The condo is fully equipped in the kitchen for cooking, minus the microwave. Regular refrigerator not a mini bar. Fluffy king size bed. Change of sheets and cleaning every day. Table and chairs on the balcony where you can enjoy coffee in bathrobe supplied by the owner. Excellent view of the city. Calm neighborhood in a residential area. The beach is a leisurely 15 minutes walk. There is a secluded pool surround with leafy plants at street level. Receptionist at the desk 24 hours.

A bit messy to take a shower in the bathtub with no curtains. Beside that omission everything was perfect.

It was a spacious room with a big window looking onto the sea, a block away. The location is also right in the heart of the action. I stayed in a room in the front of the hotel and can therefore not speak for the other "cheaper" rooms. The front desk girl (Nhi) is a delight.

I honestly can't think of a single thing. My stay there was great.

A nice place, very helpful staff on the reception (Nhi, Linh, and there was another helpful lady I didn't get her name). We didn't encounter any problems. The hotel has a peculiar system of managing the hot/cold water, but you can get used to that.

The hotel had a great location, just a short walk from the beach. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The best part of my stay was the amazing service—especially from LamNhi, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was so kind, attentive, and helpful, making my experience even better!

This is a great basic hotel. The staff are helpful and respectful. Lamnhi was very sweet. Good hot water and good pressure. Beds are comfortable. The street is quiet at night. Looks like there are some recent renovations to the property and seems to be ongoing.

Perfect location, only 3 minutes from the beach front. Loads of good places to eat nearby. Comfortable beds and a spacious room. Host was very kind and let us extend our stay two extra nights with no hassle, this stay was perfect for us.

The room is large and comfortable. You can find a cheap room with sea view here. Just need to walk about 100m to go to the beach. The staffs are nice too. They can even get up at 4 a.m to open the door for us if we return to hotel late. Recommend to book for your holiday here.

Best location one street away from the beach. Many places to eat and do basic shopping nearby. It's very much a walkable neighborhood. The building itself is extremely strong, since the typhoon hit us directly while we were staying here on the 6th floor and it didn't make a dent. We felt totally safe the whole time. The staff is always pleasant, especially the front desk manager and her assistant. English is spoken well enough to do basic transactions and get help while staying in the area. We had the family room on the 6th floor with the Sea view and a kitchen. The kitchen is not outfitted, but shops nearby can give you some of the simple things you need in utensils and cookware. It's a great option if you need a place to stay for a month at a time. I would book it for 3 Days to a week and then approach the manager about a rate for the following month.

It's not really the fault of the hotel, but there are many vacancies around town, and so some services such as breakfast are not available at this time. I wish this place were a little bit closer to the local market for long stay, but the Vinmart quick mart and some of the other quick marts in the area have almost everything you need including fresh veggies, fruit and even meat
