Location was very good. Close to the Dragon Bridge and all the eateries there. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom was huge.

The hotel is a little rundown. The rooms look dated. The windows etc could use a good clean. Even though the breakfast buffet looked large, the options were limited and were repetitive. Had to ask for jam as there was none at the counter and the manager finally managed to provide a little mango jam.

Was a nice older building in good condition still but like a 70's style casino hotel. Nice spacious room on high floor with a great view. Breakfast was excellent with great staff. It was close to the nite markets, good Vietnamese local restuarants and the Champ museum. Best highlight of the trip along with My Son. Beaches were lovely but winter n rainy season. Like all Vietnam no sidewalks for pedestrians to walk and treacherous with rain on terrazo tiles everywhere.

Xmas was disappointing at hotel but staff were lovely. They were quick to charge our card for the room full payment for the stay before we arrived and refused to refund n put on another card and insisted on a refund charge. Hotel in Saigon did the same early charging full payment but they refunded with no charge and let us use another card to pay with no issues!

I liked the breakfast buffet and restaurant. I enjoyed exercising in the gymnasium.

I didn’t like their reliance on the use of plastic bottled water. There is room for improvement to make better choices for our earthly environment.

We visited the hotel for 5 nights. They welcomed us warmly and responsively with a wonderful view of the entire city. We express our heartfelt thanks to the entire team and especially Nguen Thi Ninh's warm smiles and wonderful professional attitude towards guests - , her desire to make us feel special really impressed us and left a wonderful memory of the whole hotel. The breakfast was very rich and very tasty. I recommend the hotel.

Breakfast is good, room is large good view, clean, centrally located. Surounded by lots of local eatery. Worth a visit to nem nuong ba duong and che Tiền. Staffs are exceptional. Vÿ went out of his way to provide us with sincere excellent service. We would come back again and highly recommend this hotel. Amazing service, comfortable stay and very affordable...

Wish the rain shower head could swivel a little bit as not to splash water out on the bathroom floor. Very minor.

The hotel boasted very large, comfortable and well-appointed rooms. Ours was river and beach facing which was outstanding. The daily breakfast was exceptionally nicely appointed but lacked a bit in Western choices. The staff were pretty much hands-off but that was not an issue. Hotel had a very nice fitness center.

location was great, a walk to dragon bridge and river. A little dated but priced accordingly. excellent value for money. i stayed in Grand suite, was massive with walk in sauna in bathroom. Stayed April 2025 paid around 150aud p/n. yes there may heve been better bit price made it the choice

The hotel staff were very nice and helpful! The room we had was floor 21 with a lovely view apart from the dirty windows but this is expected

Nice hotel, if a small bit dated, more 4* than 5*.Best shower ever! Breakfast, lot's of Vietnamese food but not a lot of western food, but I did not see another westerners in the hotel during my stay. Location is right in the center of the city. Staff friendly as usual.
