I love the Sujet. I have been traveling in South East Asia for the past few years and found that overall properties are well cared for and the wonderful folks involved in the hospitality industry are so good at being helpful and kind. The Sujet is definitely in this category. The property is beautiful and from the comfortable and airy lobby, to the easy to navigate stairs (I’m on the 3rd floor), to the lovely rooms, this hotel has it all. I’ve been staying in an apartment type of accommodation complete with well equipped kitchenette and enough storage for everything. The room has a fabulous bathroom with a partitioned shower. (Hot water and great pressure). There are bedside tables with lights and outlets! The room has a large window and a small balcony which means that the place always feels bright even when the weather is a bit gloomy. The bed is comfortable and the bedding provides warmth when needed. I always feel so comfortable in this space! (And it is so quiet!) The Sujet is very clean. Le works very hard at keeping everything spotless. The staff are kind and helpful. Lucy,Ngoc Anh, and the entire team are always ready to provide support or just a smiling face at any time of the day. The other fabulous thing about the Sujet is the neighborhood. Huynh Thuc Khang is known for its local restaurants: You can get just about everything on the “must eat when you are in DaNang” lists. And after the second time you eat anywhere you are a friend! Apart from the food, the street also has : a temple, a kindergarten, a primary school, beauty salons, a shop where you can get an Ao Doi made, small well stocked local grocery stores, and a well used city park. And next door the the Sujet is a wonderful Yoga and Pilates studio. There were many days I stayed in the neighborhood. However, the Sujet also has the benefit of being a short walk to the Dragon Bridge and the RiverWalk with its wonderful statues and view of the Han River.

My stay in Sujet was truly exceptional. The hosts, particularly Lucy, were incredibly helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. They were always ready to answer my questions and assist me in any way possible. As a farewell gesture, Trucha even made me a cup of tea! The accommodations were top-notch. The bed was comfortable, the bathrooms were immaculately clean, and the housekeeper Le was always available to help with any requests. I felt completely safe throughout my stay. The location was ideal, with easy access to essential amenities like grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, and spas. It was also conveniently located near popular attractions such as the bridge and the beach. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the service and the property. The hosts truly made my stay comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable.

I spent 4 days at this hotel, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. I stayed in a dorm room, and I was initially worried it might be a little bit uncomfortable, it turned out to be great. My bed felt like a cozy haven, the bathroom and toilet were clean and so convenient to use. I felt so comfortable during my time in here. The amazing staff with their warmth and willingness to help made me feel so cared for. A heartfelt thank you to Thịnh, Hạ, Ánh, and Việt! The price for one night was so reasonable, especially how many great amenities were nearby. But what stood out the most was the atmosphere. I had so much fun, met some of the loveliest people, and created memories I’ll treasure forever. This was such a heartwarming experience, and I can’t wait to come back!

There should be extra slippers in the bathroom.

I highly recommend Sujet Hotel Da Nang. The location is very good and very convenient. The staff were friendly, especially Truc Ha, a nice and smiling girl who was very friendly and helpful. She serves her guests with all her heart.

Overall, we had a really pleasant stay! The accommodation is located in a less touristy part of Da Nang, which we actually enjoyed a lot – it's peaceful and surrounded by local cafes and restaurants, giving a more authentic vibe. We initially booked a “Standard King Room” for one week. Unfortunately, it wasn’t mentioned on Booking that the room had no windows. It had a musty smell, and one of the walls had visible mold. Luckily, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful – they immediately assisted us in changing the room. We liked the new room so much (on the 3rd floor, with a balcony, spacious and well-maintained) that we extended our stay for another week. Pros: Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff Quiet, authentic location away from the main tourist areas Spacious, well-kept rooms with natural light (especially those with balconies) Convenient laundry service available Fresh towels provided daily

Cons: Some rooms have no windows and may have issues with dampness or mold (not mentioned in the description) Housekeeping was a bit superficial – the bed linen wasn’t changed at all during our 2-week stay, even though we specifically asked We definitely recommend this place – just make sure to book a room with a window or balcony from the beginning. If you do, your stay will be extremely pleasant!

Good location, near the Cau Rong bridge where you can easily access to any place. The hotel is newly built and operated. They already provided masks in the closet when having fire or smoke. That's a big plus. Facilities are new and fully equipped. Surrounded by a lot of local shops for eat or drinks so you won't get hungry. Receptionists are 247 and always be there to support you. Recommended this place for a short stay in Da Nang.

There should be a curtain in the shower area, so the water won't spread on the entire floor.
