Very clean and comfortable plus the lift was a bonus as I was on the 7th floor

The advertised balcony was just a ledge with a balcony rail … I could not go out there so it was a waste for me booking a balcony room

We recently stayed at this hotel as a group of 5 friends, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.. The convenience of the location is unbeatable—just a quick 10-minute Grab ride from the airport! Right next the 2 doors, there's a halal restaurant, and within a short walk, you'll find Starbucks, mini-mart, pharmacy, Highland Coffee, spa and more. Check-in was a breeze, the staff took photo of our passports, allowing us to settle in quickly.. The hotel features an elevator, which was a great perk since we were on the 7th floor.. Our room offered stunning views of the Dragon Bridge, while another room in our group enjoyed vistas of the Sun Wheel and Han River Bridge. The rooms were impeccably clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. Thanks to the receptionist who assigned the rooms for us..❤️ The hotel's strategic location made exploring the area easy.. We were just minutes away to Son Tra Market, Love Bridge, Han Market, and getting around was hassle-free.. We had no trouble accessing downtown Da Nang, My Khe Beach, and other attractions. Outside the hotel, there are seating areas perfect for relaxing with friends or enjoying billiards pool beside the hotel. Overall, our stay was fantastic and we wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang. It truly exceeded our expectations! ❤️

The friendly staff facilitated a fast check-in process, the staff took picture of all of our passport. The hotel’s location is within walking distance of the Son Tra night market, the Dragon Bridge, and other cafes along the Han River. While it’s not on the crowded side, it remains convenient for budget travellers. . Additionally, there’s a Halal restaurant nearby, less than 100 meters away, making dining at the hotel hassle-free. They provided paid dry cleaning service here. There are beverages & snacks provided, but you need to pay extra, even for the water bottle.

At first, the room was a bit warm, and the air conditioning didn’t work well during the initial 4 hours. However, the owner and staff responded promptly and made efforts to resolve the issue. The room size felt small for our group of 4 adults; we were provided with 1 queen bed and 1 super single bed. Since we are a group of 2 adults with 4 children (ages 10, 7, 5, and 1 wasn’t a significant problem. Nevertheless, having 2 queen beds would have been more comfortable. They floor is not carpeted & always feels sandy, even though they mopped every day.

For Muslims, this hotel location is for you to be considered because it is located next to Karim Halal Food Restaurant. The hotel staffs are very good, friendly and helpful. The Dragon Bridge and Son Tra Night Market are about 20min walking. Near to this hotel there are Highland Coffee, Starbucks for coffee lover.

The bathroom drain always clog. After one person taking shower, the next person has to wait about 5-10 min for the bathroom drain to be cleared.

The location is excellent. The hotel was close to the Dragon Bridge, I could even see the dragon bridge from my window. Some cafes around serve nice coffee. Next to the hotel, there is a Halal restaurant which is very helpful.

The room has no condiments, such as coffee or tea. The wall is very thin, and I coul hear the next-door child watching TV very loudly. The bathroom window couldn't close properly. While the staff was nice and kind, their English was very limited. we were a bit struggling to communicate.

Stay for 4nights..Fast check in upon arrival, reception staff was attentive and helpful. Room was at level 3 with elevator available at lobby for all guest. Clean toilet with hot shower. Complementary 2 bottle of drinking water daily. Walking distance to Halal Karim Food Restaurant (1min walk) Owner and staff are friendly and helpful. Will come and stay here again in future.

You can see the Dragon Bridge from the stay. We stayed on the 4th floor with a balcony. It’s actually in a quiet area, but everything is within walking distance. The hotel reception staff, especially the guy named Ti (I couldn’t catch his name properly), was very helpful, and his service was excellent. The room’s toilet seat was worn out when we checked in, and he immediately fixed it.

On the left side of the river, close to Dragon Bridge and night market, and although near the road, quiet. Good and helpful staff. Relatively small but cozy and comfortable rooms, with large windows.

On the other hand of location (and for those who that matters), on the "other" side of the river, opposite main comercial and restaurant area.

Hotel is new and clean. It is listed as 2 star hotel but it should be 3 star. The balcony room is beautiful. Easy access to Dragon bridge and Son Tra night market which has many food options. Also excellent places to eat within walking distance, Banh Canh Ruong. There’s an excellent Grab driver in the area that we ended up using the whole time. Easy access to area attractions and restaurants

The bathroom for the inside room is small. There’s no separation from shower area to the rest. This seems to be quite popular design in Vietnam and we are not used to the concept. Whole bathroom gets wet after a shower
