Nice modern looking hotel. Friendly and helpful reception and doorman staff. Great view of the river and the Dragon Bridge from our room. Convenient location for the town centre area, but about 15 minutes from the beach. We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel 2 doors up the street has a great Sky Bar with live music and good food. The Vietnamese restaurant next door is very good.

The shower is in the bath, but has no screen or curtain so its very difficult to have a shower without getting lots of water all over the bathroom floor. The bath is very deep and the hot water ran out before you were able to get enough water to wash in, so it was easier to sit in the bath and use the hand held shower. Less water on the floor.

All communications were answered promptly and staff always available to assist where required. We had a family room with terrace - terrace was a huge plus - overlooking the river and out to the Dragon Bridge. Bathroom facilities were perfectly adequate and although breakfast was geared mainly towards Asian guests was sufficient, nicely presented and eggs cooked to order. Cleaning staff were spot on . We had the best meal of our entire stay in Vietnam at a small restaurant opposite the Pink Cathedral called Lan Gio .

The location was fine for walking to most places but transport had to drop us off across a very busy street . More English programs on TV would be appreciated but were not essential.

* River views only available to suites though have street noise; * Double bedroom was slightly cramped * City-view quieter but of backs of building * Church bells in early hours of morning though not loud * Coffee-making in room lacks creamer / milk sachets. * Lift signage mis-names all seven floors as ‘restrooms’ or toilets * Extra pillows promised on booking had to be asked for again.

Good little hotel, efficient and courteous staff, lovely buffet with both continental and local dishes, fresh juices that are local to the area, vietnamese drip coffee, pho station, and omelet station. Room very clean and toiletries including slippers provided, towels fluffy, location handy to everything and close to Han Market. Moon spa beside it is very good. Just across the road, waterfront view of dragon bridge. We loved it all.

The front desk manager Khang along with the bellman Huy went out of their way to assist us in retrieving a bank card that was accidentally left in one of the bank machines after a completed transaction. The end result was we were able to get the card safely back in our hands without any unexpected circumstances happening with it. A BIG Thank You goes out to both of them for their patience and the attentive customer service given to us in this unsettling situation. Also, Vi at the front desk was also very kind and helpful to us with booking tours. The entire staff was really wonderful. The door man and the kitchen staff were always friendly and very welcoming. We highly recommend the Avora Hotel!

We liked everything about this hotel!

The room is adequate for us, clean and cozy. definitely value for money, and near to the river han. Big praise to the lovely and beautiful girl in the service of breakfast time, Ms Phuong Thao, who not only answer our question about the coffee brand that they use, but made a spesial effort to asked her friend, Ms Thanh Nga, who show us the package, and also told us where to buy it. Really appreciate her enthusiasm. 2 thumbs up!!!

Just a suggestion, that their bathroom glass door is highly risk to break, because it is really close to washing bowl counter

Excellent location, Great views of the dragon bridge. The staff are very friendly and helpful and even went out of their way to surprise my husband on his birthday with a cake. So special. We booked a suite with river view and it had the wow factor. Spacious, modern, clean, overlooking the river and the dragon bridge but the best of all was the bed. So comfortable the best bed we had our whole holiday. The breakfast was simple but good. I highly recommend Avora Hotel and would definitely stay again when in Da Nang

Excellent Hotel

Avora Hotel If you are in Da Nang and want some affordable hotel that is nearby the Dragon Bridge and Night Market, you should stay in Avora Hotel. The price of one room is very affordable and the room itself is clean and nice. The receptionist and staff in this hotel is very helpful, they even advised us the good stuff to do, restaurants to eat, and places to go that are cheaper. They also have buffet breakfast that you can really enjoy.

Return to the country I was born to visit once a year, take the time to travel and discover new things and changes. This is always the best hotel that I choose for my visits to Danang, the quality is really good every time I come back. Staffs were very friendly and kind, they remembered me and asked about my trip, talked to me like a friend. Last time I came back, the room with river view was sold out, so I chose the double room. However still very satisfied, the room was very warm and clean, perfect for short or long trips, really comfortable stay. If you don't want to go out for breakfast, the hotel restaurant is a good choice. Recommend!
