We believe someone stole my wife’s bracelet. It was a very valuable gift from her mother from Japan, we clearly remember it was put in the pouch, but the next day it was gone and when we told the hotel stuff, they said they cannot do anything except for checking the room throughly. They did, but of course they cannot find the stolen bracelet in the room

The staff is what makes this resort a stand out!! The service we received from them was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. Every single person is extremely friendly, welcoming, and genuinely want to help. A huge ahout out to Lieu, Nick, and Bao, who went above and beyond to not only make our stay comfortable but assisted us when our daughter fell quite illl; organising the doctor visit at the hotel and having a taxi paid for to the hospital. We had to extend our stay in Danang. Lieu was amazing in assisting us with last minute accommodation arrangements and flight changes.. Nick took wonderful care of us, providing boxes containing breakfast to take into the hospital. We can't thank you all enough for your hospitality, support, and genuine care. We couldn't have gotten through the stressful days without your help. You are valuable assets to this hotel!!! The hotel location is great. Only a short walk to the beach, close to cafes and shops, and there is a laundry place directly opposite it. It's a short ride into the CBD. We highly recommend this resort to anyone travelling to Danang; top notch 👍

At first glance it seems a bit cheesy - decked out to resemble a Greek Island - but after getting settled in, all was great! The room was big and comfortable. The room got dark, had great AC and the bed was comfy. Breakfast had a great spread. The pool was big with lots of space to lay and relax. A bit off of the beach, but close enough! The price point plus the facilities made this an excellent stay. I come to Da Nang a lot, and will return!

There was construction in the gym and second pool and I wasn't informed of this until after I booked. It wasn't a huge issue, but would have been nice to know!

We wanted a good 5 star hotel within walking distance of the main My Khe beach and this one, with its Santorini-themed style stood out from the other mainly generic tall tower block hotels. We loved it... the rooms are airy, clean and well-appointed and the pool (with jacuzzi, bar and cabanas/sun beds) was a decent size and kept very clean, with Palm Trees lining the sides. It was the staff that made the difference though, they were superb and could not have done more to make us welcome and well-looked after. Thank you in particular to Trung and Lieu, all the bar and restaurant staff and the hotel manager for looking after us so well. We will return!

The main pool was open, but the roof top (much smaller) pool and gym was closed for maintenance

We spent 6 nights at this hotel, and it was a genuinely pleasant stay. The kids had a blast, which made the trip even more enjoyable for us. The highlight was the amazing breakfast—plenty of variety and delicious options to start the day right. The staff was excellent, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Special thanks to Bao Tinh, Lieu, Minh, and Lany for their outstanding service and warm hospitality. The pool facility was also a standout—clean, well-maintained, and a hit with the whole family. We’d definitely recommend this place to others and would love to return!

Really lovely hotel with fantastic pool area and incredible staff. The hotel is in a great area and the beach is only 10 minutes walk away with lots of lovely restaurants and bars. It's also a great location for day/half day tours - we did the Marble Mountain/Lady Buddha and Monkey Mountain and it was around 30 minutes to get there from the hotel. We would definitely recommend staying here but request a pool side view as the street noise can be a little loud at night but otherwise fantastic hotel with excellent value for money.

I often check in to hotels but never write reviews. However, at Risemount Premier, their customer service was exceptionally welcoming, and I need to share my experience. The staff who checked us in had all the documents ready for our signing, and without any delays, we were into our room. He always had a smiling face, and we felt welcomed. We stayed 5 nights and during the day were normally traveling after a great breakfast at the resort. Location is very coinvinent to get in a out using a grab with a laundry store right opposite the hotel and an Indian, Thai, Pizza place and other restaurants in walking distance. Lieu, guest relation leader, checked us out before we headed to the airport. She absolutely was great with her work and farewelled us right till the door. I would recommend this place and will re-book at this property whenever I am back in Da Nang. I hope anyone booking here will receive the same hospitality and feel like I did.

When I booked, I selected a room without a window, because I rarely use the balcony, but even so, when I checked in, the receptionist took me to my room to make sure I had selected it correctly. Clean and very pleasant facilities. Friendly staff, from reception, to the bar, to the restaurant, to the spa. Fabulous breakfast, with lots of choice, and on the day of departure, they let me go a little earlier and gave me a box to take out whatever I wanted.

Just a suggestion, they could boost sales at the pool, because often the customer feels like it, but doesn't feel like getting up, so doesn't consume

The hotel rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The breakfast buffet was a highlight of our mornings! There was a great variety of dishes, including both local Vietnamese cuisine and international options. The selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and beverages was impressive, and everything was delicious. It felt like a feast every day! They also had made-to-order hot dishes from the chef. The Bánh mì station was a standout feature — a great way to experience a local favorite in a hotel setting! A special shoutout to the reception staff, who were exceptionally kind and attentive throughout our stay. They were always ready to assist with a smile and genuinely went out of their way to help. Lieu at reception was incredibly helpful and she advised a lot about Ba Na Hills tours and giving us other local travel tips, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, Risemount Premier Resort offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and warm hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Da Nang. Probably absolutely everything. We got room juniors suite I think and it was stunning and filled with little details and I love the little details that the staff take the time to do. A scented candle lit with fresh fruit when we checked in which was a seamless experience. The staff are so friendly and kind and welcoming and wow my son was overwhelmed with their interest in him. If I could explain how much he needed that I would but I would be writing for too long but I am so so grateful for the attention and help you showed in him 🙏 Pool was so peaceful and I cannot fault anything at all. The location is perfect, a 7 minute walk to the beach.. right outside you are met with any amount of restaurants, cafes, bars, spas etc. it was never crowded and despite the fact it is centrally located the hotel is an Ossis of peace. Breakfast had everything you could possibly need or want!the traditional dress was stunning 🤩 Thanking you so much
