Chu Hotel has become my go-to accommodation whenever I visit Da Nang. Its prime location and high standard of cleanliness consistently meet my top priorities when choosing a place to stay. The staff go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience—special thanks to Suzy, Lisa, and the gentleman who manages the buffet breakfast, whose warm hospitality and attentiveness truly enhance the overall experience. Their friendliness adds a personal touch that makes each stay feel welcoming. I particularly enjoyed the daily buffet breakfast, which offers a delightful mix of local and Western dishes. The rotating menu kept things fresh and interesting, and I found myself genuinely looking forward to breakfast each morning. I’m impressed that they take priority in maintaining the hotel clean and safe for their guests. During my recent stay, notice and i was informed about the pest control services conducted at the hotel. I'm already looking forward to my next trip to Da Nang—and to staying at Chu Hotel again!

Chu Hotel was comfortable, quiet, and good value. The included breafast was fine - but beware of Vietnamese coffee! I like strong coffee so I loved it but it is super strong! Location is good... one block from the lovely wide - and clean - beach and easy walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. The cleaning ladies do a good job and my room was kept super clean with bottles of water provided daily. Wifi was fine. TV had some English language channels and I was able to plug my Fire Stick into the HDMI port and connect to WiFi for my Apple TV, Disney, Netflix, Sky, Bloomberg etc. Staff are terrific. All very nice and friendly with help and suggestions on places to visit. Big thank you especially to Rachel, Gina, and Kelly.

My room was at the rear of the property and only had a view of the building a few metres away. That was not optimum but I did not spend much time in the room.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that was located right by the beach, and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed.The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with all of the amenities I could ask for.One of the things I loved most about this hotel was its location. Being so close to the beach meant that I could easily spend my days lounging on the sand, swimming in the ocean, or taking.

Great location. The first room we checked into didn't have great air conditioning so we were moved to a better room at no extra cost (we love cold air conditioning). The room was huge with comfortable bed, good bathroom (hot shower) and a great breakfast. The staff were lovely. Really enjoyed the bar/restaurant downstairs where breakfast was served; also great for a cocktail or beer in the evening. Very close to the 'tourist walking streets' where there is no car allowed from 6pm so nice to walk around the stalls set up for food, drinks, massage.

The staff and ambience at the hotel were fantastic. I would particularly like to mention (amongst to many other great colleagues): Collin, Hank, Robot and Pham who constantly greeted me with a generous smile! Breakfast was fantastic and my room had a great view. Live music most nice for free was a bonus as a music lover!

That i had to leave hah

1) Excellent location, literally 2 mins to the beach. 2) Good enough breakfast, esp their egg fried rice. Kudos to the chef. 3) Friendly and helpful staffs. 4) Lots of good cafes, restaurants, massage places and Mani Pedi nearby.

1) Rooms floors were not clean. It was always sticky. Rooms were also dusty. 2) Sometimes hot water during shower goes off. 3) Worn down rooms. 4) Rooms seem nicer on photos.

Just a street and a building away from the beach. Close to restaurants and there's an ATM nearby as well. Kind and extremely helpful staffs, especially Rachel. From renting a scooter and getting tickets to Bana Hills, all made easy. Our room was spacious and comfortable, basic amenities provided. There's a small night market just down the street. Breakfast provided is not that bad after all, simple continental and toast. will be back again.

I recently stayed at a hotel with the most helpful and accommodating staff I have ever encountered. From the moment I checked in, the front desk personnel greeted me with warmth and enthusiasm, making me feel right at home. Throughout my stay, they went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met, and were always available to answer any questions I had.The hotel's location was also a major selling point for me, as it was just steps away from the beach. I spent most of my time soaking up the sun and enjoying the beautiful views of the ocean, which made for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating vacation.Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay near the beach, with an amazing staff that truly cares about their guests.

The room was clean and comfy. The bed was soft, breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly and supportive.

The rooms are a bit worn out. Also got rooms on the first floor so couldn't enjoy the seaview very much (we could still see the sea, but it wasn't as beautiful as in the picture of the property profile). The fridge was a bit smelly.

Chu is very well located, very close to the beach and also just next to all kinds of cafes and restaurants. We had a sea view room, it was nice,bright, and spacious. It's not brand new, so there is some wear and tear here and there, but for the price and location they offer, you couldn't ask for more. There was a good breakfast, daily room cleaning, and very attentive staff.
