The staff were super friendly and helpful, the location is really good The rooms are a bit old but comfy, maybe a 4 star years ago.

The breakfast wasn’t that good for a westerner, they had an egg station for fried, scrambled or omelette which was good, but the rest of it was lame. One day they had cold chips as a choice and the next day cold pizza. Ok if you are a student I suppose 😅 the rest was salad and Asian food. I found Da Nang like the rest of Vietnam very dirty with trash everywhere, they let themselves down with this.. I was going to spend 3 weeks in Vietnam but decided to leave after a week to go to other cleaner Asian destinations.

Hotel location is perfect. Mart, Laundry, Various restaurants, cafes, and massages are all around the hotel and the sea arrives at the beach in one minute. The staff is always smiling and friendly.

A fantastic room in a lovely, well-specified hotel, in a great location in Danang. The room was large, with a nice bathroom, with monsoon and wand shower attachments. Plenty of hot/cold water with a nice flow. The bed was large and comfortable. Breakfast is served "buffet style" and has plenty of Vietnamese and Western options. The chef made a delicious omlette to order. The staff are all helpful, cheerful and kind people who try hard to make you comfortable. The airport shuttle service is excellent, in a very comfortable, spacious car.

Although the room and bathroom was clean, I would suggest a little more attention to some of the "hard to reach" cleaning locations, such as the A/C unit (which was covered in sticky dust) and the balcony (which had empty beer cans from the previous occupant).

Location was outstanding, a block and a half from the beach and on a quieter street. Lots of restaurants in the area. The roof top pool was a little better than we expected (and open 24 hours). The room was a good size. The bbq restaurant at the front of the building was fantastic, and the beer prices were reasonable. The included breakfast was better than other experiences. The laundry service was good value and timely.

The "king bed" was 2 mattresses pushed together, so there's obviously a hard seam in the middle of the bed... and the mattresses were rock hard with a pillow topper that didn't quite soften the experience enough. The bathroom was pretty dirty (lots of scale build up in the shower, the sink and faucet were loose and moved around on the counter). Hot water ran out quickly. The shower water ran across the entire floor and never dried, and staff were skimpy with towels to sop all the water up. Our balcony (that we paid extra for) looked right into the bed of an adjacent room, with people lying in it the entire time and who kept the blinds wide open, so we didn't feel comfortable using it. It just looked out to a wall 12 feet away, anyway.

The room and bathroom were both very clean. The bed was quite hard, so I asked if we could change rooms. Instead, they offered a great solution by adding a mattress topper — it looked brand new, and I really appreciated that level of service. Breakfast was great, with plenty of choices. The swimming pool was small, but perfect for our child. The staff were very friendly, especially Anh. She was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready with great tips on what to see and where to go. Thank you, Anh! ❤️ Overall, a great hotel for a very reasonable price.

It could be noisy at night, specially the bak pao seller😅

The best of this hotel is the location, it's not right in front of the beach but it's one street behind only, so you get to the beach in just 3 minutes. Plus, the neighborhood has plenty of everything: restaurants, bars, laundry, spas, massages, pharmacies, etc, so as location goes, this is great. Also, the staff was nice and polite. The room wasn't anything amazing, decoration wise, but still clean, and everything worked well: AC, Tv, shower, all worked well. Finally, the price compared with other options is very competitive, great price for its location.

The only thing I didn't like was the pillows, too thick for me, but I guess that is a personal taste issue. Moreover, the balcony, was too small and, the tv didn't had the option too put the kids channels into original version, it always had the Vietnamese dub. Also, the pool is nothing special, but when you are close to the beach I guess it doesn't matter that much. Finally, breakfast is ok, nothing too fancy, but for the price we paid for all stay is fair.

Very nice hotel located in the best place with all restaurants, bars, massage shops. Definitely value for money. Would stay again if come back. We had two bedroom suite with one bathroom. All toiletries were provided daily, cleaned room also every day. Breakfast was good overall. We don’t eat pork so selection was a little limited for us, but we still found plenty of options. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There’s also very nice bar and bbq place at the hotel. And also very cheap and fast laundry just 5m away, on the opposite side.

Everything was wonderful

Lovely staff and clean rooms. in the centre of walking streets with bars and food and 200 metres from the beach.

Balcony looks onto a noisy street, better to get either a high floor with balcony, or a room at the back. the hotel pool was shocking, half filled with water and missing patio tiles and broken sun beds, also trailing electric cables at the pool(not very safe at all). and the pool was in the sister hotel that you have to go to the ground floor, walk through a doorway and up to the 12th floor then 4 flights of stairs to be greeted with the worst pool of my 3 years travelling S.E. Asia

Exceptionally helpful staff. Great location. Good value for money. Clean pillows, bedding and good quality linen. Found me a brand new matress topper to make bed more comfortable. It was then blissfully comfortable. Addressed all issues of concern immediately and rectified the situation. TV control missing from room immediately replaced. Door started alarming at 7pm needed new locking mechanism, given a key to lock room (was an electronic card entry) fixed early next day. Air con kept going off one night, maintenance arrived early next morning to fix.

As with most places you cannot control the aircon temperature, didn't make a difference to temperature no matter what I set it at, ie 18 degrees or 25 degrees. Buffet breakfast majority Asian style food, but I do concede to be a picky eater. I just want fruit, yogurt, muesli and toast. Bread available to toast, and baguettes. Lots of fruit, occasionally yogurt no muesli (I do expect this to be the case and bring own muesli) I don't eat eggs so declined omelettes. If your Asian you'd be well catered for.

Our stay here was great. Loved the location being so close to beach and everything you need. The staff were always smiling and ready to help. Rooms were clean. Although a little tired but all in all very good value for money. Breakfast was plentiful.

The only gripe I would have is that we were in a room that was directly above the restaurant/ bar. At times the music was quite loud with a small range of songs played on loop until around 11pm. This might not bother some, but if you go to bed quite early like us, you might want to make sure you don’t get this room.
