From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and full of heart. The true highlight of our stay was without a doubt Amy—her positivity is infectious. You see her and can’t help but smile. She radiates such genuine warmth that it instantly lifts your mood and makes you feel right at home.The entire staff shares that same friendly, kind energy. Everyone was so helpful, attentive, and made sure our stay felt special from start to finish. The rooms are clean, cozy, and perfectly sized—not too big, not too small. Just right for comfort and relaxation. Though what blew us away was the twice-daily room service—something we’ve not experienced at any hotel before. They clean once in the morning and again in the evening, and each time they leave the sweetest notes with little tales and candy. It’s such a small gesture, but it made a huge impression—it felt personal, thoughtful, and honestly just melted our hearts. If you’re looking for a place that feels like more than just a hotel, this is it. Thank you for such a lovely and memorable stay!

There’s wasn’t really a thing we didn’t like, everything was just right!

Close to the beach and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is located in a very cozy street with a lot of bars and restaurants. The breakfast was also really good. What I really liked was that the hotel offered a "turn-down service", which involved housekeeping bringing you some extra bottles of water and a small snack with a nice message on a piece of paper.

There was some construction going on during the day (not in the morning or at night, though) and some other guests on the same floor as me were being very loud one night (I think they were having drinks in their room). I paid some extra for a room with a window, but the window was very small.

Truly fantastic stay! The location is perfect – just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We were even treated to a complimentary 30-minute massage and free ride to the airport, which was such a lovely surprise! Breakfast was a highlight – beautifully presented, full of variety, and absolutely delicious. This is the kind of hotel that leaves a lasting impression, and without a doubt, a place I would love to return to.

We enjoyed 3 days stay in Sofiana Hotel and we truly loved it. Ms.Amy and her staff were very friendly and kind to us. They assisted us with airport transpo pick up and drop. We also booked the hotel car service going to Ho Ain Old Quarter to explore the night market and lantern boat ride. Unfortunately there was heavy rain but we managed to enjoy the place. We love thr location and we enjoyed a lot the Danang Beach backside of the hotel. There are a lot marts to buy souvenirs and Vietnamese snacks.

I absolutely LOVED everything about this hotel! The receptionists were AMAZING — so warm and helpful. You really can’t go wrong here or feel like you’re missing anything. The location is perfect — just a 1-minute walk to the beach and my favourite, Maia Beach Club. It’s also super close to lots of restaurants and 24-hour supermarkets, yet the area is quiet and peaceful. The spa and sauna were incredible and made my stay even more relaxing. I would definitely come back!

The staff were very welcoming. Amy was fabulous and Mia was great when I booked an excursion. The room was quite spacious especially as we had 2 king single beds. The turn down service replenishing amenities and towels, water etc when needed. The rooftop bar and pool were fabulous and 2 for 1 happy hour deals were appreciated. The breakfast was good with enough choices that changed daily. The area and streets around the hotel had plenty of restaurants and spas etc. The beach was 1 street away and beautiful!

Their rooms are cosy and clean and their pricing is excellent. The hotel is 2 mins away from the beach. The staff is really sweet and the gua sha facial in their spa is excellent, also the sauna room. I recommend watching the sunset from their rooftop bar, it is a different level of beauty. The receptionist Amy was so helpful and accommodating. Also please try the salty coffee from Danky, the coffee shop right next to their hotel, just 40,000 dong.

The staff are the highlight. Every single person who works there is so friendly and accommodating. You feel like family by the time you leave. A special mention to Amy, Sally, Chloe and Mia for their kindness and the laughs we shared. In addition, the rooms are comfortable, the rooftop has delicious cocktails and it’s super close to beach and lots of restaurants and shops.

The AC and pool could be colder but we survived.

The hotel was perfect for our stay. This was the second time we have stayed here and it did not disappoint. The front desk staff, Amy, Mia and Sally were always attentive to our needs. The hotel and our room was very clean, and some days the room cleaners came twice!! Special mention for the bar manager Richard. Super guy!! We will definitely stay here again

The hotel is located near the beach. The staff is very nice, always asked how we were doing and always helped if necessary. Every day they gave compliments in the form of sweets and tea. I would come back here for these wonderful people (staff) who made our holiday very comfortable and enjoyable. They also provided a free taxi to the airport.
