Jim’s house was just the perfect place to relax and enjoy the magic of DaNang. The rooms are so well designed. (See photos) Aesthetically pleasing with a color scheme of mint and gray, there is everything you could want: a clothes area where you can really store your clothes, a desk space where you can get work done (and Jim’s House has excellent WiFi), comfortable bed with very nice bedding, and a bathroom with a rain head shower. Bliss. The staff is fabulous. Always ready to help: Where do I get a Sim Card? A place to get my hair done? Can you help with laundry (yes), where is the best place to take a long walk? (River Walk from Dragon Bridge), best market? They employ an effective system where you can contact folks using your phone app (whichever one you use) and they will immediately respond. So helpful! Plus they are so kind! The other fabulous thing about Jim’s House is the neighborhood. Huynh Thuc Khang has the local reputation as being one of the best streets for Vietnamese food. I’ve worked through most of the “must eat foods in DaNang” list just on this block. Also on the block: a kindergarten, a temple, a toy store, salons, a shop to get an Ao dai made, and both old school and new wave cafes for great Vietnamese coffee. And a 10 minute walk away is the Dragon bridge which has a pedestrian only walk in both directions. Magical. I cannot recommend Jim’s House enough!

From first minute i arrived , staff made me so welcome, I was hot and bothered, it was like a furnace outside and I was very early having travelled overnight, but they said if you like to go and have a wander around. Have a bit of lunch then come back, just leave your luggage, what a relief..also i found a mini library in the roof garden which set me up nicely for my stay, and received some great tips regarding choices for food and drink , great location for places I had planned to visit, love the chic decor, and colour scheme, my room was perfect, Thanks for a great stay

We absolutely loved our stay in Da Nang! The decor was stunning, with a beautifully designed space that felt both modern and cozy. Every detail was well thought out, making it a truly stylish and comfortable place to relax. The location was also good with easy access to local food shops and all the major sights. Whether we were exploring the city or just unwinding at the hotel, everything felt effortless. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish and well-located stay in Da Nang!

-Good location -Bed and pillows were okay (not the best or worst) -Room was a little small but clean and comfortable -Staff were helpful and nice -Had a mini mart on the lobby floor

-Room smelt a little like a damp bathroom -Hot water for the shower didn't last long -No matter which way you changed the flow of the aircon it would blow directly in your face

It is a boutique hotel. It does not offer breakfast but stalls offering local meals are all around the hotel. ATM is near and market is walking distance. Staff can speak limited English but their kindness and very accommodating nature more than made up for it.

I put the "do not disturb" sign but my room was cleaned just the same - but not really an issue for me.

New place that is very clean and tidy . Staff are frirndly and location was great to get around from Nice touches like restaurant suggestion lists, PowerPoints in good spots for charging , hand towels and bath mats , and shower screen separating from rest of bathroom . Handy mini mart underneath

Some issues with air conditioning

What a lovely room filled with sunlight! This room is brand new and fully furnished. The hotel's location right in the city center is very convenient for traveling to famous locations and the airport. The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful! We will be back soon!

Good location! Smart and modern accommodation with everything you need for a short stay. Great roof top terrace to sit out on. Staff were very helpful and kind. Bed comfortable and clean. Excellent value for money.

Hot water ran out quickly! Air conditioning was very difficult to operate.

No breakfast but facilities to make own food and free tea and coffee. Overall great value for money and great location if you want to see the dragon bridge and close to airport
