- unsteady WiFi connection 20% highspeed 80% very low to zero - there's no private beach as mentioned in the facilities Small things, not a mistake but it would be nice to: - have a body lenght mirror in the room - less lunch food and more breakfast type food for the morning, more fruits - housekeeping knocked on our door when we left "do not disturb" sign outside

I had a great time at this hotel! Everything was top notch, and the most outstanding thing was the service - the staff was incredibly nice and helpful, always ready to answer questions and give advice. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location of the hotel made it easy to reach the main attractions, restaurants and the beach. Additional amenities such as fast WiFi and a tasty breakfast also made the stay very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff always ready to assist you. My family and I felt very welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet selection wasn't the biggest i've seen but it was sure to have enough variety for almost anyone. And the main dishes changed each day. It's a great and inexpensive pick with an unbeatable location.

Small things mostly like putting new batteries in the signal receivers on some of the ceiling fans. The room thrashcans being fairly small. The scale of closets, especially in the kitchen. I myself am 193cm tall and I find it unfathomable how smaller people can realistically use it. But alas, very minor things.

Housekeeping responsible were avoiding proper cleaning of shower and that’s why we have in both rooms issue with water flooding. After calling few times to reception he was coming and fixing issue that can be easily fixed during daily cleaning Slow Wi-Fi

The hotel is in an excellent location, surrounded by plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, massage and nail shops, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, air conditioning is brilliant (a must this time of year) the view from the pool is gorgeous too overall a great stay for an excellent price

The beds are so hard and uncomfortable but this isn’t exclusive to this hotel as we have stayed in multiple hotels now across Thailand and Vietnam and they have all been the same. It was quite noisy as well throughout the night into the early hours and starts again very early morning. The level of cleaning wasn’t quite up to touch, small things like bathroom bins, corners and tiles, there was also toothpaste left on top of the mirror from previous guests.

You cannot beat the location. One block from the beach and on a great, fairly quiet street but with plenty of great restaurant options and even a rooftop bar across the street. The bed is HUGE which was great but could be a little more "comfy" but it is not bad. Staff is great and the breakfast is pretty good.

In my criteria I look for rooms with balconies. this room shows it as a balcony but it is really just a sliding door to a tiny ledge, barely enough to stand on. We like to sit on a balcony and watch what is going on below. We could only stand and uncomfortably. But if you're not concerned about a balcony then this is fine. The other thing is that the glass walls around the rooftop pool are filthy. It would take such little effort to bring some soapy water and a squidgy and clean the glass once a week and it would be a much better experience.

Nice comfortable hotel in the heart of An Thuong area. Great staff, everyone was friendly and helpful. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast. Easy walk to beach and lots of restaurants and bars, but not overly noisy.

Just a note about "balcony": It looked like most if not all hotels on this street and in this area say they have balcony, but they're not really balconies, they're too small for sitting, you can just stand there, but not comfortable. You can open the sliding doors and sit inside looking out, but still, if having a good balcony is important, you should make sure it's a real balcony. If it's not important, then it's no problem!

Very simple hotel with all necessary ammenities, only two blocks from the beach. Staff very friendly and breakfast offered a lot of options. Great place especially for the price paid.

Staff friendly and helpful, location excellent, double delux room was a good size, family suite nice size with 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets , pool area not a large area but private , breakfast was satisfactory

For myself could of done with a little more western choices like bacon , proper sausages and pancakes, milk was condensed and not nice , bathrooms need a little maintenance and wood floors in bedrooms, bathroom flooded every time you showered, if there was a restaurant or bar or room service as per amenities list we did not see any or advised and no instructions as to where you found them, no pool towels and was not informed of private beech area which was also advertised

We enjoyed our stay at Palazzo Boutique Hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Location is great with a short, easy walk to the beach. Plenty of food options nearby, mini mart across the road and a slightly larger one two shops down. Cool views from the rooftop pool which the kids loved and was good for a quick dip.The room (2 bed, 2 bath) was spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast is good with enough options to keep everyone happy. We would have no issues staying here again.

The beds were very firm which didn't affect us but could be an issue if you don't like that. There is a bit of street noise and music late at night. There was a guy constantly riding around with a speaker repeating whatever he is selling which really bothered hubby and affected his sleep but I don't think it's a deal breaker. The noise didn't bother me or the kids at all.
