Beautiful and modern hotel, good service - the room had a really nice and chic decor and was very clean. Location is good, close enough to the areas of interest.

Breakfast was just ok and while they advertise a gym, it is a very small room. The day we were going to check out, we got a call at 12.05pm to remind us of check out, which seemed unnecessary (not even 10-15 min grace?) given we were on our way out already. Service was nice overall but that left a bitter taste

Where do I start? This place is a gem! Our room was modern, nice, clean&comfy. Housekeeping quick but thorough! The bath with a view was a nice touch to our room. Staff very helpful and friendly. Internet was super fast and reliable (even for video calls). A massage centre on the 2nd floor with sauna and steam room was a nice experience!

The breakfast time was rather early, concluded already by 9.30 so in order to really enjoy our sleep in the super comfy bed, we skipped it one time (but other 2 times the selection was nice). Gym area was super small and bar was not open (a work in progress).

Brand new hotel! So clean and modern. They thought of everything down to the little details aesthetic wise. The staff were kind and attentive. Would highly recommend.

The bed was a bit hard, also the qeen sized bed was two twins stuck together so it was a bit weird. The design of the shower was not good. It was a wet bath design with the toilet in the same area. The drain didn't drain the water fast enough, leading to the flooding of the whole floor right up to the toilet. It's a bit unhygenic.

Good location and price, nice swimming pool.

In One of our 5 rooms the airco was not working good enough. We asked an other room but was difficult to get it. At the end and after a lot of discussion I booked an extra room. The refused to give the money back . Things to think about it in future certainly for a new hotel.

The staff were all super friendly and polite — really made me feel welcome. The room was big, clean, and comfy. Breakfast was pretty good too — food came out warm and fresh every morning. Location-wise, it’s really convenient. Easy to get a Grab, and there are lots of famous restaurants and a market nearby. Also, My An Beach is just a 10–15 minute walk from the hotel, which was perfect for a morning or evening stroll.

The bathtub design/layout was a bit tricky for me. It was quite high, so getting in and out while taking a bath wasn’t very easy — felt a little unsafe at times.

The best work of the reception I saw so far, and I travelled a lot. The room was good, but it is so in many hotels. The stuff is what makes the difference. The reception was very helpful and we received assistance in all kinds of situations. They took all our problems and requests as their own ones The breakfast was also great, with many different options to select from

The only thing I was disappointed is the quality of massage. It is okay, that it is more expensive than in the nearby places. Because it is a hotel. But you expect at least the same quality. However, the quality was lower than in other Da Nang places I visited

Location is the best! Close to my khe beach, airport, cau rong and da nang city centre. Can’t ask for anything more. Room is nice, but nothing like the preview pictures based on my experience. But it does look larger in person. Staff is nice and friendly. Roof top pool is amazing! Can’t comment on anything else like buffet or restaurant as I didn’t use them.

Rooms are not entirely sound proof. I heard people in the common areas and heard my neighbours phone alarms. My large bed was just two king single beds put together. This cause for things to fall between the beds often.

We absolutely loved the breakfast at this hotel! Each morning, they served a different menu, allowing us to experience a variety of delicious Vietnamese dishes rather than the usual English breakfast. It was a fantastic way to immerse ourselves in the local culture and flavors. Beyond the amazing food, the hotel's location was perfect—just a short walk from the beach, great restaurants, and the lively Han Market, Con Market, and Son Tra Night Market. It’s also close to the iconic Dragon Bridge, which features a fire show on weekends.

The gym facilities could be better, otherwise we had a fantastic stay.

Everything! this was by far the best hotel we have stayed at, on our trip to Vietnam. The staff were so friendly, everything was clean, the breakfast was fresh and yum, the bed was huge and comfortable, the shower pressure was great. Wifi worked perfectly, TV had so many options that actually worked! Location was great and last of all.. the pool was incredible! Stunning views. All round 10/10 would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone thinking about it.

The property was absolutely clean, spacious and comfortable . Unfortunately it was pouring rain our entire 5 nights there and I’m so happy choosing this place to stay. We had absolutely everything we needed near our hotel, filled with resto and local food. What I did wish I knew earlier was that there was a fantastic pho place right infront of our hotel that was recommended by our cooking class. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The customer service was great without them being annoying. It’s also super close. To the airport . The gym is quite small but it did help me get some steps in my day since our bad luck with the weather . Although the room top pool looked great, I can’t really say much since it was pouring our entire stay. I had mentioned it was. Our honeymoon and they made up. The bed so prettily!
