The Mercy Emerald was a brand new chic boutique hotel that was modern, had exceptional customer service, close the beach, restaurants, mini marts. The bed was super comfortable, amazing rooftop, great breakfast! Brian and Kevin were EXCEPTIONAL always holding the door, grabbing the elevator for me when I would arrive. Kevin answered so many questions and was polite professional and welcoming. I would DEFINATELY stay here again.

Towel issue. While I did check in, I asked staff about where I can take towel for the beach. They said I can take it from the room. And every day when I went to the beach and housekeeping came, every day they asked me “where is another towel, where is another towel”. It’s not good at all. Are you worry about towel or comfort of your costumers?

Excellent location — right in the center of Da Nang. I really enjoyed the hotel service and the staff. I had to work from the hotel, and they kindly arranged a spot for me in the dining area where I could work comfortably. Special thanks to Kane - he was very helpful and always ready to assist. I truly hope the hotel recognizes and appreciates his hard work! Breakfasts were delicious - you can order an omelet or fried eggs, and they were very tasty. The beach is also relatively close.

There’s a karaoke place nearby and also a bar right next to the hotel. Our room faced the street, and it was sometimes noisy late in the evening or at night.

Enjoyed my little vacation here. Brand new hotel with such friendly staff. Will come back next time.

We requested a family room for 3 adults. The bed was comfy and the restroom was nice and spacious. We had asked if we could drop off our luggage 2 hours before check-in and it was difficult for them to respond through text and call. Buffett had plenty of options to pick from.

Our room was on the 11th floor and it seemed like they were doing construction in the next room. Since it was raining, we stayed inside for some time and all we heard was banging and drilling from the construction. Housekeeping did not come until past noon.

The staff at Mercy Emerald Hotel are fantastic. Kevin is 5 star he provided with fantastic service. Fiona was amazing and she spoke some Japanese with my wife. Brian was extremely helpful with our bags when we changed rooms. My wife's birthday was during our stay here and these three staff members were so helpful with her birthday beginning with Kevin. Somehow they got my wife a birthday cake FANTASTIC!! When we changed rooms Fiona and Brian helped us move and the cake was already in the room when we arrived. Both Fiona and Brian sang Happy Birthday to my wife. Arigato gozaimasu to everyone!

The hotel itself is lovely comfortable and spotlessly clean, but what makes this great hotel a fantastic hotel is the staff, we called in to check availability and look at the rooms Kevin on reception was informative helpful and friendly, then Brian showed us around the room, I swear he was smiling the whole time. We booked for 1week and ended up staying an extra 4 nights. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, the restaurant staff Quan, Anna, James, and Daniel were all welcoming and attentive. So it's a big Thanks from us for a great stay, highly appreciated. Thanks again smiling Brian and Kevin. 👍

Every was really nice especially the staff ! I wish all the staff can be like that in all the hôtel ! From the reception, from the person who welcomed people, open the door and the security man. They were very nice and helpful. Big thanks to Brian ! And 2 other guys, I forgot their name but one was at the reception and the other one welcomed people. The location is central, but very quiet. Near beaches and restaurants. You have supermarkets all around so it’s easy to buy stuff you need. The only negative point, was the swimming pool, looked a bit trouble. I will come back again for sure. Thanks the whole team

Lovely hotel room- very modern and clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful - Brian was especially great! The breakfast was nice with lots of options. The staff helped us to book a private taxi to Bana Hills too which was very helpful. Hotel us just a few minutes away from the beautiful Da Nang beach and there are a tonne of eating options around

Our room didn't get cleaned in the 3 days we stayed - we think there was a fault with the cleaning button on the door. The shower wasn't super hot either

Great hotel. Great location. Spacious rooms and we had room with bathtub was lovely. Lobby staff were very attentive and welcoming. Would stay again and deffo recommend.

They could improve on the breakfast. Not much choice of fruits, and no cereals. Only had condensed milk for coffee which is too sweet. Also it says there is a gym however this consists on one treadmill and a decline bench but no weights! There are several cheap local gyms so not an issue but Shouldn’t really advertise as a facility.
