1. The staff were super helpful going all way to serve us. Friendly, informative and accommodating. Always smiling and checking whether we were comfortable especially Ivy. 2. The breakfast was awesome, with many varieties and tasty. The staff even greeted us in front of the lift. 3. Family room was comfortable and big. 4. The hotel provides free raincoats/ umbrellas as it rained daily few days prior to Christmas. I even received a free 30 minutes massage. 5. When we checked out the hotel provides free private car to our next hotel.

The bathroom/toilet is small and creaking sounds from the closet is annoying.

Everything from the moment I walked throught the door the staff were so warm n welcoming they certainly went out of their way to make sure my stay as very enjoyable. They even helped me purchase things the staff went n bought it for me n than wouldnt take any money said it was a gift as I couldn't find where to buy lantons.I was very touched they also ordered me free transport to the airport.The hotel is in a great spot close to markets restaurants n if not staff more than willing to help.Rooms nice n comfortable breakfast buffet great plenty of choice.I would highly recommend a stay here.Beautiful ppl 😀

Nothing all excellent

The hotel was honestly the best one we have stayed in Vietnam so far! The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was delicious and fresh! But most of all: The staff was amazing! So nice and helpful with all of our requests. Can absolutely recommend and we will be back for sure!

The staff at the hotel are exceptional which makes staying at the Fivitel Boutique Hotel very relaxing. Nothing is too much trouble, they are extremely helpful, very friendly and make you feel like family. The location is perfect as you're very close to the centre of Da Nang and you're only a very short walk away from the famous Dragon Bridge. It's easy to book days/trips out from the reception where you can choose where you would like to go. The breakfast service is very good, with a good variety of food on offer at the buffet. Overall it's a fabulous place to stay 5*.

The location of the hotel was very convenient to go to many tourist places

More choices could be given for breakfast. And for the bathroom, a blind or curtain should have been put in there to cover the shower area

My original room was underwhelming and uncomfortable and upon communicating my concerns about the issues in the room, the staff responded with grace and professionalism - main reason why I stayed. After moving into my new room my experience was great. The bed was very comfortable, there was a desk to do some work and partake in room service. The bathroom was big enough with a nice size shower. The room I was in had a great view of the Dragon Bridge which was an added treat. The mini bar with snacks was convenient in between meals not to be outdone by the daily breakfast. They also offer spa treatments, however I didn’t get a chance to experience it due to my schedule. The hotel is located near major attractions, so it’s convenient for touring and navigating the city. Overall the best asset at the hotel is the staff…everyone was great. They all seem to take pride in their work therefore the service is exceptional. Special thanks to Ivy for being a wonderful manager and making my time at the hotel pleasantly memorable.

Some rooms may need to be updated to ensure all guests have a comfortable experience, and perhaps a little paint touch up in the lobby.

The location is between the bridges and very close to the center. Nice and clean room and extremely nice and friendly staff. The breakfast is very good and can be packed to go if you want. There is a gym and pool and bar upstairs. The bank is just across the road and there are some nice sushi shops around.

You should tell the proper address of the hotel to the taxi drivers. There are several Fivitel hotels. This one is Fivitel Boutique Hotel. The big yellow building.

Great location, in the action but tucked away. Easy for pick ups/catching Grabs. Rooms were comfortable, ask to face the Dragon Bridge for a great view. Staff were lovely, Cara on the front desk was extremely helpful esp. if you want to plan a trip with a driver (FYI - will need to pay with cash)

Not important for most people, more to be aware - gym has no air conditioning, basic and treadmill is more for walking than running for person under 70kg only.

The hotel and the people working there are excellent. Everyone is very friendly, smiling, attentive and helpful with everything. The girls at the reception even helped me with a problem I had when ordering shoes to be made in Hoi An. Since they later informed me that they would not make my shoes, the girls arranged for me to get my deposit back through them. The location is great, close to attractions on foot, no noise. The higher floors have a very nice view of the river and Dragon bridge. The breakfast is good, varied and the staff in the restaurant is very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel was in an excellent location, close to all the food and drink and shop and spa. The staff were very friendly they are excellent and very thoughtful. Cris at the breakfast restaurant was really nice, he is so friendly and sincere. Overall, all the staff are great. Our room was big and the bathtub is good size. We had a good view over the Dragon Bridge.

Overall everything was good period. We couldn’t use the swimming pool because some ties went off at the bottom but they said they are going to fix very soon.
