The staff were friendly and spoke good English. Check and out fast. The man and Check out was helpful with my bags. The room was clean,had comfortable beds, had a good internet connection, and was quiet for sleeping. The breakfast was good with fresh fruit and an omlette station. The location is close to the airport. I recommend.

Breakfast catered for all needs with western and eastern choices.The Domestic staff were exceptional. The Gym and nearby swimming pool were an added bonus.

Installation of three pin electrical outlets would have made things easier to plug in and use computor equipment. The two pin outlets did not securely hold the adaptor we had travelled with

It looked luxurious, and has a nice pool. The rooms and bathrooms are nice and spacious with everything you need.

No air conditioning in hallways and lifts. Limited menu in the restaurant. Nobody manning the pool bar, and could not charge drinks to the room.

The hotel is in a good location near the airport, with many restaurants nearby, so it is very convenient for late and early flights, as in my case. The staff is friendly, and the room is spacious and clean.

The reception room may need an upgrade for a better vibe.

The room is very huge and comfortable. Staffs are friendly and accomodating. Very good location as well from airport. Very good value for money.

Just maybe the shower area. I think it's clogged. They can easily repair it anyway but overall it was a pleasant stay.

The carpet was a little dirty. I could see a lot of hair on it. I would appreciate it if you could vacuum it. The shower room was very clean.

The location, facilities, and staff of this hotel are all exceptional, and I would not hesitate to recommend it or stay here again myself.

I came here late at midnight. The guy name Bao at front desk was helped me a lot. He offer for me a spacious room with huge bed and show me some information about Danang at night time. Thank you so much for your friendly and enthusiasm.
