Excellent hotel, room and facilities!! Very quiet at night. 2 rooftop pools! With night time city views including Fire Dragon Bridge! Breakfast daily, included! Walkable to beach , market and many shops, including Dragon Bridge! Easy local bus to Marble Mountains! 40 minute Grab Ride to Ba Na Hills!

1. The location of the hotel is within walking distance to the famous My Khe Beach. It is also easy for visitors to join daily tour to travel to other attractions such as the BaNa Hills, Golder Bridge, etc. 2. The view of the room that we stayed with windows at two different sides is excellent. 2. The swimming pool at the top of the hotel is fantastic for having a good view of the city while enjoying swimming.

1. The air-conditioner did not work well upon our check-in. Anyway, it was fixed immediately by a hotel technician when we returned the room in the evening. 2. It would be better if the water pressure from the water tap of the bathroom could be strengthened.

Everything is good, I like FIVITEL KING, they are amazing, they make my stay more be wonderful. The restaurant with various food, 2 infinity swimming pools, the staff are friendly and helpful also. They gave me a birthday cake that made me very happy. Nearby My Khe beach, suitable prices. We can book daily tour, rent car or motorcycle. Very high recommend!!! Thank you

This is a good hotel in a decent location, not too far from the beach and from where there are good bars and restaurants. We highly recommend the Happy Heart cafe about 10 minutes away, a lovely and friendly place with great food that supports young people with disabilities. The rooms were a good size and as we were on the 14th floor we had fantastic views. There are snacks as well as drinks in the room that you can buy which was handy for our son! Just fill in the form and pay at the desk at the end. Great to have a kettle to refill our bottles. The staff were friendly and helpful and keen to help book excursions etc. They didn't have motorbikes for us to do a long trip on (we drove out to Ba Na Hills) but they offered us local alternatives and we could park them securely at the hotel. Daisy was keen we mentioned her, thank you for your help! The rooftop pools are quite something with the view and there is some seating around if you want a drink in the bar up there (limited menu). It was hardly used by other guests! Helpful to look after baggage as we had a later departure on the last day. We found this a functional hotel that fully met our needs for a good stay in Da Nang.

There was an unpleasent smell at times from the drains but it was not constant and it didn't really bother us. It was a large breakfast buffet but not really to our taste, subjective I know, but that's what reviews are! The stairways are tight.

Staff were very accommodating from check in, daily room service, reception enquiries, buffer breakfast etc highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Danang. Location is so convenient to restaurants, laundromat, cafes etc I'd like to mention staff Chilli at reception went extra mile to accommodate us when our son's flight schedule changed. Also Anna serving the most delicious pan cakes ever. Thank you ladies looking forward to be back in the near future 😘

The hotel was very nice, the staff were kind and helped us with taxis and directions etc especially Lucy, Tracy amd Daisy they were sp lovely and accommodating.thehotel is only a 7 minute walk to the beach and the pool and bar area was very luxurious

The staff at the reception was very good.. They were very understandable and supporting Specially lucy, daisy, tracy were very good and supporting.. They helped us a lott since we were unaware of the places to visit here they helped us a lot.. Highly recommended.

I loved this hotel so much that I came back again after visiting Hoi An! And I would stay here again! Great value. Very close to the beach. One of the taller hotels in the vicinity so the rooftop pool is special. Good breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms.

There are only 3 recliners at the pool which often are full. It would be nice if there were more. It would be great if they served more fruit and juice at breakfast since these would get eaten up right away. In my first room, the shower got cold somewhat quickly.
