I really like the fact that the owner is very hands-on. She is very accommodating, welcoming, and always smiling. I really appreciate her PR skills. She also speaks good English. As to the hotel room, it is very nice and huge. It has everything I needed. I also like the location of the hotel as it is not that far from airport and there are a lot of restaurants and fastfood chain nearby.

The elevator is a bit slow but not really a big issue. As for the “banh mi” they are selling, I just hope that the lady who is preparing it will use hand gloves. I hope they can also add more tables where guests can eat their breakfast.

Room was very spacious and clean daily house keeping and two wheeler rental available which is convenient and close by beach dragon bridge and other famous attractions and also laundry service 😊😊😊😊

Communicating with staff for smaller dan smaller stuffs was a nightmare they don't speak English at all and Dey understand a single word of English using translator for every thing was stressful though Dey were nice welcoming and house keeping staff jus enter the room without even knocking 😔😔

10 minute drive away from the airport. Many restaurants nearby. They even made my bed while I was away for an overnight trip to Hoi An! The breakfast was okay, though no drinks were served. The hotel has a banh mi stand with cheap sandwiches! For this price, this was a great pick!

The bed sure felt hard at first, but I had no issues sleeping on it. Room window didn't close properly as it was leaking during heavy rain. Very limited common areas, the breakfast was served in the lobby.

Great location and good value for money as a budget accommodation! The staff were friendly and helpful. We used their laundry service and it was done in less than a day.

The mattresses were very hard (like sleeping on a block of wood). This would be unsuitable for anyone with a bad back but we made it work. Oddly a 5% service charge was added to our payment at reception even though we paid cash which was unusual.

The room was very clean. Ceramic tiles flooring makes the room cool. Toilet was spotless clean. Hot water pressure is good. Nice warm bath 🛁 everyday. Air-conditioning is strong, used only 25°C. Extra fan blowing and circulating the air in the room. Good lighting. Bed is firm and clean. No stains. Refrigerator is larger than most hotel. Extra table in the room for eating food brought from night mkt. Outdoor market just nearby. Free breakfast...love the sunny side up eggs. We'll done.

For that price, no complains.

-elevator access, smooth soft, clean bed sheets, flexible time when requested to have a 7 a.m. breakfast (I had it at 7:30), safe surroundings with coffee shops where solo travelers could walk around.

No light, total darkness, at the floor path leading to rooms & elevator. Scary; good thing I had a flashlight with me. Hotel SHOULD leave lights on when dark. No half-body-sized mirror, only a mirror in toilet for the face. Also, no new toilet paper supply after Day 1.

We booked to have a place to store luggage, work, rest and shower before a night train. It was a great deal for us even though we didn’t stay the night. The rooms are large and clean and it’s definitely with it for the price. Staff was very nice.

The bed was very hard.

The location was good, the staff was kind, room is big and so the bathroom. Well equipped. Calm location with possibility of darkness into the room. Elevator in the building.

The plug near the bed was not working, impossible to put my charger inside and also same for the plug of the light on the night table. The bed was a bit hard for the back in my opinion! Location of scooter was a bit expensive compared to what I got later.

Excellent location, great value. Didnt have breakfast so can't comment. Big room, big bathroom, hot water. Friendly english speaking reception.

Beds are rock hard. No kettle.

The staff is really willing and caring, we had an issue with the old hotel and they were so helpful and gave us a big hand in solving it. Good position to visit the city and very clean and comfortable rooms. Highly recommended!

Most of the staff members did not speak English or just a little bit, but honestly they always tried their best to make the communication work so we cannot complain🙂
