We ended up staying for one month. The apartments are perfectly located close to all amenities, but still fairly quiet away from the main noise. The bed is comfy and the room was clean. We loved that we had a sofa and a smart TV so could watch Netflix etc and a table and chairs for eating or working from. The kitchen is small but functional and convenient. As we stayed for longer, we could have cleaning/bed change 2x per week, the cleaner was super friendly and always did a fantastic job, we just had to give her a day's advance notice. The balcony was spacious and there was a washing machine free to use on the top floor, which was helpful.

Management were very hard to contact, often taking days to reply to my messages on booking.com and didn't provide me any alternative way to contact them. We had to usually go through the cleaner/receptionist lady (who spoke very good English) to get anything done, but then she would have to wait for an answer from them. She also wasn't always there so if we had an emergency, I don't know what we would have done. The swimming pool was filthy and unusable when we arrived. To be fair though when we asked for it to be cleaned, they got someone in to do it within a few days.

Host was extremely helpful, courteous and spoke good English. Price was extremely good. Service was good; one light in the bathroom did not work, I mentioned it and immediately the next day it was repaired. Reasonably quiet yet not far from centre and beach.

Pool wasn't very inviting and I never saw anyone use it. Photos must have been taken when property was new but if everything was maintained to a higher, perfect standard, the price would be so much higher.

Great apartment very close to the beach, there are many restaurants, cafes and stores nearby. The landlord is an amazing woman and always goes an extra mile to help you. You will need to call her for the check in. I arrived pretty late around 11pm, but they helped me to settle. Thank you

The room service is done per request, please keep that in mind. If you forget to ask the maiden to clean the room - she will not do it

A lovely place to stay, and I am planning to come back next month! Very well appointed studio apartment, nice balcony and a good-sized bathroom. The quiet area and comfortable beds meant that I slept very well. I did a lot of cooking in the kitchen, and there was room for my food. Lots of other storage space too, and a good washing machine on the top floor. Great location - 10 minutes walk to the beach, and lots of shops and restaurants within a few minutes.

The kitchen would have benefitted from a few more utensils. That is literally the only issue I had.

Okay this was a reaaally good to stay in Da Nang! Staff is very welcoming and friendly (no reception 24/7). The location just could not be better. The cleanliness was perfect. Lots of HOT water, not luke warm. So far my favorite place to stay in Da Nang!

Only problem is that there is pretty much of noise coming from the street to the apartment. This was easily fixed with a pait of ear plugs

The reason gave it a high mark is because when the owner found out how old we are and that we would need to walk up the stairs to the 4th floor they moved us to another hotel they owned that had an elevator and gave us an apartment in it for the same price.

We loved our stay here! The flat is just perfect - great size and nice little kitchen with table and sofa. Swimming pool on the ground floor is nicely shaded for the hot summer days. Location is perfect - quiet, but right in the middle of everything. Gyms and cafes nearby are also brilliant. Would come back and stay here.

No lift

Our apartment was absolutely amazing. Sen Boutique hotel & apartment offers some of the nicest accomodations in "My An" area. Great value for the money. Comfortable bed, overall cleanliness, nice bathroom [perfect shower pressure]. Personal safe to store precious belongings, sound proof walls, awesome swimming pool to unwind and relax. Staff is professional, always ready to help and very friendly. Highly recommend. We will stay there again for sure!

Great location and close to the beach, bars, shops and restaurants. Despite this I was never bothered by noise. The lady who looks after the place is really sweet and will clean your room on request.

Kitchen could have been slightly better equipped but was adequate.
