It was just across the Han river and near the markets. It's basically in the middle of both bridges and you just have to cross the road. We were told that the room we booked was on the 7th floor but the elevator stops only until 6th floor, so the kind receptionist upon seeing our luggage, upgraded us to a room on the 6th floor. It was so spacious with a terrace that's as big as the room! It was also fronting the river, so it's very appropriate to book if there are events on street or river. Facilities were functioning okay. There was also a fan though the air conditioner was running too. It's totally worth the price considering that all hotels on the same street are priced twice. Betters stay at Hoang Linh.

The shower cubicle was not as big though but we just fit into it knowing that the room was really big. Just note that there a few stair steps from the roadside going into the hotel entrance door. They should add this into the description.

This hotel enjoys a fantastic location, conveniently near popular attractions such as the Han Market and the iconic Dragon Bridge. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing useful advice on local attractions and assisting with Grab bookings. They also recommended excellent local dining options. The hotel's riverside location offers a beautiful view and ensures that the rooms stay cool in the afternoons. From my spacious room, I had a stunning view of the Dragon Bridge. The accommodations are large and offer great value for money. I highly recommend this hotel as a great choice for any traveler.

Gorgeous room, huge and really big bathroom too! Toiletries, towels and a big TV with netflix etc. really comfortable sleep and strong aircon. very central location and right on the river. lots of restaurants and shops around - nice souvenir shops and really recommend Mlem for desserts just round the corner and pizza 4ps which was delicious if you’re craving it!

Could’ve gone for some complimentary tea/ coffee as there was a kettle but no mugs. would have loved a price list for the minibar too (we thought it was just a couple of complimentary drinks)

Even before I had arrived I received the best customer service from Sunny the receptionist.. I have lived in 5* hotels like banyantree and angsana, I have travelled around the world and Sunny provided the best hotel reception I have ever experienced.. Sunny contacted me prior to checkin to assist, and then on arrival could not do enough for me.. above and beyond to all my needs.. hotel room was great, could not fault it..location is also perfect. Thank you Sunny.. hen gap lai... I will come back..🤩

The room were very clean and roomie, the bathroom was also very clean. The location was quiet close to the Dragon bridge, wasn't very close but also not too far either. There were plenty of restaurants and pubs around the area that you dont need to walk to far to find food and place to hang out at night. It's located in one of the best part of town and quite fun late at night. I would stay again on my next trip.

Friendly service by Front desk staff, Sunny. During check in, i was given room in 8th floor, but the aircom was not working, problem resolved by Sunny moving to another room in 2nd Floor. Location is great - just across street from Han river, near to DaNang cathedral and lots of eateries in downtown DaNang.

Small room for improvement perhaps the bathroom, after shower the water drain was not working properly, took some time for water to drain off.

1. Location - walking distance to Han Market and Dragon Bridge. 2. We booked a room with river view and had a great view of the river. Room 601 has a balcony with a panoramic view, including the Dragon Bridge. 3. The suite room is large and clean. 4. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. 5. Many restaurants were within walking distance, so the abscence of a restaurant is not a problem. 6. The price is a bargain for what we had.

I stayed in a Deluxe Room with River View (Room 501). It was spacious, clean and cold, with a view of the Dragon Bridge, and there were many restaurants nearby. And one of the best thing of this hotel was the staff. The receptionist, Ms. Tien, was very hospitable and helpful. I'd like to come back again.

The curtains were partly detached. Some of the sockets were not working properly. But these are small things.

Location facing the Han River and view to the Dragon Bridge, walking distance to eateries and cruise centre. Reception Counter staff friendly and ease of checking in. Receptionist Sunny was very friendly and helpful, indicating to us some good eateries and attractions. Shall stay here again if in Da Nang.

Location was great! Staffs were nice and approachable! 😊 It's near everything, the marts for basic needs and the market for souvenirs. The Dragon Bridge was just a walk away including the night market. If you got a room with glass facing the Han River, the view at night was beautiful because of the lights outside and the busy street. Overall, we had a great stay here.

The hotel should have a bell at the front desk for guest concerns.
