The hotel was excellent value for money in a good location, wish shops and a spa on its doorstep. Reception area was light and bright and inviting. Cleaning staff were excellent. Room was cleaned daily, with towels swapped each time. Kettle in the room, coffee provided, along with toiletries and a hair dryer. Large shower, however it leaked. Air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool. Beds large and comfy. Overall, I would say you can't beat the hotel for value, location and a good night's sleep.

There was no bar or coffee /snack facilities open, in the hotel, despite there being an area in the Reception that was set out as a coffee/bar area. Reception staff gave very little interaction, We only had 6 coat hanger in a triple room, and when we asked for more, they gave us 2! Had to go and buy some from a local shop. I wish we'd had a balcony though, as drying wet swim wear was impossible.

The rooms were nicely decorated and modern and very clean. The location was great - a 5 minute walk to the beach and only minutes from plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops, spas, etc, while also being tucked away in a quiet side street and away from bustling traffic. The staff were very helpful also and were able to answer our questions and assist us with our requests. We had a great time here!

The hotel and its amenities were nice, but a few areas fell a bit short of our expectations. The pool level was a bit disappointing, we went for a swim at night and the lights were off, the banana lounges were in a state of disrepair, the pool bar was closed (and had been for some time) and the other amenities (gym, sauna, etc) were looking very sorry and abandoned. As this area was a selling point for the hotel I would have expected these to have been better maintained. Regardless, this was a small blight on an otherwise great stay!

Okay the room was perfect. I was staying in a room with a balcony and the room was big enough, modern and the bathroom was nice. Location of the hotel is perfect, right in the middle of everything and yet on a quiet street. The rooftop pool has nice views - all though the rooftop pool could be used with more effort, that is the only reason this review is not a 10.

The only tiny minus is the rooftop pool area. The pool itself is really nice and water seemed to be very clean so in that sense taken care of. But the "gym" for example seemed abandoned as did the bar as well. I bet they could sell a lot of beers, juice and coffee if they had someone up there selling. Also the rooms balcony could use some furniture. Would not need much, but a chair and table would do.

Location is perfect, right next to the beach which is lovely. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is modern and clean. Good value for money. Great stay thank you very much!

The motorcycle rental was good - 150k/day for a good 125cc bike. We made almost 400km without a problem :) The location was good, near a main road but without noise. The bedroom also according to expectations. We didn't take it but the tour to Ba Na Hills from the hotel with or without buffet is a good deal if you don't rent a motorcycle.

The language barrier was too big for an hotel staff. They didn't understand English but with Google translate we managed it. The AC was directed to the bed wich is not ideal (recurrent in Vietnam -.- ) The pool are was not attended by staff - without towels, drinks or paper in the WC. The safe was too small and light, not attached to anything. Too easy to steal. Overall good place to stay.

This was our second time staying at Adela Hotel. The hotel is in a great location, close to cafes,beach and convenience stores. It's in a quiet street ,has a small roof top pool with a few loungers which is good if you're not wanting the beach. The rooms are clean and equipped with a fridge, and jug for making hot drinks. Rooms are serviced each day with clean towels. The only issue we had was the shower drain was outside the shower so flooded the bathroom each time we showered.We told reception and asked to be moved which wasn't an issue. The Adela is a comfortable hotel, the price is good.I would recommend it to others.

The location is excellent, it’s located in the area with a good mix of Vietnamese and western restaurants with short 5 minute walk to the beach. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was cleaned daily with free top ups of bottles of water. The hotel decor is really modern which I loved!

The location of the drain in the bathroom meant that the bathroom flooded each time as the drains located in the bathroom instead of the shower. We stayed 1 week and the pool was closed 6 of those days due to maintenance - although I do believe that this was probably a one off. There is a building getting built next door so be prepared to wear ear plugs so you’re not woken up early in the morning.

The Adela is a very nice property with a great location. Short walk to the beach, lots of restaurants & shops nearby. My only complaint is the wifi in our room was not strong - we were on the 4th floor. It was good at the rooftop pool and also in the lobby. Make sure you check out Sun Coffee - excellent cappuccino at a great price and Bravo Pizzeria for wood fired pizza and amazing homemade chili oil.

The room was lovely and the beds were really comfortable with great pillows. The balcony was ace and really spacious too. The infinity pool was great too having that up there on the 10th floor. The reception area is also really pretty which was a bonus.

The hotel would have been perfect if the air con was better. It took ages to get the air con to a cool level and even then it was still like 22 degrees in the room. However, we have noticed that other hotels in Vietnam tend to not have a great air con system and the fridge was also not that cold aswell, again another thing we have noticed in Vietnam.

Air con wasn’t the best, controlled by a very modern remote on the wall and the room never really got cold enough. the pool was roasting hot as there was no cover so it wasn’t really refreshing!
