Breakfast is a self serving affair, although friendly staff are on hand to give assistance when needed. Nice assortment of local cuisine, fruit, yogurt, eggs cooked as per request. Coffee and tea Room are good size and very clean, with comfortable seating

A bit far out of centre town but excellent location for the airport

The room was clean and comfortable. I really liked the layout of the room as well. The AC was a bit loud but worked well. The breakfast was mainly vietnamese but I loved the choice offered. The staff was helpful and welcoming.

Popular tourist spots and restaurants not within walking distance however catching grab rides was easy. Not alot of tourists stay in this area which some people may prefer.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly, well-trained, and provided amazing service. The room had great city views and excellent amenities. The swimming pool on the top floor was beautiful, and the breakfast had a wonderful variety of choices. The attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, and the free car service to the airport was a convenient bonus. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

Great facilities, staff and room was clean and no mould in the shower like most hotels in Vietnam. You can tell the staff and team go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience at this hotel. Close to airport.

Very clean and well maintained hotel. The manager was very sweet. Upgraded us as our booked room wasn’t available. Manger and staff really looked after us very well. We would definitely come and stay here again.

Breakfast was very limited for western food, mostly Asian food on offer. It isn’t tourist season at the moment but I suspect when hotel is full that there are lots more variety of cuisine.

The connecting door between our room and the adjacent one was unlocked... at first I thought it was another room of our suite, until I saw luggage belonging to someone else. The safety latch of our room can be easily removed from the outside, because the door opens wide enough to put your hand in, even with the latch in place. WiFi was spotty. Sometimes it drops entirely, not very reliable.

Service was professional and good. Staff were able to help me with my enquiries and requests. Room was comfortable and clean, ample space for solo guest (friend stays in another room).

Lighting in room was a tad dim, but this should be personal preference. Lift access takes a while due to high occupancy (and function room use).

We stayed in the hotel for a wedding which we attended there. Both, our rooms as well as the wedding location was wonderful. Also the meals served for the wedding were delicious. The hotel is quite central and you can reach many places within the city easily with a grab (like uber). On the top floor a very nice pool is located and you have a great view over the whole city.

They were re-doing the top floor so in the morning we heard the noises. But it's understandable that after the long covid break, the hotels are investing now in upgrading their facilities.

The location and the pricing of the property was wonderful. The rooms were beautiful and big with a lovely view. Worth the value.
