The 24h stay was very interesting and a first to me! If you check in at 6 pm the checkout is at 6pm! What a thing! The hotel stands out in the city skyline. I think this is one of the most important feature, as we got a room on the 15th floor and woke up to a beautiful view of the pink church. The reception and restaurant are on floor 19, so you can still see the city from there, even if you’re unlucky with your room. The hotel seemed very modern and efficient for me. The rooms seemed smallish, compared to other places, but they felt very big and modern. The bathroom design was ingenious. We ended up using the laundry service (flat fee for using the washing machine& drying machines, not per kg and manually operated) and it went great. We didn’t end up getting the breakfast as we just drink coffee, but there were a lot of people there with good options. The location is great if you’re looking for something close to the airport and the city center. We mainly looked for this, as we didnt go to the beach — just visited Hoi An one day and Ba Na Hills another, with one day in the vicinity.

This place is really a hidden gem! We decided to stay here since we landed in Da Nang after midnight, and just thought it would be a good place to rest till we could check in to our hotel the next day, but it turned out to be a pretty magical place on its own. The 24 hr flexible service is amazing for varying travel schedules. Staff are kind and helpful and the 19th floor bar/restaurant is lovely. The location is actually perfect, right by the river with incredible city views and access to numerous tourist attractions as well as lots of great local food/coffee/bar spots. We had to fly out late as well, so we stayed here again and it was the perfect way to enter and leave Da Nang.

A very practical hotel, well situated in Danang center (west side of river) with a spectacular view from the upper floors to the city and especially the famous dragon bridge. Maybe not so good to explore beaches as it is a 40 min walk distance. Reception, breakfast and other services like gym work are on the top floors. We stayed one night only and our room was in 18th floor and view was amazing. It felt good to use the 24 hour checkout hotel policy, which allowed us to go out to explore the city in the morning, and then come back and calmly prepare to go. The room and bed were comfy. Breakfast had all the essential, plus the view.

The room size is really small. Maybe a little impersonal experience.

My room was small

Great location and views! The staff was very friendly and helpful, even lending an umbrella for the duration of our stay. Delicious breakfast with many options every day. Gym was great.

Messaged me through the Booking.com portal asking for payment through a third-party, tried to resolve via email and within portal, but could not receive any information. Upon checking-in, there was no issues. Continues to spam my message portal with promos. Vague cigarette smells on the floor.

The Wink Hotel was a joy to stay in! The room was very clean, the shower was exceptional with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The AC worked great which is important in this hot climate. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've ever seen! So many delicious options! There's a bar in the hotel that is open 24 hours. We didn't take advantage of that, but it would be great for a group traveling together. The location was perfect! We could walk to lots of restaurants that are very close by. We had a great experience at the Wink Hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again.

There's nothing we didn't like!

Superb, Nicest Breakfast I had in Many trips around the world. Congratulation to Owner , management and team. Many choices to make their guests from around the world happy. I'm an omelet and toast guy and it was perfect. The machine made an excellent cappuccino. Room was great with floor to ceiling wide windows. Nice view of the Dragon Bridge and Han River. Great Micro Brewery quality beers on the ground floor. The Heart of Darkness was far from dark and foreboding like in namesake in P.P. Great food too. I extended my stay for a total of four days. right around the corner from Bamboo 2 Bar. Great Loud rock and roll classics. cold beer and great pub food

The laundry mat on the 20th floor took 2 crew to get my credit card to work. That is another robot that put some poor washerwoman out of work. I do not like robots of any kind. I would rather a human smile than polished chrome.

We ended up staying here twice during our trip, the flexible 24 hr system here is perfect for arriving/flying out in the wee hours like we did. The room was compact but has a fresh aesthetic and the view of central Da Nang was absolutely stunning. The location is also really great for walking around, close to the church, river, han market, and lots of great local restaurants and cafes. Staff were really kind and helpful.

Very modern concept Hotel,good value for the money you pay,excellent staff,everyone super helpful and professional,great location close to the bridge,restaurants and close too to a market were you can purchase souvenirs,clothes,etc at good prices,not far from the night market.Rooms are very clean,comfortable beds,with nice views over the city,aircon + tv works properly- you won’t regret to stay in here.

No one single complain,everything is perfect

The view is great and the location is perfect. We could see the dragon bridge from the room. Breakfast was excellent except the coffee. The staff was very attentive and responsive. Do not miss the Dragon bridge show if you are there weekends.

The only problem was that our room was on the 18-th floor, just under the breakfast corner and early in the morning there was a rattling of chairs.
