the location is amazing and super close to the beach and the main strip of bars and restaurants. The staff are super helpful and are always happy to help with anything.

the hotels felt a little dated the the rooms didn't have many normal features you would find in a standard hotel in 2024

The pool was excellent, the rooms were clean, and of a good size, with a Juliet Balcony The staff were very professional and super helpful, with good English skills The laundry service was particularly impressive, they removed stains from clothes I'd never been able to shift, and they were able to expedite the process when I needed to leave early

The breakfast buffet was Asian. As a European we obviously eat certain things at breakfast, and I was disappointed to see noodles and not much besides The location was a bit awkward as well, you were far enough away from the beach to make staying in this part of town a bit pointless. Da Nang has the peninsula with the beach, in which case I'd recommend staying closer to the sea, or the main city west of the river, and this hotel is close to neither Nothing a taxi couldn't solve, but something I'd wished I'd known beforehand

Great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was nice with loungers and chairs. They have secure underground parking for your motorbike. Room was cleaned daily. All in all very good value for money.

The aircon dripped a lot onto the floor.

This hotel offers exceptional value for money. Danang is very large so it's difficult to assess the hotel's location- much depends on your plans. We walked to the Dragon Bridge but also took a Grab on the Friday night to see the fire and water (around 40k VND). A Grab to the train station was around 70k. There is an excellent vegan restaurant less than 100 yards away. We ate there three times in two days. The room was large, modern and well equipped.

Three messages to the hotel via Booking.com went unanswered. The receptionist said they hadn't received them. Several attempts to phone the hotel were also unsuccessful. We began to think the hotel did not exist! Obviously it did but it was a cause of concern.

It is friendly and the staff are always trying to be of assistance.

It has NO real facilities for the disabled. The access to reception is via many steps, there is a supposed ramp bu it is incredibly steep and useless. They need to look at FIXING the diabled ramp and making it usable.

Everything, the staff the room the location however the price was just unbelievable what a great Hotel $22 fot a triple room

The better didn't seem real,the milk is box milk that leaves an after taste

Ms. Hanna or Ms Huong, the receptionist is an asset to the Ritzy hotel. Very helpful, professional and accommodating. Her English skills are very good. She does it all with a nice smile. Thank you, Hanna!

The staff were great. The location is great but the hotel is a bit tired. We stayed two nights but housekeeping didn't clean. No big deal. No facility for credit card payment.

Good location. No complaints. Good value. Would not hesitate to stay there again but nothing exceptional or outstanding.

I had great stay at Ritzy Hotel. They offer with Deluxe Room with balcony and good view. The staff are friendly and helpful.
