I stayed at Nhat Linh in August and November this year. Room and bathroom very clean and fresh. Reception staff very friendly with good English. I like the hotel and it's position, it's like a neighbourhood, not a noisy area. Plenty of good places to eat near the hotel. You can walk to Cham Museum and Cau Rong (Dragon Bridge), less than a kilometre! So your not far from the Han river! Busy Cho Han (Market) less than a Kilometre! Your only 3 kilometres and 10 minutes by car from the airport, under 3 kilometres to the train station.

Nothing to dislike.

Very good location, plenty of local restaurants and coffee places. Staff don’t speak too much english, but they are very nice, unless you don’t want to chit chat you manage everything by google translate. They helped us with motorbike rental quite easily.

Not much of a space to unpack and a bit thin walls to hear everything from next door, but an earplug makes magic.

Location, well equipped room, and above all amazing honesty. I had modified the date after my first booking, which had doubled the fee. The staff realizing that told me the regular fair and modified my payment amount to the original price, even though they could just pretend they didn't know it. Thank you so much for your honesty I really appreciate it!

Nothing. Some may find the facility a bit old yet it's well maintained. I would say it's more than worthy of the fee.

Great Location and clean accommodation that is just bright for the price. Highly recommend it. Staff are courteous and helpful.

House keeping missed giving us additional towel and toiletries (bath gel) to service 2 people accomadation that we paid for. Second day the wash basin drain was stuck, which was a bit awkward. But still will overstate that this place is generally cleaner and better than most places within this price point.

The location is very central. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants in the area. Airport is close. Clean hotel and friendly staff. The receptionist are very helpful with advice and their English is very good. I've stayed down by My Khe Beach in the past, but I like this area better. It's a good value for the price. The Wi-Fi was very good also.

the location was great. plenty of restaurants and activities without walking distance. the room was also very spacious which was nice. front desk staff was polite. the value was also good for the size of the rooms.

we had an issue with the ac in the living room on our first day. it wasn’t working. the maintenance person came up and basically told us to wait until later in the day when things cooled off and insisted it was working properly. he then blurted something out and just left the apartment. I think there was a bit of a language barrier, but the ac never got fixed, nor did it work for our entire stay. luckily there was ac that did work in the individual bedrooms, so we were ok, but the whole experience was a little annoying. the rooms also look to have a kitchen, but the hotel provides no dishes or silverware and even posted a sign that we weren’t allowed to prepare food. if you are looking for a functional kitchen, this won’t be it.

Did nt have a breakfast option.Quite a walk 2 beach.Number of stairs to hotel and no handrail- could be difficult cult to anyone with mobility issues.Steps quite slippery.

The room was clean & cozy. Bed was big, A/c worked well, bathroom had a bath tub so didn’t get floor wet. The view from the lift to go up was good, esp at night. The receptionists were friendly & helpful. Cleaner were friendly & enthusiastic, too. The hotel was close enough to most of thing I wanted/ need to see in town. Plenty places to eat. Even people local food places we went were friendly & tried to help (menu without in English , how to eat etc. ) we had a fun with them.

This was a very last minute booking which we were incredibly grateful for. We had an unexpected trip back to Da Nang due to leaving an important document behind in Hoi An. As we had a long overnight train we wanted somewhere to catch up on some sleep. We had a few hours before we needed to be at the airport for our flight later in the day. The hotel was incredibly accommodating and allowed us an early check-in. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable and we got a decent couple of hours of sleep before heading off.

The hotel was amazing with great views of the city from both the rooms & the lift. The staff were very friendly & helpful. A great location very close to the Dragon bridge also restaurants coffee shops bars & markets etc. I will definitely stay there again when I am in Da Nang 😁

The male receptionist didn't speak good Enough English and when he ordered me a grab motorbike he unfortunately sent me to the wrong destination? But apart from that everything else was spectacular 😉
