Helios Boutique Hotel is only a short walk to the beach. It's close to many restaurants and there is a convenience store right opposite the hotel. The staff are very nice and the daily breakfast is yummy. Our room is a deluxe twin room, which is quite clean and comfortable. There is a swimming pool on the top level and it is free for guests to use. The view from up there is beautiful at night time. When you arrive in Da Nang, get a sim card so that you can upload Grab App. to book a car to get around. There are a couple of mobile shops on Nguyen Van Thoai Street. We got one at a shop called Hoai An. Dragon Bridge is quite interesting at weekend as at 9pm the dragon will blow out fire and water! It's much better to watch it in action on the side at the park instead of on the bridge. We booked the tours to Hoi An, Linh Ung pagoda and the Marble Mountain at the hotel reception. We also took a tour to Ba Na Hill to see the Golden Bridge. We highly recommend Helios Boutique Hotel to travellers as its room rate is reasonable and its location is on a quiet street, but close to the beach, shops and restaurants.

The hotel is located close to the beach. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. We were given a free upgrade to a larger room. The room had a refrigerator, air conditioning, hair dryer, television. There were also basic necessities (shampoo, toothbrush, etc). The amenities were older but functional. Room service cleaned regularly. Breakfast was good, the menu varied (but it was more Asian cuisine). Good value for money.

The water in the shower is very difficult to regulate. The pool was clean but the pool area would require regular cleaning. The sunbeds could be replaced.

Booked 2 rooms which were excellent but the room facing the street was noisy a few nights from music. The buffet breakfast was very good and exceeded my expectations. Everything was really good however the hot water was inconsistent and would have loved to have a bath but ran out of hot water. Would definitely book again!!

The location is very good and affordable The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants,cafe,spas, motor rentals,laundry etc, ..few minutes to the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The WIFi was very strong . The room was very clean and well equipped We did massage in the hotel which was very good. They have buffet breakfast and rooftop swimming pool.

Lovely lady in reception was helpful, kind and very sweet. Location was very convenient.

Bed was very hard and very noisy. We were disappointed that there was no rooftop bar as advertised, in fact there was no food and drinks sold at all except for the breakfast. Need to amend the advert on booking.com to reflect that.

The staff are very helpful and attentive to our needs. Especially Thaomi she is so accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was very good and the location also.

The facilities like the bathroom there were water leaking on the floor after we used the shower, the staff were really good in fixing it straight away. The bath tub looks old and the flooring in the room needs refurbishment.

The location is great - so close to the beach and loads of cafes/restaurants nearby. The staff were so kind and helpful - I was travelling on my own so I was glad for the kindness. The room is really fresh and so comfortable.

My one criticism is about the spa within the hotel - I has a massage and after I’d paid and was putting my money away, the lady tried to ‘take’ tip money and decide what money she wanted from my purse? I’d read before that tipping isn’t customary or expected in Vietnam, so as a solo traveller this made me feel pretty uncomfortable. Because of this I didn’t use the spa again. Other than that the hotel itself was great.

The location is very close to the My An beach which it is very busy and lively. I enjoyed to see how the local Vietnamese people enjoy themselves at the beach. They do exercise, yoga, volleyball, playing with children etc. Alot of restaurants nearby but the prices are not cheap. You get a 24 hours mini market across the road and the prices are for tourists. Spa and massages service in the hotel but we didn't use it as we are not a fan. We joined a tour to Bana hill organised by the hotel, the price is OK including hotel transfer and lunch. It was heavily rain up at the hill so we didn't do much. I'm not sure about the weather forecast at Banahill, it's best to check it before you book otherwise I think it is waste of money as it is overly crowded. Hotel staff at restaurant are very friendly, the breakfasts is very good for Asian in my opinion. Roof top swimming pool is excellent. Thankyou.

Room toilet is abit dated. Water leaking issue but it fixed quickly when told.

Beautiful corner room, high floor with views of the mountains as well as the beach. Walking distance to the beach. Grocery store across the street. Comfortable large bed, very clean washroom, daily cleaning.

Would have liked 2 room keys but they only give you one. The AC needs a room key and goes off if you remove the key from the slot. It was hot in Danang and therefore we always came back to a hot room which took time to cool

We hunted for a new hotel after arriving in Vietnam and found this lovely retreat. the lovely lady Lily at the front desk showed us four seperate rooms before we booked. She was so patient with us and took us up again to view the room again before we made the decision to stay. The rooms are clean clean clean!!! They were spacious and we had a lovely big window with a view of the city. the rooftop pool was amazing with plenty of seating and lounger chairs to accommodate all.the view was spectacular with ocean and city all around us. The staff were very helpful ,breakfast was great with plenty of choices.we we highly recommend this hotel it was close to the beach, restaurants and very accommodating to their guests.thankyou again Lily you made our stay in Danang very lovely.much success in the coming tourist season!!! We would definately return to this hotel with no hesitation.
