The reception staff and Mr. Hoang who took me to the airport were all very nice people and I had a comfortable stay.

Some of the electrical outlets were broken. There were not enough towels for everyone.

From our room with a river view to the buffet breakfast and the great location, a stay at the Vanda hotel is wonderful. The staff were eager to help with any request and met you with a smile every time we spoke. A special mention to Diem, Thien, and Quy Chi for always giving such great service whenever approached, you went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, thank you. The local cafes and restaurants are an easy walk from the Vanda Hotel, with many different options to satisfy your needs.

The peak hour rush of traffic in the early evening was at times noisy, but in saying this, it wouldn't last too long.

The location of the hotel was great as there's various dining options nearby. Pizza company, McDonald's are just next door to the hotel. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay. On the first day we were warmly welcomed and provided tips on local dining from the staff. On the last day of our stay one of the elder in our group had a bad fall and upon knowing the situation, the hotel was ready to assist us with getting the elder on wheel chair and wheeling her to the room when we return from the hospital. Room for improvement would be the first aid kit in the hotel could be improved for your guest convenience in case of emergency. The missing one star to my rating would be for the breakfast variety that could be improved as many of the korean dishes catering to the korean guests were repeated almost every day during our stay. Another unpleasant experience was one of the front desk staff provided incorrect information when we requested their assistance to help us make a dining reservation at the famous Moc Quan Seafood. We were told by the staff that they do not accept reservation which wasnt the case when we arrive. Lastly, the lighting in the room was pretty dim and the aircondition may need to be changed as the temperature seems pretty off. It can get too cold or too warm with the temperature adjusting between 24 and 25 degree celsius.

Had room 1706 , the views were fantastic 🤩 Loved the location, we walked across the bridge to see the dragon spitting fire and water! The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!Has a very thick topper. The staff arranged for a free taxi to the airport when we were leaving which was a lovely unexpected treat! 😊 We would happily stay here again because of the views!

Loved the views from the sky roof but thought the lighting was too bright in the lounge area and they had quite a small range of whiskys... The hot water in the sink was almost boiling hot and we thought quite dangerous. We still haven't worked out the obsession for Vietnamese hotels to have open glass toilets! Thankfully they had installed a couple of curtains!😂

Of 5 hotels over a month period this was the nicest room we had although it was also one of the more expensive. We were on the 16th floor overlooking the river and the night views were awesome. We left our windows open all night to take it in. Breakfast was excellent also. Location was great; at the tail end of the Dragon Bridge it was a short walk across the bridge to the markets and Dragon Fire breathing on the Friday/Saturday nights. The riverfront was a beautiful walk also. I can’t get over the wonderful lights of the the bridge and cityscape; truly beautiful. Staff were efficient and friendly.

No complaints.

1. The room offers a pleasant view of Dragon Bridge, although I received a corner room with a limited view. 2. This location is ideal, as it is within walking distance to the Pink Church, Cham Museum, and Dragon Bridge. 3. A delightful breakfast offering a wide variety of options, with an egg station that truly stands out. 4. The street is bustling with a variety of popular food and drink options, all conveniently located within walking distance. 5. The complimentary chocolate was nice.

1. The waiting time for the lifts is longer due to the limited availability of only two lifts.

It was a very nice hotel for the price. Pool is great, breakfast was really good, staff were super helpful. We were given a side room but on request they moved us to an ocean facing room (for a small fee I think for the better room). Nothing was a hassle. The woman at the concierge (Anna? sorry it was a few weeks ago now) was super helpful with advice about activities etc. I would stay there again and can recommend this as a good hotel for it's price bracket. Note - we booked for one night intending to go check out other accommodation but we were so happy with Vanda we stayed another 2 nights.

Good location ticked all boxes what we did. Had great 6 night at hotel. Grab taxi great we used a lot found useful. We had private early tour to marble mountain/Golden bridge. Twice we did Hoi Ann,coconut boat and cycle tour. We also took offer on special offer from hotel massage 100% Also big thank you Dieu,Tung,Thien. House keepers Uyen and Nghia. They all work hard….. Thank you 🙏 Breakfast was amazing plenty of choice and lady who greets you with a lovely smile a credit.

Everything in the hotel was so much grander than we expected haha. The rooms were amazing: spacious, clean, and the bathroom was almost luxurious. The view from our window was fantastic! It overlooked the Dragon Bridge. The staff were also very nice and pleasant, especially the doorman. The breakfast buffet was similarly really good and had a lot of variety. For us, the location was pretty good as we could walk to the markets we wanted and could cross the Dragon Bridge easily to the other side. Overall, we would definitely stay here again if we returned to Da Nang.

I would probably rate it 9.9/10, with the reason for 0.1 mentioned in the section just below ;) 1. Extremely friendly, professional and well trained staff! They go the extra mile to make our stay very pleasant. 2. The buffet breakfast is super well spread breakfast, with lots of local and international options. They also rotate the menu, so that we don't feel bored if we eat daily there. 3. Location of the hotel is just right there near the dragon bridge and just around 2 kms from the airport plus this is city centre, so lots of food and shopping options nearby. The night market is in walking distance too. 4. They offer a complimentary "30 mins foot massage" to every guest in their hotel spa. This I would say is a feather on the cap for picking this hotel!

1. The pillow provided was too soft :) 2. The washroom gets a bit messy after shower, because of some design issues for the shower area.
