Location was excellent close to the beach, nightmarkets and everything else. Breakfast were delicious and everyday with different options. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The shower in the bathroom was leaking and water was not draining. We supposed to have a room with a window however the window was facing inside of a garage/storage in the next door building so there was no light.

Great location, just 5 mins walk from My Khe beach. Room was nice and spacious. Staff was amazing and took care of all my needs. They were available on WhatsApp for quick messages. They arranged for car when needed, gave guidance on tours etc. Breakfast was really good and elaborate. Loved everything about this hotel and staff.

Hotel was always clean with pleasant aroma, great location and hardworking stuff. Breakfast The breakfast was very tasty and varied. Designed for both Eastern and Western countries. I liked that the hot counter was changed every day with local specialties. The staff took care of cleanliness and immediately replace the food when it ran out. The chef was very nice, he personally checked the food and fulfilled our requests. We always enjoyed the breakfast. Cleaning service Was great, they cleaned the room and changed the towels every day. Rooftop pool Nice view, clean. I would add 2 more sun loungers, I think they would fit. Reception At the entrance to the hotel there was an active porter who immediately helped us with our luggage upon our arrival. At the reception we were met by wonderful English speaking staff, they welcomed us with a welcome drink and explained everything to us patiently. They also gave us tips for trips in the area. We were accommodated for 18 nights, so BIG thank to the staff for a great stay and experience. They actively always fulfilled our requests to our satisfaction, especially the receptionist.👍

The hotel is near the beach. There are many restaurants nearby the hotel. Eating is not an issue. The staff in the hotel is friendly and the room is clear. I am glad that I made a right choice to stay here.

I had a great stay at Ruby Star Danang! It was clean, comfortable and the room was very modern and for the price luxurious. It was the best hotel i stayed in in vietnam. the staff also was very friendly, helpful and always had a smile on their face. ruby star has a lot of stores, good restaurants, bars and the beach close to it.

the breakfast was layed out for mostly asian tourists with dishes like pho and some fried stuff. as a european i would have wished for more diversity in bread, jam, cheese, etc. breakfast also ends at 9:30am wich is a bit early in my opinion.

Breakfast was great and during the times we had it, breakfast options varied. Bed is big and comfortable and there were extra pillows provided. Room is also spacious. Location is excellent. Beside a grocery store, souvenir stores, restaurants, coffee shops, bakery, very near My Khe Beach etc.

The only downside is the shower. It's the type where there is no divider so the bathroom floor becomes wet, which is the only reason I couldn't give this a 10 as wet floors are a hassle.

Perfect location. Couple of mins walk to beach... all of the team are great and look after you well. Thank you all for your efforts to make our stay great. We also organised a trip at reception which was brilliant! I needed some trainers cleaning after being caught in a storm and they organised this for me. Bed is super comfy. Firm - had a hard job getting out in morning! Lots of places to eat and get coffee. And some good bars local.

There was nothing i didn't like.

Great location and really friendly staff. Could leave our bags there when we checked out and before we left so we didn’t have to carry them around. Also organised a private car to take us to hoi a for the day which was great.

Shower was slightly odd, no shower curtain, so when you had a shower the whole bathroom got wet. However for a bath it was fine. Phone did beep, which was annoying but we forgot to ask about it and unplugged the phone.

Staff are so friendly, helpful and accommodating. All request and our needs are performed in an excellent manner. Rooms are so clean with comfortable beds. Location is perfect for everything we require.

Already submitted a previous review as we stayed here twice during our trip. Breakfast is of good value and varied during our stays. Location is great. Value is excellent.
