Unlike many other hotels, there is no mold, no mold smell, no cockroaches, no mosquitoes, no noise from next room. Also they have quality toiletries. Breakfast is delicious with lots of options for almost every taste. And I love staff’s approach to guests which is kind and with a smiling face 😊They are very good at their job. They were quick to respond whenever I needed help. The location is the best!

Not that I don’t like but it could be better if the beach towels were renewed. But this not a big deal for me 😊

This hotel is a very good option for a stay in Da Nang. We have stayed in three hotels so far, as we are often travelling to Da Nang and this one is our favourite. The rooms are very clean, the breakfast delicious and big in selection, and the staff so friendly. Also the rooms are quieter than the others we tried, as the widows are isolated. Given there are some bars in the area, this is definitely needed. We were staying on the sevenths floor and did barely here anything from the surroundings. The area is amazing for food and the beach ist just a 3 minutes walk away. There are some street food options and many restaurants just around the corner. Another recommendation is the hotel spa, as it was great in price and value. Also the bar is great for a relaxed evening or afternoon. We would definitely come again, we felt so welcome!

Some say the rooms are outdated. I would say it is not too bad, we felt very well and as everything is clean the dark wooden furniture did not impact our stay at all. But I guess that is preference.

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and streets with tourist infrastructure, including bars and restaurants. The check-in was friendly, and I was helped with my suitcase and given a welcome juice. After walking through some slightly outdated corridors, I found myself in a room that was not modernly furnished, but large and comfortable. I had a good view of the sea. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options and is overall in line with the hotel's price-performance ratio. The hotel has a secure car park where you can park a rented scooter at night.

One could look at it negatively, but self-critically speaking, you get what you pay for. The hotel staff does not seem to receive proper training. There are a few individuals who are very service-oriented and communicate effectively, but many employees are not proactive in their communication (e.g., at check-in, there was no information about Wi-Fi, breakfast, the pool, or the gym). Additionally, some employees struggle to understand English (e.g., at the spa reception). The pool area is not particularly inviting, the gym has dated equipment, and the surrounding area does not appear to be well-maintained. In general, the hotel appears run-down in many areas. The internet reconnected every few minutes and was very unreliable.

I booked the family suite. The overall suite exceeds my expectations. It was very spacious. The room was clean and the room was stocked up with mineral water and daily room service available. The surrounding place was lit. There were many bars, restaurants, spa and souvenir shop nearby. The beach was amazing, but the weather was hot the time I went.

I was a little disappointed with one of the rooms in the family suite. the bathroom was like a physical in the room with only a 'shower' glass door, and the sink was in the room. Like there was no privacy to use the toilet. The breakfast spread was good, but mostly the food and pastries were repetitive. Can be improved.

We lived in a tourist area, a couple of steps and a lot of different cafes, we had breakfast, it was very very tasty, I recommend breakfast! You can have soup, you can have omelets, fruits, etc.! At first, everything was great, until the neighbors started making noise late at night and early in the morning, as there are more than 10 rooms in the corridor and the doors squeak when the key is incorrectly attached, it is very audible! Of course, this is to treat tourists who do not respect others, the last 2 days have been terrible in this regard! The facilities, staff and daily cleaning are great! I would like to live higher in the future!

Great location, right near the beach and lots of places to eat, spas, etc. The staff were lovely, the room was nice and big and I loved having two toilets. The lounge couch was comfy and so was the bed and pillows. Nice view of the beach too.

The TVs didn't seem to work but we didn't really mind as we were out mostly. It can be a little noisy at night, mainly due to one bar with bands playing, but the said, it always stopped before it was too late and didn't disrupt our sleep.

We had a wonderful stay at Avatar. I have stayed in many hotels in Da Nang, in the My An area, and this is by far my favourite. The room was spacious, the bed was huge, I had a desk where I was able to work and a separate seating area to relax. The housekeeping was great. They came and cleaned every morning without fail. One of the highlights was the buffet breakfast. The staff who worked during this time were extremely helpful and kind, ensuring you had everything that you wanted. They made fresh eggs, any way you wanted and there was a whole variety of other foods to choose from. Overall I loved my time at Avatar and cannot wait to return. Many thanks to the whole team, you are doing a wonderful job! :-)

The 4-star "Avatar" hotel is wonderful, with an elegant atmosphere and excellent service. The hotel is well-equipped, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing feel. I would especially like to mention Jolly, the female bartender at the bar. She is a very professional bartender, and the cocktails she prepares are not only delicious but also creative. Every time we visit the bar, she warmly greets us and provides high-quality service. I have been here twice, and each time has been a great experience. Overall, Avatar Hotel is an ideal accommodation choice, offering a pleasant experience whether for a vacation or a business trip.

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights, and I must commend on the staff. All were always smiling and greeted us warmly at every interaction opportunity. Ms Quynh at the front desk was especially helpful and so willing to recommend nice restaurants and places of interest for my family. There is also a nice pool, however we didn't swim due to the season we visited. A small but nicely equipped gym is also available. Location was about a short 2 mins walk to the beach, which was the reason we chose this area. There are many good restaurants, cafes and convenience marts surrounding the hotel. I will recommend this hotel for families and will happily come back again.

Good hotel close to the beach. Not the first line, so need to walk 3-5 minutes to get there and cross one busy street. Room was big and clean, and the bathroom is decent sized (shower only). Check-in experience was great, with the cold tea offered and all the formalities completed fast, but they could not provide a room before the check-in time, so I had to walk around the hotel a bit before that. Breakfast was OK in the Asian style, but maybe too little more European options. They also have free sauna available by request (quite small) and good massage (though more expensive than on the streets).

Gym is laughable, though still can do some exercise. Most of the good food options are a bit further away from the hotel, but taxi/motorbikes are very cheap, so it's easy to get anywhere in Danang.
