Lets get this very clear, this is a super budget stay. You are not getting any special deal or holiday pricing or off-season rate. This is just the regular price range of this hotel. So yes, great value for money. Pretty clean for a small, older property. Hard working staff who will cater to your every need.

Great location, basically right on the beach. Phan and Linh are AMAZING at Front Desk!!! Always smiling and ready to help. Perfect employees! Excellent value. Just don’t expect luxury. Very comfy bed. Very friendly & courteous housekeeping team! I recommend because of the great price and staff, but I will still honestly point out the negatives so that future guests are aware and the property can make the necessary improvements if it wishes. Remember: You get what you pay for. This hotel has amazing potential and I wish it all the very best.

Old, dirty curtains. Filthy windows. Hard to enjoy any view when the windows have never been washed. VERY small room. Booked a Deluxe Triple and it was not 28m2. False advertising unfortunately. Old, dirty refrigerator. Long black hairs in and on the bed. Not mine, I’m bald. Peep hole on room door to hallway had toilet paper stuffed in it rather than glass. Yes, I’m serious. Room #407. No hand soap in room. Old food under the bed and other litter upon arrival. No glass door or shower curtain around the tub. Water goes all over the floor. Wifi didn’t work half of the time. Lots of street noise at night. Bring earplugs. Some overhead noise from the 5th FL that was disturbing at times. Especially the chairs dragging loudly right over my bed.

Very well located, within walking distance of many bars, restaurants and the beach. We were able to check in early which was nice after a long night train. Rooms have a fridge and bottled water. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The bed was soft and comfortable. House keeping was conducted each day.

We paid a small amount extra for a balcony which was tiny and only came with small plastic stools to sit on. Not too disappointing as it wasn't much more, but it is worth mentioning. The first floor towel provided was dirty, but the next day house keeping seemed to change it for a fresh one. We asked at the desk for help with booking a tour but the lady said she couldn't help us, so we went elsewhere.

in 7 days i tried 6 different budget hotels under 10 euros. This hotel was my last one and the best. The architecture and quietness. The matress comfy, wifi speed satisfying.

If you’re looking for affordable accomodation this place is great. Staff are kind, location great and the rooms are very clean. (We stayed at a “luxury” hotel in Danang and found Gio Bien to be cleaner. We rented a scooter during our stay and had no issues with complimentary parking. TV had 3 English channels - this is decent. Most hotels including luxury have no English channels.

No in house amenities such as a pool or gym but beach is a skip jump and a hop away. No safe in room Sometimes hot water doesn’t get very hot, but still okay.

The staff is amazing! Friendly helpful people, I felt very nice and welcomed at this place. The location is the best: a comfortable one minute walk to the sea; lots of food places, mini markets and garden coffee shops everywhere around. Yet it was silent at night. Like there were places open to eat, but no clubs or karaokes next to the hotel. The room is alright. It’s nice and the bed is comfy The cleaning service is the top. The ladies are very fast but precise, the towels were changed daily, the water bottle supply refilled.

The air conditioner didn’t work in my room, but the only options available to move to had a wall right next to the window - depressing. They tried to fix the air conditioner, but it still didn’t cool the room almost at all. It was okay for me, cause it’s not very hot in February.

The staff was incredible and so helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. There was a bathtub and a vanity. It wasn't too noisy, and the location was excellent. It's perfectly located near lots of cafes and restaurants and just a few minutes walk to the beach. I stayed here for 2 months and would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Staff were all wonderful. Comfortable bed. Great value for the location. Nice to have a lift. Nice to have various international news stations on TV.

No wifi in my room. Maybe if you were on a lower floor, but nothing on the fourth floor. I had to go to the lobby to use their wifi. There was a handheld handle, but there was no other option like other lodging where you also have a free standing rainfall shower.
