clean rooms, affordable price, responsive and kind staff (thank you Giang!), nice furnishings (modern and clean aesthetics), close to busy areas (10-15 mins walk), great shower and water pressure, close to airport, comfortable mattress, great washing machine, lots of storage space, functional kitchen, free mini bar on first day; next time I would like to try their larger rooms, higher up with river view; they’re quite new, seems to have opened in mid-2023 so everything feels fresh; gentle reminder that many local hotels including MK charge full stay price up-front upon check-in, so just be prepared for this encounter; behind MK hotel are also many cafes / tea rooms, full of character - different from the My Khe more touristy area but a lot more quiet and residential - which was a plus for us.

wish we could have 2 more pillows, more hangers (or a drying rack / coat rack - our laundry space did not have a drying pole or detergent..), more bowls / meal prep items; the shower floor has a small crack between the marble near the toilet area so water drains out of the shower onto the bathroom floor a bit; we were able to do laundry but there was no where to hang our clothing :) but I would say these are minor issues and would not affect our decision to choose this listing again.

The apartment was very spacious and offered a big bed, a couch, a kitchen (which was not equipped though but we didn’t mind), a nice bathroom, a washing machine and loads of storage/closet space. The bed was super comfortable and we liked the bathroom a lot! We also enjoyed the free coffee, tea, water and the free beer can and coke can. The staff was also super friendly.

There is a construction site on the ground floor at the moment which was super loud in the morning since we were only one floor above. Apparently they are building a shop there but they might be done by now. The apartment is located by the river and about a 20-30 minute walk away from the nice restaurants, so keep that in mind if you don’t want to walk much. We were okay with it since we basically only stayed in Da Nang to go to Sunworld Ba Na Hills.

Location: easy to find. Kitchen: convenient, large, clean

Location is not near the city center, cannot walk to night market in hot summer.

The exterior of the hotel looks luxurious. The space of room is moderate. My room has all the necessary items and equipment including a washing machine and a stove. The hotel is quite new and I was told it just opened recently. Totally, reasonable price with a nice and comfortable room. I think this is a good choice for long stay.

Wonderful hotel with beautiful stuff, the staff is extremely friendly and attentive, they helped our family a lot while staying here. Kitchen with full appliances and everything in the room is very modern and new, love the decoration space. The security guard helped with our luggage a lot. thank you and see you again.

Very clean, modern and spacious apartment in Da Nang with good facilities at a great price. Bed was arguably the most comfortable I have experienced in my 3 months of solo travel. Staff very nice and free beverages are provided

Just some minor things; TV is in an odd position at a 90 degree angle from the bed and far from the table. Drainage for the shower didn't work great making a mess of the bathroom.

The property is at a great location, right on the river and in between downtown and the beach (around a 25 minute walk to each). The room is spacious and has everything you need for short to long stays. I stayed a month and so I was really grateful for the washing machine, kitchen, and daily room cleaning option:) The receptionist are absolute sweethearts and SO helpful with everything, any concern or question of mine was answered immediately and handled accordingly. Loved my stay here and highly recommend it👍

The hotel has full amenities, I really like it. Everything was clean when I arrived, and the room was super pretty with a sophisticated design 😍 full service, even though there was no receptionist after 5pm, they still supported me via WhatsApp. If you want to book a car or rent motorbike or any service, you should book in advance to avoid waiting. Super recommended 💖 Thank you everyone for giving me a wonderful experience. Even though it was only a short time, I really enjoyed it. Special thanks to Phuong Hang and Ms. Sang.

I can not find another hotel which is better than this hotel: nice and new, helpful and lovely staff, easy to get checkin and checkout. you can go to the beach in 5 minutes. a small kitchen is suitable for cooking.

The apartment is newly built so I am the first guests to experience the service here. Everything is almost new and my room has a very comfortable large sofa, i can see the river view from the balcony, very poetic
