The rooms were outstanding and the hotel was very clean. The staff was very attentive and kind.

The hotel had no accessibility for individuals with mobility problems. No ramps available from parking to reception nor from street entrance to elevators. It would have been nice if breakfast were included in the price as in other 5 star hotels and even 3 star ones. Better directions are needed as to how a guest can enter the hotel after midnight. Swiping directions of the card key were not clear. The mobile phone number given on the booking site did not work.

Good things first: reception lady iz amazing, she is taking care of everything at the same time while she is super welcoming and friendly! The rooms are big, clean and very comfortable. The hotel is more suited for business travellers than for vacation travellers.

The only thing I did not like is the part of the city, seems like it's a more or less abandonned part which they are trying to revive. Although the hotel is located directly at the sea, you cannot go for swimming nearby.

We had an amazing stay! The room was exceptionally comfortable, with a cozy bed and spotless cleanliness. The thoughtful room amenities and welcome gifts added a special touch. The staff provided top-notch, 5-star hotel hospitality, making our experience truly delightful. The location is excellent, and the parking facilities were a lifesaver. We highly recommend taking a stroll along the beach and exploring day trips to Nafpaktos, Kalavrita, and Patra. We also treated ourselves to breakfast in the room while enjoying the beautiful view from our room. We'll definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel for excursions from September until May. Aigio is likely to be a popular destination during the summer months. Can't wait to come back!

The greatest value for money we ever got We took the biggest suite and it was cheaper than any hotel room in the city Everything is well designed and clean and thought of.

Wonderful modern boutique hotel. Beautiful view from the room, attractive design, very comfy large bed, excellent shower, very good breakfast and moreover very helpful staff and high level of service from all the team. Highly recommended !!

Amazing staff, wonderful welcome with an upgrade, thorough and kind. The BED WAS SUPER COMFORTABLE. Hard to find that anywhere in Greece. Breakfast in the morning was so good as was the attention of the staff. My husband and I were super comfortable in the room and on the premises. We would defintely stay there again.

Great coffee from a fancy coffee machine, but only available prepared individually...could be a little slow depending on the number guests ...not a big deal

Amazing, generous and extremely efficient staff! We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful boutique hotel. It’s very elegant, modern and smart with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Breakfast was also delicious:)

The windows did not isolate the sound very well, you can hear the cars passing by. Needs improvement, otherwise perfect!

This hotel stay was outstanding. We were giving a beautiful free upgrade and our room was incredible with the most spectacular views. The staff were all so beautiful and polite and very very helpful - went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this place
