We had a room with balcony sea view - great view and worth it. On the 18th floor, street noise was not an issue especially when the door was closed. Great infinity pool.

The following comments are more suggestions for the hotel. Our stay has been excellent and faultless. After tasting very nice coffees around Vietnam, the coffee served at the Balcona hotel is not the best 😃 (especially with afternoon tea). Because of the size of the hotel, service is not as personalised as we received in smaller accommodations we used in other places but the staff was still very helpful and friendly...

It is bang opposite to the Maia beach. We booked the room, Premier Double Room with Balcony. We requested a higher floor and they gave us a 15th floor room. From the room and balcony the view was amazing. The staffs were very helpful and cordial. The room and the bed linens were impeccably clean, the buffet was out of the world, with a wide variety of spreads.. Rose was very helpful in assisting us with the tour. In fact all the front desk staffs were very caring and cooperative. All attendants took good care of the guests. I strongly recommend to stay in this hotel. I would also like come back here.

They have taken 5,00,000 VND as deposit. This is for if anybody consumes anything from the mini bar. We have stayed in so many hotels in and out of the country, We didn't experience any such thing. At the time of check out they check everything, before they return the deposit money.

Reception staff were great, super polite, helpful and took our bags to our room. The hotel has 4 lifts so was never waiting - we stopped on floor 16 and the view was lovely overlooking the city. Noise was limited even though bars stayed open late . Comfy , clean bedroom and bathroom was nice, powerful shower too. Maids were great too, replenishing toiletries and water. Location- fabulous, literally a 5 minute walk from A Thong roads where you’ll find bars, restaurants and cafes that cater for all needs. Beach areas were clean and nice , right opposite the hotel- cute bars all along too! Would stay again.

Location is excellent. Breakfast spread is good but I would add it should include a dish or two to cater to Indian food requirement but as authentic as possible. For example tandoorie chicken or dosa with South Indian sambar. Hotel gets quite a number of Indian tourists after all. Make them happy.

There were no chairs and a table in the balcony

The expansive beach was just across the street in front of the hotel! It was relaxing and quiet once the horde of tourists leaves after sunset . You can enjoy the laid-back ambience, music, and drinks at the Maia bar. A souvenir shop is just next door. There's a fresh seafood restaurant across the souvenir shop and lots of other restaurants to choose from at the back streets.

Location, staff and the room. The staff were extremely helpful made our stay really enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was just what we needed for a day of sightseeing. The rooms were nice. Good view and great shower

I couldn’t stay longer

The room has a sea view and is on the beach, friendly staff, great internet and a good breakfast.

The balcony should have furniture. The fruit at the breakfast doesn't suit western taste (presumably aimed at Chinese). The pool has no sun, which wasn't a problem as I therefore didn't use it.

It is a beautiful and clean hotel, I have nothing to complain about, lovely staff, great service, delicious food.

I love the location, the clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast was amazing. Amazing ocean views. We were on the 17th floor, lifts were reliable and there was no waiting. This was my second time staying here, will be back to stay again. Staff were all absolutely lovely and helpful.

I had a beautiful experience at the hotel. I booked a sea facing room with balcony and had a fantastic experience. To wake up and watch the ocean everyday was a dream come true. The staff is also very helpful and considerate. Lily especially was very accommodating and was very helpful.
