Excellent location with a three minute walk to the beach and cafes and grocery stores located within meters of the entrance, friendly staff, prompt communication via WhatsApp (or App of your choice). The apartment was quite a bit more expensive than others in the area but it’s a very beautiful and well maintained property which justifies the cost. Clean bedding, great shower pressure, superior ducted ceiling aircon, kitchen and utensils were clean and functional, glass folding doors that open up onto the verandah, the washing by machines are functional and easy to use, laundry liquid, salt, pepper, oil and soy sauce are supplied, infinity pool long enough to do a few morning laps, coffee shop in the building that does awesome matcha. I loved it so much I extended my stay by another two weeks and got a great direct price and upgrade to a larger two bedroom unit - the staff really are a great addition to this hotel.

Please consider getting a microwave in the apartments, this would make reheating food so helpful as you can’t cook everything on a stove 😞

It’s located very centrally and an easy spot to navigate your way around Da Nang. A bonus was being able to wash our clothes. They dried super quick in the heat. It was awesome having a roof top pool. We loved waking to the sound of the neighbourhood coming alive and wandering down to the beach at 6am to see what life is.

The location is perfect, in a nice area of Da Nang. The staff is very polite and happy to help you! We didn’t use the swimming pool due to bad weather but we visited the rooftop just to see it and it was sooo nice, it’s a pity that the wether has not allow us to take a swim and enjoy the terrace. The apartment has everything you need, the washing machine saved our trip.

Every morning around 8am a strong smell of fried food entered into our apartment and it was pretty annoying especially if based on your culture you don’t eat that kind of food for breakfast. We think it came from the other apartments (maybe they were cooking their breakfast)

This was a very well-priced and nice "aparthotel" in a good location of Da Nang. The property's draw for us was that the rooms have kitchens, a washer, and some other amenities like you're in your home. The washer was particularly helpful for us to wash our clothes halfway in the middle of a vacation. The check-in people were very friendly and there is a cafe at the bottom floor if you want to get coffee and pastries in the morning and a bahn mi shop and convenience store located right nearby. The hotel is actually very close to My Khe beach as well. You're not going to get a luxury hotel, but it is a well located hotel with good amenities and reasonably priced.

I would give one word of caution not to alter the A/C controls. When we were there, we tried to play with the temperature controls and unfortunately the A/C was not completely working when we stayed overnight--best just not to touch it or ask the very helpful staff downstairs! One other note for travelers is that there is no dryer so you have to clothes dry anything you wash--it can rain overnight in Da Nang so a word of warning on drying your clothes outside overnight.

Location was excellent, close to the beach, above a coffee shop next door to a fabulous Bahn mi place. Room was fantastic with great space for a family of four. There was a washing machine with washing detergent provided and a clothes rack also. The beds were comfortable, the staff were very pleasant. We had a wonderful stay.

We had asked the staff for a recommendation about boat trips at night near the dragon Bridge and they didn't get back to us about any recommendations. It was probably just a mistake and it was the only concern we had.

Great location for us, clean, lovely pool and apartment was spacious. Loved that there was a water filter instead of plastic bottles and appreciated the washing machine!

A few minor things - no glasses in kitchen(I saw someone else comment on this too) which we just found completely strange; no tea towels and no pool towels. They simply don’t have these things. We were told no glasses, given a face cloth for a tea towel and told to use our bath towels for the pool. Really think hotel should supply these 3 things…they are such small things that would make a difference.

Great apartments for the price. Location is great, staff were friendly and helpful, rooms are decent and very clean. Definitely worth it for a longer stay in the area!

We had a room near the top and there were some water pump noises vibrating the roof at different times. You could also hear the pool water when someone was swimming on the floor above, but overall wasn't a big deal.

Comfortable bed , great pillows. Really appreciated the water filter.

The sitting area was awkward and uncomfortable with only two small pillows for the back of the lounge, inadequate for the two bedroom unit. There was a large structural column that obscured the outlook, it spoiled the balcony area. Confused floorplan with the bathroom taking up one third of the living area. The drainage in the bathroom was badly designed and the shower flooded the floor. Kitchen was extremely basic with fridge in the lounge area.

We got a really good deal for our stay but even on their standard rate, I would stay here again. Location was fantastic and central to all the local pubs and restaurants and it's walking distance to the beach. The apartment was serviced and cleaned daily. Air-con was strong. They provided a list of local recommendation which we used and wasn't disappointed. With 'Grab' app, it was easy to order food or a taxi. Overall, amazing!

Not much to say here. We really enjoyed our stay.
