All the staff were excellent and so very helpful, nothing was too much trouble at any time. The suite was awesome and especially the grand bath with a view of Danang. This is a great place to stay and the driver contact from the hotel was great for all the journeys and trips as well. The hotel is in a great position near many good eating places, a bar street a very short walk away and only a 2-3 minute walk from the beach, we were unlucky with the weather for beach time but nonetheless great long walks were had. Tea and coffee supplied everyday but you will need adapter for the kettle, but fear not, we asked reception and they sent one up within minutes. Laundry was good, was 24 hour from handing in and was delivered efficiently to our room on the top floor and payment was on check out.

Breakfast is more in tune for Asian travellers but there is more than enough to make it pleasant, especially the fried eggs that is best to order on arrival. Westerners love Coffee and my only wish would be that there was a coffee machine with options, but that is my personal preference.

The staff were all excellent, especially Big Lihn and Little Lihn on Reception. A special mention, too, for the lovely kitchen/ dining room staff who looked after us in the mornings.

Unfortunately, I felt that some other guests were quite rude to the 'dining room staff'. However, the kitchen/dining room team were superb in remaining respectful and professional whilst dealing with them. I think it would also be a good idea to let guests know that, when using the pool, they should dry themselves before before returning to their rooms to avoid potential health and safety incidents with water on stairs and in elevators.

The staff were fantastic. Friendly and very helpful. The location was great. A few minutes walk to the beach and located inside the An Thuong tourist area. There is a multitude of restaurants and bars at your doorstep. We had a nice view of the beach. Didn’t use the pool as it rained the whole week we were there.

Can get noisy at night if you’re trying to sleep early. There is a man selling Banh Bao(buns), going around every night on his bike with megaphone until 1am or later. We got used to it after a few nights. Breakfast was very limited but for only 50000 vnd we can’t really complain, only ate it once as plenty of other options close by.

The location is excellent, you’re right in the heart of things on the beach side while also being in a relatively quiet street so you can get a solid sleep. You’re also surrounded by excellent cafes and restaurants and less than 5 min stroll to the beach. The staff were incredible and made us feel very welcomed. I need gluten free food and they were super accommodating at breakfast and made me my own dish each morning so I could eat safely. They also gave us some tips on where to shop and were friendly and helpful at every hour of the day. The rooftop pool and view are superb. The hotel is aging but for the price you pay, the amenities and really attentive staff, it’s an awesome place to stay. We actually kept extending our stay while waiting for an apartment to become available - stayed 11 nights and we were genuinely sad to leave!

Our first room was right by the elevator and staff storage area so it was quite loud. We asked reception if we could move to a room away from that area and they very kindly found us another room which was nice and quiet. Recommend requesting a room away from the elevator, and ideally on a high floor, when you book. Other than that, everything was great!

It was the perfect hotel at this stunning destination! The room was spacious, clean and had a huge bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and views of the city + ocean. The staff were very hospitable and warm, and the location was superb. It is situated very close to the beach (within walking distance) and bars, restaurants, local food stalls and eateries were right outside our door with most open until late. The free breakfast on our 5 night stay was also a special touch. Marble Mountains, the lady Buddha and Ba Na Hills were accessible with a car and it’s a bonus that there is barely any traffic in Da Nang. Not to forget, this hotel was a bargain and still included excellent amenities and facilities. Very budget friendly!

-The location was superb! -Breakfast was sooo tasty, the best tasting out of all places we stayed in Da Nang, great variety as well. The customer service staff well all wonderful, awesome energy and attitude. -The Breakfast host Ly was exceptional, professional yet personable and easy going. The stay was made wonderful with details like this. -Inside the rooms themselves were also clean with nice building detailing and nice claw foot tub. -they had central air con that was very quiet but effective

The hall ways could use more sprucing up, there were some things randomly stored. Roof top pool is a miss for everything else being great, just seemed not cared for, there is a washroom up there kind of stinky and ruining the pool ambiance. Also didnt seem the most clean? Just needs a-bit more sprucing up to turn into bit more atmospheric for people to actually relax and enjoy. Views were incredible from the pool tho. A warning (but not hotels fault) on weekends it can be noisy in the area - especially Sundays. Theres a man cycling around the areas always yelling selling buns. Some people may enjoy it as part of the charm but just warning to others if you dont.

Nice staff. Location easy distance from the beach. Comfortable big bed. Restaurants in the streets around the hotel are for tourists (Indian/American/Korean/ Mexican food etc) and quite empty this season but a walk of about 15 minutes took us to the area with restaurants with authentic local food where local people ate. Rented a scooter which made it easy to get around to go visit Son Tra peninsula, Dragon bridge and night market, Hoi An and Marble Mountains.

A couple of simple things would have made it better -some hooks to hang your towels in the bathroom. Had to put on hangers in cupboard A rack for soap in the shower. Hotel breakfast was cheap but better food elsewhere. Did not realise it was low-season and beaches were closed all the days we were there.

Friendly staff and hotel located near the beach. Nicely designed hotel. Comfy bed.

Our room on the fourth floor has a big window but unfortunately it cant be open for fresh air. So just a note for check-in staff, in case you have available options for room on 4th and 5th floor, better ask the guests which one they prefer. Shower quite small for double room. The AC hidden behind pillows

Loved the sea view room. It was quite a big room. The washroom was also specious. Thy geyser was always on. Bathtub looked regal. The location was superb. Few minutes walk to the beach and lots of food places and spa around. Very convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Above all it's safe and clean.

Restaurant was only for breakfast. Breakfast was okayish. Could be better. Reception desk should have more staff. Moreover, Vietnam is turning into a great tourist spot. Communicating in basic English is a must.

Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff. Compared to other hotels which we visited personally after a bad experience this one is one of the cleanest, no mold or bad smell. Also you can rent a scooter there. Did not use the pool but it looked clean. Location is very close to the beach and the area is full of cozy streets with cafes and restaurants.

Breakfast buffet is Asian style only, could not even get a teabag. There are plenty of breakfast options in walkable distance though.
