The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Hannah was amazing at organising all of our taxis and trips for our 6 days here. We looked forward to coming back every evening. Everything was spotlessly clean and the room was serviced daily. The bed was so comfortable and the air-con was superb and came without any noise whatsoever. The shower never ran cold and was powerful. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. We loved the pastries, yogurt and omelettes. The hotel is in a busy street adjacent to restaurants and so there is some noise until late evening but we really liked feeling in the middle of Vietnamese life and so it was a positive and not a problem. The road starts to come alive at about 0630.

We had the loft room which had a large balcony and outdoor tub. It was great to sit out there but there aren’t any chairs and you have to haul the large comfy chairs outside which is a bit silly. Also the tub would take about 4 hours to fill (really) and we gave up after 30 minutes and didn’t use it.

I had a great experience at Seahorse Hotel! The service was excellent, and Lien kim at the reception was especially attentive and welcoming. I was delighted to receive a free room upgrade, which made the stay even better. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay again!

Our family vacation was unforgettable. The kids loved the pool, and we all enjoyed the delicious breakfast at the hotel.. The rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the hotel's location made it easy to explore the nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay special. We can't wait to come back next year!

I can’t speak highly enough about my stay at Seahorse. The location is perfect. The amenities are wonderful (breakfast was really good) And the staff is amazing. Thao was so kind at check in and check out. Very accommodating and patient. She always had a smile on her face. Now Ti, the first person you encounter when entering the hotel is an absolute delight. He never makes you hold your bag or enter into the rain without an umbrella. The sweetest most kindest man. I wish every hotel had a Ti. When looking to stay in Da Nang, look no further!

I had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, right in the city central with easy access to attractions. The room was luxurious and well-appointed, and the amenities were top-notch. We will definitely be returning on my next visit!

We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay than this hotel in Danang city. The ambiance was charming, the beds were comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. 5-star service all around!

The hotel was presented beautifully. Staff are very welcoming on arrival. Lovely foyer/lobby area that opens out onto a quiet street. Staff member helps you with your bags, in and out of taxis/buses etc. Staff are helpful on where to go/eat etc. Lovely rooftop pool. Elevator. Room was beautifully decorated and modern. Decent western breakfast in the foyer though I thought perhaps could have had more Vietnamese options. Spoilt for choice for food and coffee options nearby. Two big markets within walking distance. Dragon bridge within walking distance. Staff can organise local tours for you, book taxis etc. Cheap laundry service provided.

Cutie lobby and pool view is so good. The Ba Na Hills tour is so good, it’s reasonable. I’m so sad that I didn’t have enough time to go on the Cham Island tour.
