Staff were amazing from doormen to reception staff , bar staff and not least cleaning staff. Nothing is a problem, so helpful and attentive. My wife also informed me the spa treatments were great. Need a lie in? No problem, just call later for your room to be made. I called in the evening and was attended to straight away. Good selection for breakfast and separate fresh egg station with 4 different choices. Beach is 5 minutes walk, restaurants and bars on your doorstep.

If I really had to, I'd say the balcony was narrow and no furniture to sit. But that was just the room I chose. Few hotels with similar names so make sure you give the full and exact location to your driver.

Absolutely phenomenal, 5 star hotel experience from service to accommodations. The best hotel experience I’ve had in all of Vietnam by far. Good selection in the breakfast buffet. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were of high quality. The staff here also amazing and truly hold high standards of professionalism. Nearby restaurants, cafe, and bars. The beach is walking distance and motorbike rentals near by. %100 satisfied with no regrets of booking for the price.

The rooms were decently sized and clean. The breakfast buffet every morning was amazing and had a wide selection of both Western and Vietnamese dishes. The staff were super helpful, they helped us book a shuttle to Ba Na Hills and other questions during our stay. There was also a pool on the rooftop but unfortunately, we didn't get to use it because it was cold in Da Nang when we went.

There was a slight smoke smell when we originally checked into our rooms. It was probably from the previous guests from other rooms who smoked on the balcony and somehow the smell drifted it. The staff helped by putting in a diffuser and the smell eventually went away so no big issues there. The sauna is not included, it needs to be booked and there is an extra charge.

The room was fantastic and spacious. We got Genius 3 upgrade to deluxe room with bath and it looked great. Breakfast had good options

Gym was a big disappointment (as it was one of the main reasons why we picked this hotel). Machines are very old and not working properly, not enough weights. No towels, no drinking cups - basics that we would expect from a hotel like this. We were kindly guided to our room and were promised that our luggage is being taken to our room. We were then sitting in our room for well over 15 minutes waiting for our luggage. Then when I went to pick up the luggage myself I found the Concierge in the lobby next to our luggage scrolling on his phone 😄

The breakfast at the property had something for everyone! It was good quality food, well presented. The staff couldn't do enough to help you, especially Ngoc Thao. Always ready to help and give advice and support, especially for people with little ones, engaging the children to give some space for parents to get their food. The rooms were a great size and comfortable. The pool area was always clean, the pool is full sun with a shaded seated area to one side whilst the other side was full sun.

An umbrella or two could be an option on the sunny side of the pool.

This is an excellent property. Our room was spacious in comparison to other properties we’ve been at in SE Asia. It was an easy walk to the beach and many restaurants. The breakfast buffet was huge with many options. The staff were all very professional and attentive. We also appreciated the afternoon tea on the days we were around the hotel at that time. The WIFI had good speed and was stable throughout our stay. We appreciated the secure underground parking for our rented motorbike. The rooftop bar and pool was a nice place to hangout and has great views of the city. It was also very quiet.

Nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations.

The staff was extremely understanding of our first room’s problem (see below), so they’ve immediately changed our room with a room with balcony. We appreciated it SO much!!! The second room was flawless, very clean, comfy and more spacious. The shower was also quite big. The breakfast was tasty and diverse. We also booked a personal driver that took us to Hue: we highly recommend booking tours with them. The price was better than any other offer, the car was VERY comfortable and the driver patient, giving us the time to visit what we wanted (so no mandatory itinerary) at our own pace. All the staff is lovely and friendly and quick to help with anything that you need. The underground parking was very accessible to park our scooter. The neighborhood is very niiiice! It has absolutely everything that you need, with a lot of options to choose from. We highly recommend staying with them but ONLY if you book a room with balcony… :)

We’ve first received a room in which the windows could not be opened. The air was so filthy, you couldn’t even breathe. I couldn’t sleep at all that night, it was a nightmare. It’s also true that they only give you one toilet paper roll at a time which is very inconvenient when that finishes by surprise, haha.

The staff is very hopeful and the facilities there are just amazing. When the whole neighborhood was flooded they provided us with umbrellas and slippers to get to a restaurant. Also they were very fun to talk to, especially Minh who has quite astonishing English. She took care to get us a great motorbike right to the hotel and at a very good price. We enjoyed our stay there a lot

The hotel wasn't really prepared for the monsoon. The planned dinner was canceled because employees were asked to return home before it became impossible. However other than a cup of noodles prepared with steam water there wasn't actually food in the hotel forcing us to go out in the rain in search of a restaurant. This in itself wasn't very bad as we enjoyed the experience (the hotel provided us with umbrellas and slippers) but they could have been more prepared. Also they didn't accept credit cards even though booking.com claims they do. This was an unpleasant surprise

Our room was beautiful, it was always the perfect temperature and the views were phenomenal. The rooftop pool was lovely, as was afternoon tea. The hotel had many amenities and the staff were lovely. The breakfast buffet was the most extensive I have ever seen. The hotel is only a couple blocks from a lovely stretch of beach and right in the heart of the popular tourist spots in Da Nang.

It is such a small complaint, but they only gave one roll of toilet paper at a time. Not a big deal, but they might want to rethink that as many people like to have a back up roll. The other thing was that towels for the pool were a bit hard to find, it might be a good idea to keep them labelled. But it really was an outstanding stay, these are just a couple very small things that struck me as feedback. We really enjoyed our time here!

The best breakfast we have experienced so far in Vietnam, we couldn’t fault it at all. Lots of choice, aimed at our Korean friends but it was lovely to try new dishes but still have the basics if you wanted. Fresh eggs made to order and all piping hot. The rooms are big and kept nice and clean and water is replenished daily, I particularly like the idea of refillable toiletries although some conditioner and body lotion would have been nice. We had a partial sea view from our balcony and although there is some building work going on around the hotel, it didn’t bother us at all. The location is perfect, great for the beach and local restaurants. The staff were all delightful, very engaged and doing their best to meet guests expectations.

You cannot borrow an Iron, you have to pay for them to iron items individually, I did complain about this and they kindly offered to iron for free but I still feel this is a rule that should be addressed, never had an issue in any other hotel I have stayed in. The balcony has no furniture on it, it clearly shows furniture on the photo on Booking.com and they did bring us some so we were fine. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, they were lovely.
