Location was amazing you can walk from your room to the sea!!! Right by one of the busy sections of Da Nang great for food and nightlife. Easy to get to anywhere from there safe and secure parking. Staff very friendly and helpful some of which we stay in contact with still. Very good swimming pool. Room was nice and clean and quite with a comfy bed!!! Breakfast was epic with a lot of choice. Everything was just so easy to get or do from this hotel. best part is you can really pop into the sea and back to your room so easy that you do not need to bring anything to the beach except a towel and water - sometimes I just went in shorts and flips and dry walking back to the hotel!!! Loved the fact it was not a high rise hotel like the others on the strip made it seem more intimate and more charming :) Would stay here again for sure.

Being on the ground floor near the pool was ideal for us. The beachfront was very accessible and we could slip out the back entrance to the heart of a busy street full of night life in minutes. The pool was large,. maybe a little shallow. Breakfast had many options but the salt shakers were often blocked. Rice is not the answer.

Restaurant or a bar open all day. At the moment it periodically closes so you have to leave the property for coffee and snacks. No Gym. The room is very large but the shower is very small. Just a mistake in the design and would mean major work to fix Salt shakers constantly block up in the restaurant.

Well positioned on the front and set back from the main road with the entrance driveway . Decent pool area with garden area. Very clean and tidy hotel. ALL the staff everywhere, were friendly, polite,professional and helpful . Especially Tuyren, who looked after us with any advice about anything, Food was good with plenty choice at breakfast for European and Asian . We also had a few evening meals there which were very good .

Only problem was the bath was higher than the flat surrounding tiles surface , so when showering water would run off onto the bathroom foor .Had to put towels along the edge to soak it up .

Her recommendations for restaurants and cafés were wonderful, filling our days here with beautiful memories. It was a truly satisfying and memorable trip.

Although the SPA provided a discount for hotel guests, the techniques felt a bit inexperienced.

We loved our stay at Nesta. It is a beautiful hotel in the perfect location. Literally across the road is the beach and there are plenty of cafes and eateries within walking distance, including mini marts and pharmacies. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options, both western and asian. The rooms are spotless and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff all displayed exceptional customer service; they were so friendly and helpful. The Manager Ms Kim also checked in every day to ensure we were enjoying our stay. The pool area was a beautiful hotel oasis and the facilities at the hotel spa were also very good and reasonably priced. We enjoyed our stay so much it was sad to leave and on our next visit to Danang we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

It is the second time I stay in Nesta Hotel and the staff has always been friendly, helpful, and accommodating of reasonable requests. The location is great, right across from the beach, surrounded by nice cafes and some beach bars. The breakfast is very good, with a great variety of food selection and a real espresso machine. The swimming pool is very decent too, next to a garden where you can lay on the grass and appreciate the sun.

The bath/bathtube system in our room was not very good, in that it is built in a way that the water always pours to the floor. I hope this can be fixed someway.

Stayed at Nesta Hotel for 1 month, and it was the perfect location right opposite the beach. The staff were friendly and always greeted us with a smile. Rooms were adequately cleaned everyday, making it a very comfortable 1 month stay for us. On my husband’s birthday they even came over with a cake which was a very sweet touch.

Nothing negative to say really. If I had to recommend anything though, it would be to extend breakfast past 9:30am, we felt it ended a bit early so would have been nice to have it open until 10/10:30

Absolutely fantastic! Located 50m from the beach with a lovely sea view. The most cosy hotel in the surrounding area. Very rich buffet breakfast. Large modern rooms with a comfortable mattress and pillows. Very high level of hygiene and excellent professional service. Incredibly kind and helpful staff. The manager of staff takes special care of each guest and their preferences to give them the best experience possible. The hotel also organized an excellent private tour guide upon our request with a private driver.

There was a construction site by the pool and unfortunately the single-glass window insulation was not enough to filter the noise. However, we shared our concern with the staff and they responded immediately in a very kind and friendly manner and gave us the most quiet rooms available, where we could enjoy a peaceful rest.

We were both very impressed with the Nesta at Da Nang. We had a deluxe sea view room which was very comfortable indeed. The bed was so comfortable with lovely fluffy pillow and spotless bedding and also very quiet and unobtrusive AC. I particularly would like to mention a few of the staff, all of whom were so kind and helpful. In particular Mr Hai who collected our laundry, Mr Hai and Mr Tinh in the restaurant and Ms Thǎo on reception and the manageress whose name unfortunately I’ve forgotten. We took two private car trips from the hotel; one to Ban Co Peak and the amazing Chùa Linh Úng temple which can be seen from all along the lengthy Da Nang beach, and the second trip to Hue to visit the wonderful Imperial City. Both drivers were very good, in particular Mr Long. These members of staff were a credit to the hotel. Also the life guards by the lovely pool were excellent too. We looked forward to our breakfast every morning of our 12 night stay as there was an ever changing and excellent choice from international cuisines every day. Should we return to Da Nang we’d certainly stay there again and highly recommend the hotel. Just to note, it is quite expensive but we were able to book a very good deal on Booking.Com.

There was nothing at all to dislike

Overall an excellent stay! Wonderful location with the beach right across the street. Rooms were very clean. Lots of restaurants and cafes in the area. A special call out, however, to Ms Cici and the amazing staff at the hotel. The level of service was through the roof. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be of help to the guests. Would definitely love to stay here again.

The shower and bathtub, if I was nitpicking. It was kind of difficult to get in and out of it.
