Staff were amazing from doormen to reception staff , bar staff and not least cleaning staff. Nothing is a problem, so helpful and attentive. My wife also informed me the spa treatments were great. Need a lie in? No problem, just call later for your room to be made. I called in the evening and was attended to straight away. Good selection for breakfast and separate fresh egg station with 4 different choices. Beach is 5 minutes walk, restaurants and bars on your doorstep.

If I really had to, I'd say the balcony was narrow and no furniture to sit. But that was just the room I chose. Few hotels with similar names so make sure you give the full and exact location to your driver.

Absolutely phenomenal, 5 star hotel experience from service to accommodations. The best hotel experience I’ve had in all of Vietnam by far. Good selection in the breakfast buffet. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were of high quality. The staff here also amazing and truly hold high standards of professionalism. Nearby restaurants, cafe, and bars. The beach is walking distance and motorbike rentals near by. %100 satisfied with no regrets of booking for the price.

The rooms were decently sized and clean. The breakfast buffet every morning was amazing and had a wide selection of both Western and Vietnamese dishes. The staff were super helpful, they helped us book a shuttle to Ba Na Hills and other questions during our stay. There was also a pool on the rooftop but unfortunately, we didn't get to use it because it was cold in Da Nang when we went.

There was a slight smoke smell when we originally checked into our rooms. It was probably from the previous guests from other rooms who smoked on the balcony and somehow the smell drifted it. The staff helped by putting in a diffuser and the smell eventually went away so no big issues there. The sauna is not included, it needs to be booked and there is an extra charge.

The room was fantastic and spacious. We got Genius 3 upgrade to deluxe room with bath and it looked great. Breakfast had good options

Gym was a big disappointment (as it was one of the main reasons why we picked this hotel). Machines are very old and not working properly, not enough weights. No towels, no drinking cups - basics that we would expect from a hotel like this. We were kindly guided to our room and were promised that our luggage is being taken to our room. We were then sitting in our room for well over 15 minutes waiting for our luggage. Then when I went to pick up the luggage myself I found the Concierge in the lobby next to our luggage scrolling on his phone 😄

We had an excellent stay at the Golden Lotus Grand Hotel. The staff were truly exceptional — always smiling, friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed, which made us feel so welcome. The rooftop pool was a real highlight, perfect for relaxing with amazing views. Breakfast was delicious and served quickly, with plenty of variety to start the day right. Our room was very comfortable with cozy beds, ensuring a great night’s sleep. We also enjoyed the hotel’s food and drinks — everything was fresh and tasty. Overall, a fantastic experience and a hotel we would happily return to. Highly recommended!

The breakfast at the property had something for everyone! It was good quality food, well presented. The staff couldn't do enough to help you, especially Ngoc Thao. Always ready to help and give advice and support, especially for people with little ones, engaging the children to give some space for parents to get their food. The rooms were a great size and comfortable. The pool area was always clean, the pool is full sun with a shaded seated area to one side whilst the other side was full sun.

An umbrella or two could be an option on the sunny side of the pool.

This is an excellent property. Our room was spacious in comparison to other properties we’ve been at in SE Asia. It was an easy walk to the beach and many restaurants. The breakfast buffet was huge with many options. The staff were all very professional and attentive. We also appreciated the afternoon tea on the days we were around the hotel at that time. The WIFI had good speed and was stable throughout our stay. We appreciated the secure underground parking for our rented motorbike. The rooftop bar and pool was a nice place to hangout and has great views of the city. It was also very quiet.

Nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations.

I stayed here for over a week. wifi / internet speed was good and stable. Stayed in "Deluxe with balcony and city view high floor". The room is a good size, and the bed was 2 large singles combined which felt like a very large bed, the joining dip between the mattresses wasn't a problem. There is a long shelf against the wall that can be used as a desk with plenty of room. Service is very good and responsive, room cleaning and amenities refilling and requests were fast and good. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The pool is nice, you can see an ocean view. There are plenty of chairs to use. Location is excellent, lots of nearby cafes and restaurants. Convenience store on the bottom floor of the same building/attached to the hotel. Short walk to beach. Hotel has a laundry service, and there are also many other laundry options nearby. I'd definitely stay here again.

I am a light sleeper and I didn't have any problems during my stay, though you can hear some street noise and hallway/neighbouring rooms. Bring earplugs if you think you might have issues. I think the experience you have in this regard will vary a lot depending on the other guests staying on your floor and how noisy they are, and if you're on a lower floor or higher floor.

The staff was extremely understanding of our first room’s problem (see below), so they’ve immediately changed our room with a room with balcony. We appreciated it SO much!!! The second room was flawless, very clean, comfy and more spacious. The shower was also quite big. The breakfast was tasty and diverse. We also booked a personal driver that took us to Hue: we highly recommend booking tours with them. The price was better than any other offer, the car was VERY comfortable and the driver patient, giving us the time to visit what we wanted (so no mandatory itinerary) at our own pace. All the staff is lovely and friendly and quick to help with anything that you need. The underground parking was very accessible to park our scooter. The neighborhood is very niiiice! It has absolutely everything that you need, with a lot of options to choose from. We highly recommend staying with them but ONLY if you book a room with balcony… :)

We’ve first received a room in which the windows could not be opened. The air was so filthy, you couldn’t even breathe. I couldn’t sleep at all that night, it was a nightmare. It’s also true that they only give you one toilet paper roll at a time which is very inconvenient when that finishes by surprise, haha.

Amazing Stay – Feels Like a 5-Star Hotel! We stayed here for 4 nights and got a free upgrade. The room was excellent and very spacious. The staff is always friendly and smiling. This is the best service we’ve had in Vietnam. The hotel really feels like a 5-star hotel, but maybe they don’t have the official rating because they can’t build higher floors. Still, everything inside is 5-star quality! The swimming pool is big and located on the 12th floor. Waiters are always around, ready to take your order. There’s also a mini-mart in the lobby with good prices and a lot to choose from. They have their own parking garage with 24/7 security, which is very helpful if you have a car or motorbike. A big thank you to all the staff, and especially Mr. Minh (the bellman) who always helped us with the luggage and welcomed us with a smile. We will definitely come back!
