The breakfast buffet was great! Wide variety of foods and nicely displayed. The location is excellent! Close to the center of town but far enough away to enjoy the quiet nights.

That we couldn’t stay longer!

Breakfast was great with a good selection of food. Staff were excellent, willing to help with anything they physically could. Lovely foyer and the whole place has a luxurious feel to it and quite clean room.

Unfortunately the bed was way too soft. Like sleeping on a plate of jelly and I could feel my partner moving at the slightest. Plus had a sore back in the morning. Please note management, the best beds are firm underneath with a soft pillow top, so your body feels supported under the soft bits. Have travelled to many places and have never come across such a soft bed. Also, air conditioning was blowing air not refrigeration and room felt stuffy overnight. Had to open the door then ended up with mosquito bites.

The breakfast was simple but tasty. The rooms had wooden flooring a real bonus and were really generously sized with extra furniture (rocking chair) to contribute to the exceptional comfort. The fireplace would have been nice to try in the really cold depths of winter. Bathroom had a bath with a jacuzzi function, quite unusual. I did not have time to enjoy the spa aspect of the hotel. Very central with access to everything. Great view of the mountains from the window. Underground parking was very much appreciated. Nice bar but no time to try it.

For the time I was there I cannot provide any negative views. Temporary problem with warm water supply was the only problem but that was probably due to an electrical power cut.

Everything was great, rooms, breakfast, facilities, staff and location.

The swimming pool is open to the public. You want to go for a swim and all the lounges are taken. Don t choose the hotel for the pool. You won't enjoy it.

Excellent location next to the town’s pedestrian street. The hotel is in very good condition and has all the facilities for relaxation; we particularly liked the lawn area next to the pool. We appreciated the availability of a secure underground parking. The breakfast on offer was fresh and plentiful. A cool haven from summer’s heat.

Breakfast had a good variety, ask for the cookies! Only negative was the coffee since there was only this automatic coffee machine and we are filter coffee lovers. Rooms are clean and spacious. Friendly staff.

we absolutely loved the service first and foremost. everyone was very friendly, polite, helpful and constantly attentive. always accommodating to anything we needed, and with a smile on their face. we also loved the cleanliness of the hotel, the rooms are very nice and the beds are extremely comfortable. the decor inside the hotel is also stunning. during the day we enjoyed the pool which was very nice and peaceful, and then we would walk around as the location is very convenient and close to everything. overall such an amazing experience!

everything was perfect, the only thing was the fridge wasn’t too cold (but maybe that’s how it is in Greece? because other hotels have the same issue) and we were also looking for an iron.

The facilities, the staff, the location and the cleanness of the room. .

The only problem which is extremely important and I was very dissatisfied was the bed and how comfortable it was. . .I didn't sleep well. The mattress was terrible and from one side the inclination (since it was the type of extremely soft bed) was big and very uncomfortable....

the hotel had everything we needed as well as parking. located in the middle of the village. good deliciouse breakfast.

its a pitti the spa was not working ( still considered summer.

Great location. New modern hotel. Very friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Hotel parking as well as street parking in front.
