Excellent location with a three minute walk to the beach and cafes and grocery stores located within meters of the entrance, friendly staff, prompt communication via WhatsApp (or App of your choice). The apartment was quite a bit more expensive than others in the area but it’s a very beautiful and well maintained property which justifies the cost. Clean bedding, great shower pressure, superior ducted ceiling aircon, kitchen and utensils were clean and functional, glass folding doors that open up onto the verandah, the washing by machines are functional and easy to use, laundry liquid, salt, pepper, oil and soy sauce are supplied, infinity pool long enough to do a few morning laps, coffee shop in the building that does awesome matcha. I loved it so much I extended my stay by another two weeks and got a great direct price and upgrade to a larger two bedroom unit - the staff really are a great addition to this hotel.

Please consider getting a microwave in the apartments, this would make reheating food so helpful as you can’t cook everything on a stove 😞

Fully equipped rooms. Easy check in and out. Door code instead of keys so it was very convenient. Quick communication via whatsapp.

The irrigation in the balcony wasn't set up correctly. The timer ran for too long with some broken parts due to sun damage, which made the water wet our laundry and poured down lots of water to ground level. I had to complain a few times for them to fix the broken par, but I do think they need pay more attention to set it up properly as it definitely creates a great look having plants there. The beds should be softer. The space is very small unless you book a large apartment which costs a bit more.

It’s located very centrally and an easy spot to navigate your way around Da Nang. A bonus was being able to wash our clothes. They dried super quick in the heat. It was awesome having a roof top pool. We loved waking to the sound of the neighbourhood coming alive and wandering down to the beach at 6am to see what life is.

The rooms were cleaned daily to a spotless level, the cleaners changed the towels daily, the tidied and washed up our things. Honestly that was wonderful for us. The staff in the reception and at the cafe were so lovely and the security team, it all felt so safe with 2 small children. We stayed for over 3 weeks.

We didn’t have a table in our apartment to eat at so I would prob change that next time and also the sofa is quite small and not that comfy but it didn’t change how we felt about our stay.

The location is perfect, in a nice area of Da Nang. The staff is very polite and happy to help you! We didn’t use the swimming pool due to bad weather but we visited the rooftop just to see it and it was sooo nice, it’s a pity that the wether has not allow us to take a swim and enjoy the terrace. The apartment has everything you need, the washing machine saved our trip.

Every morning around 8am a strong smell of fried food entered into our apartment and it was pretty annoying especially if based on your culture you don’t eat that kind of food for breakfast. We think it came from the other apartments (maybe they were cooking their breakfast)

The apartment style, travelling with a young teen it was important to my husband and I that our daughter had her own room. Laundry facilities in the room were a definite bonus as we could do our own washing The room also provided filtered water for drinking Roof top pool was great too 😍

We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was well equipped with everything you could need. Particularly appreciated the filtered water dispenser. The hotel staff on level 1 were consistently fantastic. Could not do enough to help with any enquiry. The daily clean of room was always appreciated.

Was a little worried the shower floor was slippery. We continued to take care during our visit and had no problems.

This was a very well-priced and nice "aparthotel" in a good location of Da Nang. The property's draw for us was that the rooms have kitchens, a washer, and some other amenities like you're in your home. The washer was particularly helpful for us to wash our clothes halfway in the middle of a vacation. The check-in people were very friendly and there is a cafe at the bottom floor if you want to get coffee and pastries in the morning and a bahn mi shop and convenience store located right nearby. The hotel is actually very close to My Khe beach as well. You're not going to get a luxury hotel, but it is a well located hotel with good amenities and reasonably priced.

I would give one word of caution not to alter the A/C controls. When we were there, we tried to play with the temperature controls and unfortunately the A/C was not completely working when we stayed overnight--best just not to touch it or ask the very helpful staff downstairs! One other note for travelers is that there is no dryer so you have to clothes dry anything you wash--it can rain overnight in Da Nang so a word of warning on drying your clothes outside overnight.

Location was excellent, close to the beach, above a coffee shop next door to a fabulous Bahn mi place. Room was fantastic with great space for a family of four. There was a washing machine with washing detergent provided and a clothes rack also. The beds were comfortable, the staff were very pleasant. We had a wonderful stay.

We had asked the staff for a recommendation about boat trips at night near the dragon Bridge and they didn't get back to us about any recommendations. It was probably just a mistake and it was the only concern we had.
