Staff were extremely welcoming. Hotel safe & secure for the solo traveller. I was asked by the food & beverage staff if i thought the buffet breakfast was up to standard being a westerner. All i suggested was 2 things, and the next morning, they provided it at the buffet. Wasn't expecting anything,but they went above and beyond, which they didn't need to. Great staff and hotel being in close to all the things i needed to see and do. For me, i give it 5*. I'll stay here again for sure...

The hotel rooms doors didn't secure by themselves when walking out. The door got stuck on latch as i kept forgetting to pull shut.

The hotel's location is perfect, right in front of the river, offering breathtaking views—especially of the iconic Dragon Bridge. Watching the dragon light up at night from our room was truly a magical experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. A special mention to Giang, a lovely lady who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Her warm and friendly nature made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with plenty of options to suit all tastes—fresh fruits, pastries, local specialties, and more. It was the perfect way to start the day Beyond the fantastic service, the hotel offers great value for money, with comfortable rooms, excellent amenities, and a prime location. I highly recommend Haian Hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang and would definitely stay here again!

The staff, starting with those at the front desk, but including the housekeepers, bellhops, and restaurant servers were always friendly and sought to know how they could make our stay better. Our rooms were cleaned daily and in top condition. The restaurant served a variety of foods, all fresh and appealing. The gym, while small was adequate and offered an amazing view of the Han River, the peninsula, and beyond to the ocean. The Furgun coffee shop was also pleasant with a variety of both hot and cold beverages with a relaxing atmosphere. Finally, our rooms had a spectacular view of the Han River and the Dragon Bridge.

The hotel is situated near some night entertainment which did not bother me, but one of my colleagues needed a room change in order to sleep better. I must say, however, the hotel staff was quick to find a different accommodation for my colleague and everything was good for the remainder of the trip.

Location was excellent. Close to shopping markets and restaurants offering various cuisines of multiple nationalities. Was very close to the dragon bridge and great to take a stroll across . Staff were excellent, especially Giang, who went out of her way to ask me for any concerns and organise my tour, recommend places to eat, etc.

Although no fault of the hotel, the beeping horns of cars, buses and bikes could be heard all day. Also the shower was combined with a bath tub which meant water went all over the floor and on the toilet itself. I would advise them to remove the bathtub and install a regular shower cubicle in its place.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding service from Ms. Giang, the Guest Relations Supervisor, and I must say she went above and beyond in ensuring my trip was seamless and enjoyable. From organizing tours in Da Nang to arranging activities in Phu Quoc, her dedication, expertise, and attention to detail were truly exceptional. Ms. Giang's extensive knowledge, responsiveness, and genuine willingness to assist guests made all the difference. She provided excellent advice tailored to my preferences and took care of every detail with a smile. Her professionalism and passion for her work are evident, making her one of the best Guest Relations Supervisors I have ever met. Thanks to Ms. Giang, my trip exceeded expectations, and I can't recommend her services highly enough. She truly exemplifies excellence in hospitality.

The buffet breakfast was good. Lot of Asian food.

Disappointed about the hotel not able to provide milk to make tea in the room. Some nationalities have the habit of having tea with milk first thing in the morning. I asked them to give me some from their restaurant just enough to make 1 tea but they wouldn't. None of the smaller shops around the hotel had small long life milk and I had to wait for brekkie next morning to get some milk from the buffet and take it to my room. I think on request they could just give a small long life milk to people who need it. It's available in the supermarket on the other side of the dragon bridge for a few cents

Amazing Riverview and Dragon Bridge corner room . We have travelled a lot and in relation to value for money this is the best room we have ever stayed in by far . Wi-Fi strong . Very big clean rooms with comfortable round beds . Huge Bath ! Helpful Guest relations people specifically, Huong Giang , who was always there to assist and more . Location handy to everything . Refreshing rooftop undercover pool . Great Breakfast .

Only one small thing .. 2 out of the 3 days we stayed .. at breakfast .. I had to ask for the bacon and sausages to be replenished as not a huge Westerner menu .

Lovely spacious room, huge comfy bed, double bath. Excellent view of Dragon Bridge. Very attentive staff. Good breakfast choice. Very busy coffee shop downstairs. Very pleasant stay.

The top two floors! The pool is tiny, more of a dip pool, and cold. We specifically booked a hotel with a pool as we love to swim but didn't even bother to get in this one. Not a very welcoming area. The sky bar area looked terrible. It was raining and water was pouring in through the overhead canopy. Excellent drinks menu but sadly not an inviting area to spend any time in. Probably nicer during the dry season.

Excellent location, attentive staff always with a big smile and willing to help. The director of the kitchen even came to ask us about our meal during the breakfast for feedback, so you can tell they want to do well for guests Breakfast buffet is good if it's included, meals chanted from day to day so it keeps it fresh. Good assortment of food for all. Im a big fan of a modern clean bathroom. And this place delivered. Was really pleased to see.

Additional bread toaster would be nice at the restaurant and coffee to order like some other places offers. The pool was so cold. Would be nice if it was heated. The steps to the pool is loose so could be a danger hazard

Well worth staying at this Hotel, super friendly staff, great service, rooms modern and fresh and exceptionally comfortable beds, the coffee shop on level 1 gives you 15 percent discount and make the best coffees. Pay a bit more and book a room with a river view, well worth doing as its a magnificent site to see the Dragon bridge and the river. Our last hotel in Vietnam before we head to Thailand, must compliment the Hotel on it cleanliness and a great breakfast. Would recommend this place as its walking distance to great restaurants and the markets.
