We booked this property because of Typhoon Bualoi, as we wanted to be somewhere with good infrastructure, in an internal room. Upon arrival, we did the unimaginable... turned down a free upgrade to a bigger room with a nice view, because we wanted a room without windows for extra safety. I think we thoroughly confused the front desk staff. Comfy beds, extra pillows provided on request. The free breakfast was great, they accommodated me with a vegan fried rice every morning, and a very refreshing orange juice was included. Kit, who works in the bar and restaurant, was really friendly and helpful, and gave us lots of great recommendations for Da Nang. He makes a great Old Fashioned. Very easy to get a taxi to anywhere from right outside the hotel.

There was a family on the floor with us and we’re very noisy and woke us up multiple times throughout the night- but this does not reflect the staff or the hotel more the guests

I reserved an apartment specifically for its kitchen amenities. Unfortunately, the absence of cutlery, plates, and cooking utensils prevents me from cooking. As we are Muslim, finding halal restaurants in Da Nang is challenging. Additionally, reheating takeout food is not an option due to the lack of a microwave.

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. They are clean . We took the room with city view and it was awesome 👌. The staff were very helpful with information and kind. The location was quiet and peaceful.

It's a bit off the city center . We had to order or get a grab to the center which wasn't very expensive.

The accommodation has New branding hotel and very cozy and super tidy. Cost also very affordability. Receptionist also very kindly. The room has included Smart TV and Samsung good air conditioner. When I staying a room I was so relaxed. I will consider it for booking on this hotel again when return at Danang.
