This hotel was ideal for a long weekend by the sea and a few local sightseeing tours. The location is perfect for the beach and for a wide choice of good places to eat out. The breakfast, served on the pretty restaurant balcony, was fresh and delicious every day - I liked being able to choose and have everything made to order rather than a pre-prepared buffet. Also, the cafe on the ground floor serves the most amazing salads and much more besides. The staff on reception were very helpful and booked a driver for a day trip to Hue for me. I had the swimming pool to myself twice - lovely after a long car trip. Finally, the noise from the local area was minimal - no problems at all. I really enjoyed my stay and hope to return.

Very kind staff, We were greeted and received help with our bags upon arriving. The rooms were large and close to a lot of food and the beach! The breakfast was delicious and the people working them were so sweet, We had a view of the ocean to one side and fireworks to the other.

The area is very loud. There is a biker w/ a loud speaker repeating "banh bao" all night. There were football games at 3am where people are screaming and cheering, etc. It's literally never quiet. There is no peephole and no extra lock from inside. We had someone unlock and open or door while inside with the do not disturb sign. They left quickly when I said "hello?" When I called downstairs, they insisted it was housekeeping, but housekeeping had already been there. Another time, we quickly ran an errand, and when we came back, someone had clearly been in the room again. That was unsettling. The pool was always out of towels, and one time, someone had puked and left it. There is no shallow area where a kid can touch the bottom. Laundry is much more at the hotel than local places.

Well located near the beach and multiple restaurants. Has an excellent cafe on site. Our room faced the busy street, and the soundproofing was excellent. Breakfast was okay, although for longer stays like ours it was very repetitive. Restaurant and restaurant staff were very friendly, yet the front counter staff not so much. Overall, good value hotel

The hotel is very nice and welcoming, our stay was enjoyable. It was very clean and the pool was also nice. The workers were kind and helpful.

The door to the balcony was very difficult to open, laundry was very expensive. The rest was great, i highly recommend the hotel and plan to stay there again

1. Breakfast is excellent. Perhaps it is better for the hotel to use a small note for customer to tick the choosing breakfast menu to save more time and avoid chaos. 2. Cleanliness of the room need to be improved. For example, the table in the sitting room was completely dirty when we moved in. Also, the sink in the kitchen was full of hair. Very dirty indeed. 3. The shampoo and body cleanser in the swimming pool were just two bottles of water. 4. The cleaner should pay more attention to the almost running out of toilet paper

we loved how eco friendly the hotel is. The breakfast is to order rather a buffet that results in food waste. The location is amazing, its two blocks away from the beach. There are many cool cafes and night life around. Theres also a pool and a mini gym. Hotel staff was also helpful in booking private cars to go around. The room was spacious and the veranda views were amazing.

The sockets went off as soon as you leave the room, so we cant charge our phone as we eat breakfast or for the whole day

This place grew on me. First night arriving I had regrets but the next day we realised it’s in a fantastic location, the coffee shop downstairs is great. Probably the best shower I have had since arriving in Vietnam, staff are lovely and the breakfast is good.

There’s no air con on in the lobby or lifts at night so it’s hotter in the hotel than outside. We arrived at 8pm, hotel roasting, halls smell a bit weird, would not want to be stuck in the lift here as it’s like a sweat box. During the day the place is totally different, cool and a great place to hang out.

The room was nice and clean, great bathroom with clean shower. The bed was not rock hard, but firm and comfy. Really enjoy the included breakfast option. The location is awesome for instant access to places to eat, spa facilities, and the beach is only a quick 5 min walk away.

There is a lot of noise at night due to the touristy location. The pillows are really soft and thin.

This was by far my favorite place that we stayed in Southeast Asia (Thailand, Vietnam, Japan)! The staff was so friendly, nice, welcoming, and helpful. The included breakfast each day was so delicious. The location was only a few blocks to the beach and is in the heart of a tourist section of the city. Which means, you can basically walk a few blocks to get anything you may need.

Wish there had been a microwave oven in the room.

Quiet, comfortable (pillows a little fat), great location, very good food in the restaurant, plentiful breakfast (all you can eat a la carte). I would have to struggle to find a complaint, so I won't. Without question we would stay here again on another visit to Da Nang.
