Water leak in the bathroom ceiling, looked very old.

The water was given to limited quantity. The AC in the living room was not working properly. The staff was helpful but we had to tell the staff to clean our room. It was good not the best

They need a new couch

We booked this accommodation forx2 nights but only stayed x1 as my child wanted to be near the beach. The rooms were adequate. The AC good. There is no balcony despite the listing saying so. In fact it has been bricked off by a see through wall. There's no view anyways only to a back alley that looks dismal. You can see the Sun Wheel at night from the back window, that's pretty . ** 2 stars but staff are super friendly and helpful.

The appartement is big. We had plenty of space for our family. The staff let us leave our luggage at the reception since got early in the city.

The kitchen was not very clean. The staff did not speak english and did not try to communicate with us in any other way.

Rooms were spacious. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Refrigerator is great and it seems like it's new. Bathroom is nice and has a heater and bidet. There's also a sofa available. WiFi is also available and has a good internet connection.

Most of the amenities posted were not available or not working. We expected a lot and it was not met. The host was unresponsive especially during our stay. We didn't get the expected room on our first stay. The sheets were dirty and has marks. It's also dirty under the beds. The utensils are lacking and the cabinets in the kitchen were dirty. There's also a problem on the door of 1 bedroom as you need to push it at a different angle for it to fully close. TV is not working and the remote for the aircon is not working. Chair was broken. However, we were transferred to a different room on our 2nd day. What we didn't like is that the cabinets in the kitchen, cooking ware and utensils are not that clean also. We have to wash it before using. Again, the amenities are not complete and not working but they were only able to replace the rice cooker. There was also not enough dishwashing liquid for us to use and no proper sponge so we had to buy some. There is a lot of dust under the furniture and it is not properly cleaned. There's also no rug for the bathroom so you have to request it.

It close to a school that i wanted to visit and has good review on booking.

I arrived at 10am and they said i will be charged 40% more if check in before 12am. So i decided to come back later, thinking the room is not available yet. But it seems my family to be the only in the building. The room not quite clean, water is too slow, the kettle is broken when i need hot water. No one is there to take care those things, not even receptionist. Air conditioner remote out of batteries. No drinking water in the room. I Wanted to stay for 2 weeks in Da Nang but luckily i try this place for 1 night only. I then book another 4 star hotel beach front for same price. Bad experience.

Shower was in closed and not a wet room

The bed sheets were moldy, we were only given 2 towels and there were 4 of us and I asked for two more and they said no. The staff weren’t helpful. Location is ok but not a lot around. The kitchen was dirty.

Horrible service. Staff were very very rude other than the cleaning lady. Even when the other rooms were available, the staff gave us the room which was in bad condition. No proper vessels were provided. Overall a very worst experience
