Close to the main tourist center of An Thuong in Da Nang, but on a quiet street. No ongoing construction nearby and generally very quiet. TA Danang is ideal for a longer stay. Large TV with a stable wifi connection and Netflix available. Very good value for the price, especially when factoring in the included breakfast every day from a typical list of options, pretty good Vietnamese style coffee and decent fruit juice, and the choice of having in the restaurant or in your room. The rooms are large and comfortable, a big firm bed and kitchen with breakfast bar and large fridge. The decor is very modern and clean and creates a very livable space. A very large outdoor balcony with lots of plants and if your lucky no overlooking building. Very nice bathroom with very modern and stylish fittings, superb shower and huge storage cupboard easily big enough forgot everything s couple of people can carry travelling. Bedside sockets and USB plugs provide ample charging capabilities. Staff friendly and helpful with excellent responsive communication through WhatsApp when needed. And frictionless card payment. Lots of convenient restaurants cafes and shops, including a vegan restaurant opposite the hotel. For the price this really is a good choice in the right area, and suitable for longer stays.

The extractor fan is non functional which is not ideal for cooking in the room. A small sofa would be really useful, there is certainly space for it. The ceiling fan in our room did not appear to be working. A few blocks from the beach and there is a large busy road to cross, but the street is quieter and less built up. Pool is a little small but seems little used.

I loved the textures and materials that were used in the construction of TA Danang Boutique Hotel. The use of natural materials along with concrete creates this modern tropical forest-like feel, my idea of an ideal. The room was filled with natural light due to the large balcony windows. The power sockets were universally compatible and plentiful, a small detail that a digital nomad like myself appreciates. The staff were very friendly and even helped me out with a very personal request. They were constantly making sure I didn't miss ordering breakfast. The location was fantastic for me as it is in the middle of the tourist and local zones. I had access to all cuisines, but Taco Nghon just down the road became my favourite.

Once again, another guest's desire pushed me into a slightly different room than the one I had originally booked. The shower was in a big marble bath rather than being the walk-in shower I viewed on the site when I selected the room on Booking.com. This, however, was only a very minor inconvenience.

We stayed in many hotels in Da Nang and Hoi An - and this was our favourite. The room was large and beautiful, having a kitchen and washing machine was so practical for us. It was a very reasonably priced hotel but was also probably one of the nicest rooms we had. We also found the staff to be very friendly and relaxed with us. We would absolutely love to come back and we will recommend this place to visit friends visiting Da Nang.

The only thing that could be improved about this place is the air conditioning in the room wasn’t quite cold enough and the ceiling fan didn’t work. So at times it felt a bit hot in the room.

The hotel looks just like the pictures. Super cute. Very clean. Internet was stable and fast. At least 80mbps. Breakfast was delivered to my room every morning. Location was great!

Pool was just for looks. Heavy chemical smell. Lounge chairs weren't positioned for lounging. Zero space.

Nice relaxed decor - unlike other marble tile hotels - a tropical feel. Lovely staff - we have especially come to know Lan. We stayed for several weeks & like it very much. Nice to have kitchen facilities & a washing machine. A nice pool on the top of the building.

The hotel staff were very friendly, always said hi, bye and even good night as we walked in. Since it was a small hotel, it was just one staff so didn't have much help with luggage but that wasn't an issue. Hotel came with a pool. We didn't use it but it had a nice view over the area and was big enough to chill in (not for laps unfortunately). The room was great! Self enclosed room with fully working kitchen and a washing machine, could easily stay here for weeks on end. It had a big fridge, microwave, kettle, portable hob and all of the crockery to go with it. The bed was very comfortable, the AC worked like a dream and the bathroom was very well stocked with everything we'd need, amenities and everything else. It's location was also amazing, right opposite many different food places including a veggie and a vegan restaurant, both with good food. Right up the road from My Khe beach, maybe less than 10 minutes walk. Plenty of grocery and convenience stores around and even a 30 second walk from a coffee shop that had the best coffee we had in Vietnam. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Da Nang

Breakfast was quite lacking. It was limited options that you had to pre-select from the night before. Drinks were also limited and as it was all made for you, you couldn't control how things tasted (i.e. The coffee). They were willing to adapt some options to suit dietary requirements, such as removing egg from fried rice and fried noodles but they were quite oily and not something we wanted for breakfast. The bread was very sweet and became quite sickly as it had even sweeter jam spread across it. While the location was perfect for relaxing and exploring a smaller area, it was quite far from some other attractions such as the markets and the dragon bridge. Whilst not an issue, as it was 10 minutes by Grab, if you're planning to walk, it's easily 30/40 minutes to the bridge.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful! Location is fantastic, close to beach, many restaurants and bars. The bed is very comfortable. Strong WiFi and AC. Washing machine with detergent. Large TV.

The hot water works off solar, so on rainy days, we didn't get hot showers. Only one pan for cooking, but no spatulas, knives or forks. Does not come with a spunge or dish soap. No where to hang your clean clothes after washing.

A very nice hotel/apartment to spend an extended time in Da Nang. We were there for 12 days and were really able to get into a relaxed pace which was in thanks to the location and the excellent staff. You have a good mix of very touristy locations and more local options around the property for food and services depending on what you are feeling that day. Was easy to take trips to the city and the dragon bridge as well as hop over to the Marble Mountains and Hoi An. The breakfast in the morning is a nice touch and is delivered to your room!

Had some issues with the hot water in our room but it was so hot having a cool shower upon arriving home was quite refreshing. Some parts of the room are not well finished where as some are very high quality so its a bit of an odd mix.

We liked that it was in a very good location, near the beach and many restaurants. Also not far from the airport. The staff were lovely, kind and so so accommodating especially when we had problems with the room. Breakfast was delicious, and they deliver it to the room , making it very comfortable.

There were some issues regarding the room, where we had an aircon breakdown as well as the fan. However, we got relocated and compensated by the hotel. The staff were not at fault for this issue!

The attendant was fluent in English and very helpful. The building was quiet and secure within walking distance of the beach. The room had a clothes washing machine in the bathroom I used several times. The pool and party area on the top floor was a great bonus as well. The family style room was very large and had a terrace.
