetarian breakfast

The bathroom door is a glass door and does not have the facility to lock

The air conditioner wasn't very strong the fridge never worked, the shower drainage gets blocked very easy. breakfast area was not air-conditioned on. should have more variety food for foreigners not serviettes on the tables.

The location is fantastic. Within 5 to 7 mins walk to the beach. There are alot of food choices around the hotel. The hotel even provide free bicycle rental. The motorbikes are also for rent at a very reasonable fee. Massage places are aplenty too. A small night market is located within 5 mins walk (it is located in front of Cicilia hotel). Staff are super friendly and approachable. Our room is clean and bed is comfy.

The bathroom is without a lock. The shower drainage is very slow and it sometimes overflow out of the shower area as the kerb is a wee bit small. The Aircon on the first day was slow to cool the room (I think that's why they have a stand fan in the room too). As the hotel only give one access card key to the room, suggest to get another one to have it powered the room Aircon when you are out and about and one to keep with you,.else when you return to the room at the end of the day, you will feel super stuffy, waiting for the Aircon to cool the entire room.

We stay for a week in this hotel, we bring our 2 infants baby and our 2 kids. its definitely amazing the service from the staff is a 5 star services, they provided everything you need, The room is quiet big, with cold ac and big tv, soundproof of course also clean, bathroom is very nice with complete aminities. The hotel itself also clean with 24 Hours receptionist who willing to help you. The breakfast buffet definitely amazing the menu changes everyday with many variant to choose and the restaurant is the most very recommended they have a very beautiful view to the beach. Special Thanks to Vy the restaurant staff that makes our breakfast perfect, she help alot about the breakfast need for our infant baby. The swimming pool is so beautiful with infinity pool view to the beach. but its located at the higher floor. if you are a family i Definitely for sure recommend you to stay at this Grand Ocean Luxury Boutique Hotel. The service from the staff is beyond our expectations.

The check in was quick & easy. Thi & Trâm at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We came earlier than 2pm, so our luggage was stored until we came back from lunch. The breakfasts were simple but good. We really enjoyed the hot dishes every morning, especially the Bun Bo. Thanks to the chef and staff, especially Vy and Hồng. The Cleaning staff was good too. Thanks. We definitely come back whenever we’re in Da Nang. We highly recommend this Grand Ocean Luxury Hotel.

The smell of carpets in the lobby (too old ?) There was problems with electricity in our room (604). We had an electric off (the 3rd night of 4) for about an hour until it was fixed. Besides that, the outlet where to plug the kettle was broken and very few electric outlets in the room (none in the bathroom).

The staff especially the receptionist and porter are very friendly and patient.

Great value for money with a good location around restaurants/cafes and a short stroll to the beach. Quiet to sleep at night. Breakfast room has a great view. The bed is huge and extremely comfortable. Great to have bikes available for riding around amd scooter hire.

Our room type did not have natural light, so it was dark inside all the time and made sleeping rhythms difficult. Next time I would spend the extra money to get a different room type. The curtain on our bathroom was broken and did not roll up, and there's not very many shelves/hooks to hang your things. The bikes are all broken/rusted.

Great quite location. Amazing (the best I've seen in Danang) roof top infinity pool and a view. Delicious buffet breakfast with a beautiful view. Close to the beach. Spacious room, modern design, everything is clean. Super friendly and helpful receptionists: Emily and Zoey and the security guy helped with the suitcases. Very pleased, and will come back. Highly recommend. Stayed in 6 different hotels in Danang and this one is definitely the best one.

The location is in walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars. Extremely friendly staff who go out of their way to make you feel at home. The breakfast had a good selection of food which my family thoroughly enjoyed. Our room was spacious, clean and had a big bath tub. Overall a very nice stay!
