We believe someone stole my wife’s bracelet. It was a very valuable gift from her mother from Japan, we clearly remember it was put in the pouch, but the next day it was gone and when we told the hotel stuff, they said they cannot do anything except for checking the room throughly. They did, but of course they cannot find the stolen bracelet in the room

The staff is what makes this resort a stand out!! The service we received from them was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. Every single person is extremely friendly, welcoming, and genuinely want to help. A huge ahout out to Lieu, Nick, and Bao, who went above and beyond to not only make our stay comfortable but assisted us when our daughter fell quite illl; organising the doctor visit at the hotel and having a taxi paid for to the hospital. We had to extend our stay in Danang. Lieu was amazing in assisting us with last minute accommodation arrangements and flight changes.. Nick took wonderful care of us, providing boxes containing breakfast to take into the hospital. We can't thank you all enough for your hospitality, support, and genuine care. We couldn't have gotten through the stressful days without your help. You are valuable assets to this hotel!!! The hotel location is great. Only a short walk to the beach, close to cafes and shops, and there is a laundry place directly opposite it. It's a short ride into the CBD. We highly recommend this resort to anyone travelling to Danang; top notch 👍

At first glance it seems a bit cheesy - decked out to resemble a Greek Island - but after getting settled in, all was great! The room was big and comfortable. The room got dark, had great AC and the bed was comfy. Breakfast had a great spread. The pool was big with lots of space to lay and relax. A bit off of the beach, but close enough! The price point plus the facilities made this an excellent stay. I come to Da Nang a lot, and will return!

There was construction in the gym and second pool and I wasn't informed of this until after I booked. It wasn't a huge issue, but would have been nice to know!

We wanted a good 5 star hotel within walking distance of the main My Khe beach and this one, with its Santorini-themed style stood out from the other mainly generic tall tower block hotels. We loved it... the rooms are airy, clean and well-appointed and the pool (with jacuzzi, bar and cabanas/sun beds) was a decent size and kept very clean, with Palm Trees lining the sides. It was the staff that made the difference though, they were superb and could not have done more to make us welcome and well-looked after. Thank you in particular to Trung and Lieu, all the bar and restaurant staff and the hotel manager for looking after us so well. We will return!

Breakfest was absolutely outstanding, so many choices and everything was so good. The swimming pool is nice, has good massages and very friendly staff. Nice bar and seating areas around. The location is perfect. Outside looks charming , beautiful reception.

The gym doesn't exist, only a couple of working pieces. It shouldn't be even advertised , it needs the upgrade. We had two rooms and both were not well cleaned, especially bathrooms.. You could see mouldy groutings, grimy corners, etc. We were disappointed that they didn't organise anything, everything like everything, events, life music etc like usually in resorts. The reception doesn't provide any help with finding any attractions in the area. It could be an extra bonus.

Beautiful spacious room. Very comfortable bed, clean crisp sheets. Good breakfast. Staff were so friendly and helpful. My period came unexpectedly in the morning, and one of the female receptionists helped me to get sanitary pads from the pharmacy nearby. Her kindness was unforgettable, I wish I remembered her name — I think she spoke a bit of Korean as well. I felt very well taken care of as a solo female traveller.

Beach was a bit far, at least a 10 minute walk. But I got to see a bit of the city and passed by some nice cafes. The sliding doors to my patio were unlocked the whole time and I did not realise until next morning. The resort’s perimeter is not fenced, so anyone could have just walked in. Just be sure to check all the doors before leaving your room if you are at ground level.

I stayed for 5 nights in a Junior Suite and had a fantastic experience. Solo traveller. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and cleaned daily. The hotel has two amazing pools, a wonderful breakfast with lots of variety, and a stylish, modern feel. It's right in the city centre and offers excellent value for money. The staff was very helpful and welcoming throughout my stay – special thanks to Bao Tinh for the kind greetings and support. Highly recommended!

Lots of families with children - at times the pool area can be crowded.

Our stay was simply wonderful! The pool, breakfast, and room all exceeded our expectations, but what impressed us the most was the kindness and hospitality of the hotel staff, especially Trà Giang. Even though my English wasn’t perfect, they patiently listened and made an effort to understand me, always checking in to make sure everything was okay. My partner, who was traveling abroad for the first time, felt a bit anxious at first, but thanks to this hotel, he was able to relax and feel safe throughout the stay. If we ever come back to Da Nang, we would definitely love to stay here again!

The breakfast was so delicious that I couldn’t stop myself from eating too much.

I absolutely love the breakfast, the location and the staff. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable. My boyfriend had a birthday and he also has a gluten allergy, they made sure to make him feel super welcomed by providing cake and fruit platter on his bday and ensuring that he has something to eat for breakfast and lunch (by the pool). Staff Lieu is very nice and accommodating. She always greets us whenever she sees us and ensures that we have everything we needed. Thank you again! This hotel is worth the money, it is also near most of the places we wanted to visit, it’s also not far away from the airport. They also provide a huge umbrella for us when we were stuck one night for due to the rain.

Good location a short walk to the beach front yet away from the crowds. Easy check in etc. Good access to many restaurants. Both pools were clean and of a good size, our room was spacious and very well appointed. Breakfast had good variety of hot and cold options. The grounds and garden were well kept and beautiful. Bar area quiet in the evening which was great.

On our first night we had noisy guests next door from midnight keeping us awake. This was swiftly sorted, with thanks, to Lany, Manager, who moved us to a two bedroom apartment, which was quiet and well appointed. Thanks Lany. Small issue with our bill on check out was resolved with thanks to Henry. Overall, it was a beautiful resort and we would stay again.
