This hotel represents excellent value. The rooms were cleaned every day. They have a TV, AC, a good bed, fridge and kettle. The water pressure is good, and the AC is quiet and cools the room fast. It was quiet by Danang standards. Jolia's staff are the best. Both Daisy and Miah were excellent and friendly. There are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, and it's close to the beach. I enjoyed my stay there. The hotel represents excellent value. I highly recommend this hotel.

The water in the shower was only warm most days, but given the hot weather, that wasn't a serious problem. The Wi-Fi cut out a little too much. I understand the hotel intends to fix both these problems. Many cafes nearby have excellent internet. Overall, it's an excellent hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. They location is perfect—right in the heart of Da Nang, close to many vegetarian restaurants, cozy cafés, and just a short walk from the beach. We requested a high-floor room and were pleased to be placed on the 6th floor. The room was well-equipped with a large bed, a desk, fridge, good air conditioning, and a strong shower. The staff even provided a cable extension when we asked. Housekeeping was excellent, with daily cleaning and fresh towels. The highlight of our stay was the reception team—a group of genuinely friendly and attentive ladies who regularly checked in to make sure we were comfortable. Their warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome and well cared for. We stayed for a week and enjoyed it so much that we've already planned to return for another week after our visit to Hoi An.

Had a great few nights stay at this hotel. Fantastic location; quiet street, minutes to the beach, minutes to the nightlife, and surrounded by several restaurants and 24-hr shops. Motorbike rentals can be made right at the front desk. The room was great; comfortable bed, super cold A/C, nice spacious shower. The staff was even better, especially My Duyen. She was very friendly and attentive. I asked for my bed to be replaced, and she made it happen within minutes. She also recommended some places to eat. Overall, great stay. Would definitely stay here again, and absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Da Nang. 10/10

The room is modern and clean. Restroom and shower are separated. The bed was huge and comfortable, but on the firmer side - so if you enjoy softer matrasses then it may be too firm for you. Room had huge window and a lot of natural light. Room had all required amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is very good - close to the sea, many restaurants, cafes around. Easy to catch a Grab driver as there are many of them around. No ongoing constructions - or at least I haven't noticed as it was quiet around. Probably had a best sleep so far.

Amazing hotel very close to the beach. The room was small but very cosy, nice and modern bathroom. The bed was comfortable and had reading lights. The room had a safety box. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast facilities but there are plenty eating places in the area, including a 24h corner bar on the next street with very good sandwiches. There are also 24h supermarkets around. The staff was helpful and very polite. I loved that place. Would definitely stay there again if I visit DaNang in the future.😀

There was not hot water in the shower after midnight.

Really good budget hotel, well located for bars, restaurants and not too far from the beach. The room was spacious, the shower was really strong and overall we had a very enjoyable stay. The receptionist Miah was excellent, and the star of the show she helped us with anything and everything, and nothing was too much trouble.

We mentioned the need for sockets near the work station to power a laptop, but apart from that, it was a good solid option and would go there again.

My room looked like the photos. It was really big and generally in good condition. The bathroom was nice and modern. The location is good, close to the beach and lots of restaurants. Staff were friendly. Filtered water is available in the reception and a sink and microwave which was useful.

The TV in my room wasn't working and staff couldn't fix it. There is quite a bit of noise from the street as in many places in Vietnam.

I initially booked the hotel for one month and was planning to stay at another hotel for the remaining two months of my trip, however after a few weeks staying at the Jolia Hotel I decided to spend my entire 90 days in Da Nang at the hotel. The staff are absolutely amazing and all extremely friendly, amazing people. My hotel room was huge and well maintained by the cleaning staff on a daily basis. Every time I visit Da Nang I will book this hotel.

This is a great place to stay, it’s very close to the beach, bars and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and the hotel has an open and modern feel to it. There are many amenities on your doorstep like massage parlours and other shops. However, the WI-FI doesn’t work well on all floors of the hotel. This meant that I wasn’t able to do some video calls for work. So if you need to work, perhaps this hotel isn’t the best option.
