Variety, quality, presentation and service of breakfast was superb. Room was fantastic with a great view. Service counter staff were fantastic

Information received from Booking.com lead you to believe that afternoon tea was available and free every day, however was only free on one visit. We will not be using Booking.com again because we were ripped off by them. We were quoted a price for a 3 day cruise with Novus (formerly Era) which we accepted about 6 months ago. On the first day of the trip prior to arrival we were massaged by Novus that meals weren't included when Booking.com had in writing told me that they were. Booking.com would not discuss this or fix this and we had to pay an extra $250 US. I had booked 3 weeks of accommodation with Booking.com but will never use them again. Can't be trusted.

The location was superb. Staff was very nice. On my first day, the aircon in my room was very mild and in the night was very hot and stuffy. The next morning I feedback to a Ms Trang (I think she was the manager or executive there). Without hesitation, she was very quick to suggest a room change. Thank you so much Ms Trang for your quick action. I was given another room and the aircon was powerful :) All the staff were very nice including a male staff at the counter whose name sounds like "Ker" (sorry I think was Mr C..). The staff on the roof top cafe was so friendly. The food, drinks and views were awesome on the roof top. I had a bamboo massage in the hotel spa. The therapist was very good. Sorry I didn't get her name. She had short bob hairstyle. My daughter and I had a wonderful stay in the hotel. Thank you so much for the hospitality.

After a long travel till Da nang and lots of research for options to stay in Da nang we could not be happier with our choice. Ngoc Cuong welcomed us in reception, settled us in and made sure we were looked after and fed since the begging till the end. It was amazing to have his attentiveness making sure we had a wonderful experience. Brillant hotel it is not only and hotel is a full on experience culinary or to rest. They have spa a gym and they help to organise with no pressure at all activities in or out the hotel. Sadly we only had one night but more than a hotel it was a home away from home. The room…. I mean the room, I have no words, it was so comfortable, river view, bathtub…it reminded us to our bridal suite last year. All staff from the porters till the managers they were always smiling and helpful. We booked the night cruise via them and dinner in the rooftop bar! Exquisite! The maitre at the bar was also outstanding with recommendations and The afternoon tea was included and it was pur first introduction to the views for from the terrace. Beautiful. Now the breakfast!! It is the best buffet we have seen with so much variety for national and international customers. We already had lots of vietnamise food so we opted for comford food back-home like options, and it did not dissapoint at all. Still was a pleasure seen Ngoc again whom made sure we had sample of their fresh fruit options, glorious. Brillant hotel goes above 5 stars hotels in Europe, the treatment you get here for the value you pay is worth way more, you would not get this level of professionalism and humanity anywhere else. Highly recommended to stop by and treat yourself for King and Queen treatment. Thanks for everything!

Very modern and clean with good location overlooking the river. Staff are exceptional paying attention to every detail - couldn’t be more helpful. Rooms are neat and well fitted out. Buffet breakfast is extensive with good selection of food to meet different tastes. Lovely rooftop bar that overlooks the river - nice to watch the city light up at night.

Nothing here. We only had one night in DaNang so we didn’t really get a chance to see where we were in relation to major sights etc. But cannot fault services.

Clean and comfortable building, close to lots of restaurants, beautiful view of the dragon bridge! The breakfast buffet is excellent. Lots of variety and food beyond just breakfast food. The gym is well equipped.

The walls are quite thin. Could easily hear neighbours talking and unfortunately they were talking late into the night/very early morning. Also I don't know what this outdoor bell was but it sounded at 4:30 am both nights of my visit.

The staff were exceptional across the board . Van Tin was absolutely fantastic !!! The location was excellent and was lovely to watch the river at night with the dragon bridge behind . Our second stay as enjoyed so much .

Literally everything, absolutely amazing!! They are mentioned as a four-star hotel but I think they are worthy of a 6-star, truly outstanding!

The only problem that I faced during my stay, I tried to make an international call with the landline in my room but it didn't connect. But when I let the staff know about it, they readily made arrangements despite a lot of hassle and they even made the bill complimentary! Like I said, no complaints with this place.

I loved the breakfast they offered and the hotel itself. what I really loved is the staff who are really friendly, helpful and listening to our needs. People in gold that even hotel guests should be the same as them and everyone would live with a smile! a little thought for the woman at the reception with glasses who was very patient with my mom! thank you!🙏

There is nothing I did not like!

Breakfast was delicious with many options - loved the order to make egg option. Location was right in the center - within walking distance to the Han market and river front board walk

Would be great to have water bottles at the front desk

Everything was perfect. Especially Mr Ngoc Cuong was very kind and gave me big help in staying at the hotel and buying tickets for Bana Hills. Also all employees were very kind. Food was perfect as well.

I cannot complain.
