The location was excellent, close to everything. The hotel was very clean, the room was a good size. Breakfast was excellent, had tons of options. The real gem of this hotel though are the staff. Special shout out to Khanh Ly and Cam Huy. They took care of every detail of your stay, even helped us to book Grab rides, and arrange for our laundry. It's like being home away from home. We also met Ms Phuong who was also very helpful. Will definitely stay again. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Amazingly clean room (towels, bathrobe & sheets smelled so fresh!), friendly staff (always with a smile) who allowed me to store my bag before check in. The room was spacious and had a balcony, desk, large chair and huge, comfortable bed. Gorgeous rooftop pool. Included Breakfast buffet had a variety of food to choose from (noodles / rice - toast / eggs). Good location - 10 min motorbike ride (grab app super easy) to the beach, about 15 mins to marble mountain, about 30 minute walk across the dragon bridge to the night market. Highly recommend this hotel, amazing value, I would stay here again!

Welcoming service! No extra charge on card which is I realised is very common in Vietnam including in accomodation stays. Views! Spacious Rooms Location - near to the airport and hence it is worth if you are staying in Da Nang for less than two days or have flights early morning.

No names to the dishes served in Breakfast. Hence it was hard to recognise which were vegetarian. I would suggest to put name tags with (V) marking or some other marking to suggest vegetarian options.

The size of the room and bed are worth the money we paid for.

We were informed that some items in the room are free except the one inside the ref, but when checking out we were asked to pay. Staff should mention to cutomers clearly to avoid miscommunication.

Great hotel with a big and beautiful room. Room comfortable and has everything you need. Balcony had views of the city including dragon bridge. Tv has Netflix etc.

We took a quick and cheap grab everywhere or it would be a 45 minute walk to most places. Price reflects this.

Break fast was very good. Staff very friendly. Especially the Lady staff at the reception.

When coming with a friend, instead of a double bed, twin bed could have been better

The location is great. You can see the golden dragon bridge from the hotel and it close to the airport.

The towels seem to look a little dirty. I would suggest replacing them with newer fluffier ones but I guess you get what you paid for. Apart from that it’s a great hotel for the price.

1. The hotel staff were exceptional in service and friendliness. 2. The daily morning hotel restaurant breakfast buffet was fabulous with a large nimber (at least 40) of food items to select.

I only had two small disappointments: 1. The hotel is located directly on a busy and noisy major east-west street. Otherwise there are many dozens of small restaurants in a few minutes walking distance from the hotel location. 2. The massage spa inside the hotel was closed.

The staff were hospitable, courteous, and helpful. Room is very clean and spacious, with bonus of a good view.

Sound proofing not very good. Location is out of touristic zone (but easily reachable with a short drive with grab)
