Good location for some of the main sights, close to the airport. By accident or design I was switched to a larger room on the eleventh floor (1105) which has a (distant) view of the Dragon Bridge. I don’t think any other room would except the same room on other floors. A noise issue from one of the electronic door locks on a nearby room was sorted quickly by the maintenance staff.

The room was directly beneath the pool, which meant that during the day I could hear bubbling and sloshing off the water system. It turned off at night, but might be annoying to day nappers. Breakfast catered more towards the Asian customers, which is fair enough, but the cooked eggs options (omelette etc) were not good. WiFi was a bit patchy and anyway unsecured (no password needed) so I didn’t use it.

The room was very quiet. The staff were very willing to quickly fulfill our request for extra pillows, an extra chair, etc. The breakfast buffet was really good and varied. Walking distance to the park on the river waterfront and the markets in the nearby neighborhoods. Everything worked and if it didn't, it was fixed immediately.

Occasional misunderstandings with housekeeping due to language and culture. Not a big deal. If anything, they were too service minded sometimes.

Hotel Mitisa in Da Nang is highly recommended for its excellent location, hospitable service, and comfortable accommodations, making it a great choice for a stay in this beautiful city. Many shop and restaurants in walking distance. Dragon bridge is just 05 minutes away from the hotel. Han Market 12 minutes walking distance.. Mcdonald is 2 minutes walk and open 24/7. Breakfast is good.

Great location with shops and pub close. Massage close and friendly people everywhere. Staff were amazing and helpful. Not too far from night market and dragon bridge but far enough not to be bothered by noise.

It was clean but basic. I would have loved to be able to iron my clothes without having to send them to a laundry. Australian hotels all have irons in the cupboard for you to use.

The breakfast was exceptionally good with variety of choices. The restaurant ambience was good. The location very close to Dragon bridge, Love bridge and old traditional market and within few kilometers to reach beach area made our life easy and comfortable . Also the airport is very close by to take early morning flights or reach the city late in the evening

Extremely good value for money

Room Layout was not thought out properly, The shower amenities had no where to place but out side the shower which makes it very inconvenient, when taken a shower the whole bathroom floor would get wet , Pillows was to hard and high very comfortable. Safe deposit box not securely fixed down . But for the price it’s beats a lot of other places

Convenient location. Easy walk to the Dragon Bridge. Hotel is on the main street but not noisy. Heading to the right, you can get to the Danang Beach. Heading to the left, you can get to the airport. Breakfast buffet (included) was very good.

The front desk staff could have shown us how to use the room safe of which a key is required.

Wonderful helpful manager. We also received an upgrade. The food was ample and varied with noodle, rice, and meat dishes , soups, salad, and fruit. The hotel was clean and room was spacious. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We had a nice view of the river . The hotel was directly across from a small park and 5 Minute walk to the Dragon Bridge that changed colors during the evening and at 9:00 pm on weekends blew smoke and water -an amazing sight to witness. The beaches were a distance but within walking distance for us. The beaches are on the opposite side of the hotel. In our opinion the Mitisa Hotel side had more things to do and see plus it had a very long wide boardwalk along the River.

There were steps leading up to the lobby but that seemed to be characteristic of most hotels we saw in Danang.

I liked the hotel location. It is quite central, near to the many attractions. The breakfast was nice, although there is a room for improvement. The view from the top was great. I liked the hospitality of the personnel. There is a small 24/7 shop across the road.

The address on Booking.com as well as the address on Google Maps are not the same. I arrived to the location in Booking.com and had to walk with my luggage around 1 km further away. I had a taped glass on my window.

Very good hotel with good breakfast friendly staff and excellent facilities and service. we can recommend for other guests and value for money. Also good location easy for everything.
