Nothing - all was good

Breakfast was excellent. Vi was brilliant 10/10. Our driver was excellent. Round bed was great.

Drainage from shower was poor. Room not well insulated from other room noise.

The location is superb. Very convenient. The staffs are very helpful.

My fiance got bed bug after the stay.

The hotel is located near the Korean settlement. A lot of small shops selling traditional goods and clothes are a short walk (~5min). The Firgun coffee shop sells really good drinks andnice cakes. Beautiful scenery both in the day and at night. The hotel itself is worth the price. A bit noisy from the outside construction and vehicle noise. But the noise was bearable on the 10th floor. Big spacious room and toilet. Exceptionally huge bath tub. All ammenities provided. Clean and comfy. I would recommend this place for couples and solo travellers. Peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was decent. Not a lot of food. But tasty enough!

I do not normally write reviews unless they are poor or highly rated that needs to be mentioned. The staff here were amazing! A very special mention to Miss Giang, she made the whole experience truly wonderful, her smile, professional attitude and efficiency. She went way above and beyond previous hotels we stayed at. She recommended places to visit and local eateries . The hotel is very lucky to have a staff that offers such exceptional customer service. The location was close to major attractions and local authentic eateries. Would definitely be coming back to this place again

Didn't like hawkers keep approaching you while having a coffee, but it's nothing to do with the hotel. Happens every where in vietnam.

Staff were extremely welcoming. Hotel safe & secure for the solo traveller. I was asked by the food & beverage staff if i thought the buffet breakfast was up to standard being a westerner. All i suggested was 2 things, and the next morning, they provided it at the buffet. Wasn't expecting anything,but they went above and beyond, which they didn't need to. Great staff and hotel being in close to all the things i needed to see and do. For me, i give it 5*. I'll stay here again for sure...

The hotel rooms doors didn't secure by themselves when walking out. The door got stuck on latch as i kept forgetting to pull shut.

The hotel's location is perfect, right in front of the river, offering breathtaking views—especially of the iconic Dragon Bridge. Watching the dragon light up at night from our room was truly a magical experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. A special mention to Giang, a lovely lady who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Her warm and friendly nature made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with plenty of options to suit all tastes—fresh fruits, pastries, local specialties, and more. It was the perfect way to start the day Beyond the fantastic service, the hotel offers great value for money, with comfortable rooms, excellent amenities, and a prime location. I highly recommend Haian Hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang and would definitely stay here again!

Value for money was a key consideration of selecting this hotel. The bed was perfect and the bath was very enjoyable to sit in (nice and big for europeans). The bonus was that we could watch the Dragon Fire breathing from the comfort of our room. Used the Roof top bar / lounge and enjoyed dinner and drinks in a storm (Rainy season had arrived). Enjoyed having access to the cafe at the base of the hotel. All staff very good and catered to all needs.

The Bathroom whilst adequate was very compact (even with the big bath) and was awkward to move around due to room size. Entrance way to hotel not clearly marked (on arrival) - entrance is via the lift accessed through the cafe (or via stairs directly to lobby). Minor issue - but with one party member having a disability would have helped if clearly sign posted.

We had a great stay at Haian Riverfront. We booked the suite with river view and it had an amazing view of the dragon bridge. 2 adults 2 kids (5&7) the room was tidy and spacious with a great location. Aircon good. Check in and check out was simple. Staff friendly and a special shout out to Vi who booked our day trip, everything went smoothly and it took the stress out of having to organise it myself. Really felt like she went above and beyond - thankyou!

Wasn’t blown away by the breakfast. I’m being picky here - was fine, has what you need to start your day but in future I’d be happy trying out cafes nearby, it’s a nice walk along the riverfront

This was a very well priced hotel in a fantastic location - directly on the river and very close to the popular Han market and several eateries and shops. Our room had a fantastic view of the dragon bridge as well! Staff were very polite and helpful - they organised our travel to Hoi An without a hitch and when we requested an early check in and rooms close by - they were able to accommodate our requests immediately. The breakfast buffet was tasty and featured many local delights which was good! For what we paid and what we got - highly recommended!

The hotel did have to battle enthusiastic karaoke singers from a nearby shop/ bar that blasted music long into the night. However, they did make us aware of this at the start and offered us a 30 minute foot massage for 2 people, as well as considerately included ear plugs in the room. When chatting to them it seems this was beyond their control - so when you weight up the pros and cons - I'd stay there again for sure.
